Went to Red engine brewery in fillmore on a Tuesday evening and this stand menu looked amazing and so glad we tried it. We tried the Lit tacos and they were amazing filled wiith such good flavors. Shrimp was juicy and my favorite. Their salsa options are so good too. My favorite was the sweet and spicy and I can handle spice. The people working were very friendly.

My boyfriend and I traveled to Cali earlier this year and we had just landed maybe 3 hours prior to finding this place. They had just moved into this spot and they didn't even have a sign up! We just stumbled upon them by pure luck and what a great experience this was. These people know what they are doing here!!!! We hadn't had a chance to eat yet after our flight and they offered us 2 free sample tacos. The food is phenomenal! If I could jump on a plane from Miami every month just to come get food, I would. Quality food with some bomb flavor. Until next time!

Quesadilla, taco, churros

I got a carne asada quesadilla on a tomato based tortilla as well as the 2 tacos (fish and shrimp) This food smelled so good that i couldn't resist eating a bit of the taco first, which resulted in me finishing it fast asf. Quesadilla was awesome too I forgot to ask for the green crema they have but it's still great w/ sour cream :) also got the churros w/ caramel sauce on the side and the sauce is amazing!! (size for churros is big enough for like 1 person just a btw ) 10/10 service too the guy behind the counter explained everything clearly and precisely. Fs recommend this place for a tasty taco for a decent price !!

Lit Burritos is delicious and satisfying. Go to Venice beach and enjoy some tacos, tostadas, burritos with a secret sauce that will make you want seconds. Great Customer Service and easy to find.

Overjoyed and surprised by this find! Their passion for their food shows. The food was so fresh and tasty! The seasoning on the shrimp was lit (pun intended)!

I randomly wandered into The Butcher's Daughter while shopping on Abbott Kinney because I had…read morereached the point of being hangry. Everyone seemed to recommend this place, so I figured it had to be worth the hype. Plot twist: I didn't realize it was vegetarian until I was already looking at the menu. Normally I'd be a little skeptical, but WOW... I never once found myself wishing there was meat on my plate. I ordered the Spicy Italian pizza, the oyster mushroom "calamari," and a glass of wine, and every single bite was delicious. That pizza though... It was hands-down the star of the meal. Crispy crust, packed with flavor, and honestly one of those pizzas I'd happily drive back to Venice just to eat again. The oyster mushroom "calamari" was also surprisingly convincing. Crispy, flavorful, and a really fun twist on a classic appetizer. And here's the real review: I took the leftover pizza home for my parents, and we all know leftover pizza can be hit or miss. Somehow this one was STILL amazing straight from the fridge. That alone deserves bonus points. If you're shopping on Abbott Kinney and need a break (or if you're just looking for a really great meal), don't let the vegetarian menu fool you. Even this meat lover left completely satisfied. I'll absolutely be back... mostly because I'm already thinking about that pizza.

Very hip and trendy busy AF on a Saturday. The wait wasn't too long because we called ahead. Plenty…read moreof seating inside and out. The whole vibe is shabby chic farmhouse flare. The waitress/waiters always kind and welcoming. They were quick to serve and bring waters. They have a vast breakfast lunch menu from indulgent to healthy. Coffees and smoothies as well aa juices. Prices are reasonable for the area and overall was a great experience. The tables are on the small side and you do have to juggle the plates around to fit. Parking is a bish!! You gotta go around quite a bit to find a spot. A breakfast must in the area. Fave was the French toast and waffles as well as their green juice.

Delightful and tasty hidden gem on Washington Blvd in Marina del Rey. There are several places in…read morethe area, but Variable stands apart with their flavorful and satisfying vegan menu. While I am not at all vegan, it can be a fantastic change of pace when trying a cuisine that is not at all my regular routine. Happily, Variable has tons of choices, and we loved what we got. I was drawn towards the 'N Seoul Bowl' (Korean spicy plant based pork, house marinated Kimchi, organic edamame, steamed organic spinach, carrot, steamed broccoli, onion , organic shiitake, topped with green onion and sesame seeds and side organic quinoa). So good, a bit spicy, and so many flavors on the plate it was impossible to not only love it, but I could not finish it, either. That goes from all their dishes. They are big, and in our experience, it came out piping hot soon after ordering it. My companion tried the 'Indian Tikka Masala' (homemade Indian curry, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, yellow squash, potatoes, cabbage, chickpea, micro green, Served with blend wild Jasmin rice and Indian Flat Bread). Tastes so fresh, hearty, with just enough of a kick to it. I look forward to trying some of their other dishes, too. The burger that the table near us ordered looked fantastic. I gotta think that everything here is pretty dang great.

My favorites are My Son's Pho (it's my favorite pho on the West side) and the N Seoul Bowl (which is light but hearty and the portion is so generous I always have leftovers for lunch). The Sunset Strip Burger is a major crowd pleaser. The Northern Lights pasta is cravable. The service is always warm and welcoming, but never hover. Love the staff. And it's usually quiet inside, pretty small. We've never had to wait for a table. It's such a gem, we were instantly hooked. I just wish I'd known about it sooner.
