No surprise then as we get to the front door entrance we can see their awesome smokers in action and the prep cooks inside rubbing up the ribs for the days orders. I saw this place on tik tok first and immediately went to Yelp to see the reviews (since that's always more trustworthy since I'm very picky) and saw the reviews were high so decided to go try it. When we arrived the line was short which great for my husband and I, unfortunately some of the meats were sold out and beans but it's popular so I won't complain. I wanted the brisket and they had it luckily so I got that with the potato salad and coleslaw. The brisket is DELICIOUS, has the right amount of everything and melts in your mouth. The pulled pork was good too but the brisket takes the show for sure. The sides are also good but the meat is definitely the best part. The service was super friendly and fast too! While slicing, they generously offered samples of the brisket and sausage. The sausage I'd pass on, but everything else was delicious, especially the pork belly and fatty parts of the brisket. The brisket does get a little dry once you get to the leaner parts, but that's what all their house sauces are for. For the sides, the coleslaw and potato salad aren't extraordinary, but they're good for cutting the heavy meats in between bites. Yelpers, this IS the spot for bbq!! Doesn't look like much when you drive up from the outside but once you open that door! Boom, you are hit with greetings and amazing food smells! I will say the wait to get to the counter was about 5 minutes which is not bad! I enjoyed listening to the entertainment of the two meat cutters joking around with the customers and each other. This has a family feel and once they saw we had our daughter with us, they were quick to make sure we had a high chair. They even helped carry out food to the tables as we had some difficulty navigating all the things/kid we were carrying LOL. First, it was a lot faster than the original to get my food, which is a good thing because it was ridiculously slow before. I got the fatty brisket with jalapeño cheese grits and potato salad. This place serves decent Texas style BBQ. The first thing you see when you come here are all the smokers in the back of the restaurant. It's pretty amazing to see their operations. When you finally go in (because the lines are so long), you will find the spice master pouring all the herbs and seasonings into a huge tub to use on their meats. The restaurant is cafeteria style: You order your food at the counter (either by the pound, or the plate), pay, and bring your trays to a table to sit at (indoor and outdoor seating is available). The food is served with a slice of bread. Plates come with 2 sides. We ordered pork ribs, brisket, and turkey which were all tasty. Between all of our plates, my family tried the Mac & cheese, beans, coleslaw, jalapeño cheddar grits, and potato salad. Everyone enjoyed the sides, except the beans. Crazy good BBQ! They have a rotating specials that are fantastic - Beef Ribs for example. I usually opt for a sandwich. Vary it from brisket (I prefer moist) to pulled pork. Decided to try this place on a Saturday to get their beef ribs and ended up getting so much more. We went at 12pm and they still had beef ribs since we heard they can sometimes sell out. The line was at the door but it moved pretty fast and they have multiple people cutting. They're super helpful and will give you samples to try. They let us choose how much of everything we wanted and we got a little of everything. It looked like most people got take out but there were plenty of seats and tables. The outdoor seating is covered and clean. The beef rib itself actually wasn't the best of what we got and I prefer big Nate's beef rib, but the brisket was the best I've ever had! It was so flavorful, the right amount of salt, and we requested the extra fatty parts so it was so juicy and tender. It honestly was the best thing. The pulled pork was a close second, and as someone who doesn't like pulled pork I was so surprised. It held its texture cause I don't like the mushy way pulled pork can get, but this one was great. We also ordered the brisket plate with mac n cheese and the seasonal stuffing. The brisket was a mix of fatty and lean, a perfect combination. The stuffing was a surprise, there's bits of brisket and fat in there to make a savory flavor explosion. The only thing I could have done without was the mac n cheese, not too special. We rounded out our meal with the pecan pie. We only managed a bite on the day of because we were too stuffed, but after nuking it in the microwave for a hot second the next day, it was molten lava goodness. 1/1 Stars for Value -- OK, I 100% did not expect to drop so much on lunch that day. The beef rib is like $30/lb and one rib alone was almost 1.5 pounds. LMB is hands down some of the best bbq I have ever had. The lines are always long but so worth it, it's like planning a vacation to go to lunch. Friends eyes light up when I mention LMB for lunch. I was waiting to come back to Phoenix to try Little Miss BBQ. Last time I was there I was told that this was some of the best barbecue around! Well I'm back! I arrived at the location and the smell of their smokers outside just about drove me crazy. I went inside and got in line. I found the Two meat combo on the menu, And luckily enough it was pastrami day. So I ordered brisket, pastrami, with two sides of coleslaw - trying to avoid carbs. The food was prepared, plated and ultimately devoured very quickly. The brisket was incredibly tender the smoke ring and bark were phenomenal - see the pic. I could eat that brisket all day long! The pastrami was really really good, but it seemed a little over seasoned for me. It was a little bit bitter. Don't get me wrong, I would order it again, it was really good!
