cucumber salad, YUM cold and refreshing
    Chloe C.

Food - ordered a bunch of skewers and food but my favorites were enoki mushrooms, cucumber salad, and korean cold noodles! was not a fan of their "little skewers" per se. felt like the meat was so little that i could barely taste it. Service - super busy but got seated fairly quickly. Ambiance - has live karaoke where a staff sings and you can pay $20 i think to request or sing yourself. Not the best place to catch up with friends cause you can't really hear due to the music. Overall, not a huge fan of the meat skewers but the mushrooms and korean cold noodles and other dishes were SOO good. RECOMMENDED DISHES: garlic enoki mushroom, cucumber salad, cold noodles, cauliflower, fish tofu!!

Atmosphere was great for the crowd, they have a live singer on Sat night. Skewers are decent but maybe it was too busy, we requested for service twice but didn't get any help, as our candles were off which made our skewers cold and hard after a while so we ended up light the new candles ourselves (should have done it earlier if I knew additional candles were just placed underneath). The live singing was hyping up the atmosphere but I think the speakers were tuned too loud and the bass too strong, which actually hurt my ears, and make dinner conversation very hard at scene. If the music can be tone down just a little, it will elevate the whole dinning experience. Regardless, still appreciate Fremont has such a place for gatherings. Do note that a lot of their skewers has peanuts, so my husband ended up taking my daughter to M Dumplings next door for dinner since she has peanut allergies.

Came back for more and I have a new favorite! Updating my order so I remember for next time haha. Also food comes out super fast on a weekday night This time we ordered: Beef skewers (12) A-choy (love the a-choy) Chives (a-choy was better so we'll stick to that next time) Prawns (my new fav, perfectly seasoned and crispy!) King Oyster mushrooms (I don't think it was cooked enough this time around, but still good)

Oh my gosh! First time here and all the food is so delicious and flavorful! The seasoning on these skewers and dishes is seriously soo good. Very authentic feel too to the restaurant, not just the taste but the decoration throughout the store is so thoughtfully designed and such a vibe. All the skewers were so delicious , was a bit adventurous bc my friend said that the intestine here was good and the croaker fish! I am a bit scared to eat fish due to bones, but the bones in this fish are so tender that they can be eaten. The intestine I would say is the best one I've had so far! Loved it! The cauliflower skewer was really yummy too and the hot jasmine tea was nice. All the servers here are soo pretty! Which is an added bonus haha, but the service is also super quick food comes out hot and fresh! Gotta come back soon definitely!! Soo good !! Love love

Doubt I'll be back for several reasons: 1. tiny skewers, expected more meat on them. It was definitely tasty, well seasoned, just need to order a lot to get full. 2. very loud singers. Truly beautiful voices but cound not hear even myself when speaking. Service was alright.

Come for late night eats and lots of shots! Food on skewers. Fun for a large group if you want to drink and have small bites. Service is nice and fast. Love the way this place looks and they were playing really good music. Open late!

A-choy, green beans, cauliflower, pork belly, premium marbled beef

This review should've been posted earlier, but this is my go to spot for Chinese skewers :) Food: The menu is pretty diverse. My favorites are the premium marbled beef, pork belly, and cauliflower. Both meats are always very soft and easy to bite off the skewer. Be warned though, pretty much everything here has the same seasoning/can be salty and the meat is small (these aren't big kebabs or anything), so you're out of luck if you don't like strong cumin flavor or are expecting big yakitori style skewers. The restaurant is called LITTLE SKEWER for a reason! I think to accompany the skewers, you definitely need to get the malatang pot. It's filled with glass noodles, different types of fish cake, sausage, thinly sliced beef, Napa cabbage, and the soup is nice and numbing. I don't know if it's because I was really hungry but this was so good and I'll be ordering it every time I come back. Service: Service here is good. The servers are friendly and even played games with some customers when I was there. The skewers also come out relatively quickly. Restaurant/cleanliness: the restaurant itself is themed well like you're in an ancient Chinese drama. I've never had this issue before but I guess some rice had gotten stuck to our water cups and I only saw that as I was about to drink. There was also some sponge piece that had gotten stuck to the soup ladle we were given. The servers were really apologetic about that.

Came here for late night skewers at around 10:15 pm with friends! Ordering is done via a tablet provided to each table. First time I've seen so many alcohol shots offered in the way they do here. We ordered cauliflower, pork, beef, squid, chicken, and wagyu beef skewers. The one wagyu beef skewer option was much larger than the batches of regular skewers. The skewers are definitely representative of the restaurant's name. Enoki mushroom hot plate was topped with a plentiful amount garlic. Cucumber salad was enough for all of us to share. Staff was attentive and refilled our teapot whenever it was empty. Will be back to get our late night skewers fix!

    Rachel L.

Flavorful and delicious skewers but small portions. My friends and I honestly enjoyed the veggie and tofu skewers even more than the beef! The seasonings were more fragrant on those. Looks like great food to pair with some alcohol. Nice and spacious place with fun decorations. The workers don't really attend to you at all.

