Everything was delicious. The wings were moist and flavorful, the mozzarella cheese sticks were hand cut, huge and amazing. We were there on a Monday evening. The dining room was slow, but carry-outs were hoppin'. The atmosphere is relaxed, but nice enough for a date night. Love the Chicago Sports mural on the wall. Our server took wonderful care of us and made sure that we had everything we needed. In addition, since it was our first time, she provided us with a carry-out menu and then led us about the specials throughout the week. Give Santini's a try, you'll be glad you did!

The buffet was 2 tables pushed together, a bowl of salad, a basket of breadsticks, individual marinara sauces, and 2 or 3 very large pizzas under a heat lamp. The presentation may not have been great but it turned out to be better than it looked. The ranch for the salad seemed to be made in house. When the pizza was freshly put on the buffet, the pizza was great. If it had been sitting under the heat lamp, it was not desirable as it was hard to chew. The price was ok for $12 with a water. I scratched that itch. I would order a pizza next time from Gelsosomo's instead of doing a buffet.

I believe smit was the manager who was standing next to the worker, so he knows what transpired. I've been ordering from them since they were located in Inman's Rec Center. The dine in area is fairly small but adequate for a quick bite to eat. This pizza is fresh and all the ingredients are on point. On of my favorite pizza is the BBQ chicken. The sauce has just the right amount of sweet and heat and the chicken is tender. The crew here is very experienced, professional and super friendly.