My new favorite skewer spot! Chewers were not too oily , perfectly seasoned Would skip out on the egg/sauge/veggie roll Mala soup was really good! Raw surf claws was okay liked the texture but needed more sauce or something to make this dish stand out Oysters 5/5 Service was really good Cute Chinese decor inside

Honestly the food was pretty alright, I'd say the chicken skin, the bread and the lamb ended up being the top 3 for me. The restaurant itself looks awesome! Very cool vibes and it feels like it'd be a great drinking night to be at. Unfortunately we had a bug floating around our water pot and it just kept trying to drown itself in our cups of water. It was also hard to get service and they forgot to bring some of our food, but when they did get to us at least they were fast to help out when we eventually got to ask them.

Honestly, this place wasn't too bad. Price wasn't too crazy for a skewer place, albeit i haven't been to many skewer spots. Only downside that made me dock off two stars is because of the amount of meat that were on each skewers. I would have personally liked less skewers but with a fatter portion of meat in it. The small amount of meat made them all pretty dry. My friend and i ended up getting the following skewers: lamb, marbled beef, chicken, a choy and cauliflower. Honestly i hate to say but the cauliflower was probably our favorite with how tasty and flavorful it was. All the meat skewers were pretty dry until you start ordering the single sticks with the more premium meat, which we got two lamb ones. Not bad but not great either. We got the corn cheese and that was pretty decent. Service was pretty good. Everything came out pretty quickly and there was no wait when we came for dinner on a monday at 7:30p. Place has a decent amount of parking space, shared with the other two businesses in the plaza.

I went here with my boyfriend and we enjoyed our time there. It wasn't busy during the time that we went, so we got a table immediately. The place was pretty spacious with many tables to sit from. They also have a stage where you can do karaoke! Food(10/10): There's a tablet where you can add your order onto, so I think it's pretty convenient if you don't want to call for a server every time. I think my favorite would be oysters. It tasted pretty fresh and I liked the amount of garlic they added on top of it. The meat was pretty tender and nicely seasoned. The squid was not for me though, but my boyfriend enjoyed it! I just thought it was tough to chew through and rubbery. Service(10/10): Can't really complain about the service. They were really friendly and fast with their service. We didn't wait long for our orders as well! It's also cool they had their napkins and utensils in a drawer hidden within the table! At the end of our dinner, we were given air fresheners which was nice! Overall, I would come here again if I was in the area!

One Piece Lamian specializes in Chinese noodle dishes, all with an efficient QR code ordering…read moresystem and super quick service. We started with the One Piece Mixed Salad (tofu skin, vermicelli noodles, woodear mushrooms, carrots, celery, seaweed, and peanuts, all mixed in a savory, acidic, and spicy dressed ) and the Shredded Potato Salad, both of which made for nice appetizers. We also had the Cold Skin Noodles (Liangpi), a bowl of wide, chewy noodles mixed with a savory sauce and topped with tofu puffs, shredded cucumber , bean sprouts, and a creamy sesame sauce. Hailing from Xi'an, the Braised Pork Pita Burger was fatty pieces of pork braised in a savory sauce, served in a dry round of "pita," but even better was the Spicy Cumin Lamb Pita Burger, which contained a tantalizingly spicy, flavorful filling of tender spiced lamb. The Signature Beef Bone Noodle Soup came with noodles in a simple broth, topped with three bone-in beef ribs. The meat on the ribs was rather tough and sinewy, and the soup on the bland side, but the presentation of the dish was definitely impressive. Finally, the House Special Braised Dry Noodle was a bowl of noodles topped with a savory sauce with lots of different dried ingredients including tofu, s mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and red bell peppers. For each noodle dish, you could select from a variety of noodles, but my favorite by far was the 2cm "General Wide" noodles, which had an amazing chewy texture. Overall, this was a great restaurant for authentic Northern Chinese noodle dishes and other eats. Everything came out from the kitchen in just minutes after we ordered. The tasty dishes came at a good value, and the service was super friendly too!

Was going to another noodle place but it seems it was no longer there so we decided come here to…read moresince it is in the same plaza. This is not our first time here. There seems to have some menu change since the last time we came. We ordered 2 dry noodles and a cold spicy pig ears appetizer. The pig ears were piled up with no fillers - something hard to find these days. You can select the type of noodles so I picked the widest while my husband picked the middle one. I love the el dente texture of the noodles giving it a bit of chew. My braised pork belly dry noodles was not dry... very watery which was not to my liking. I want my dry noodles with as little gravy as possible. The flavor was light despite all the gravy, but the veggies and one egg made it up. The house special dry noodles had just the right amount of gravy for taste but not enough ingredients. I was wondering why the restaurant is called One Piece... I guess the entire bowl of noodles is one piece noodle as it was hard to eat as all the noodles are tangled. No complaints here just need to be careful with the splashes on your shirt. Overall the food was good, service was decent as we were offered actual menu instead of only using QR code to order. The place was not small with plenty of table. A bit noise as with all Chinese restaurants.
