I bought a truck from here December 2024, the day of purchase they were nice. But some details about the paperwork seemed funny after we had reviewed it. They added on a bunch of stuff without even telling or asking me. My wife found it on our contract. So I went down there to get it removed and refunded towards my final cost. I signed an agreement of termination of services and he said it would take 4-6 weeks to show on the total cost. It's been almost 3 months and nothing has changed. Every time I call the finance manager he cancels my call, every time I call the dealership they say we'll call you back. Updated to add: I went back with the car I bought here for its first oil change which the salesman at the time promised the first one would be free. When I went there the service center checked the computer and said there was no free oil change listed on there under my name. He spoke with the manager and the manager stated it did not come with a free oil change. I did not have my papers with me. I would not even have driven all the way to Livermore or even have thought they would give me my first free oil change( didn't have that with my other bought cars so didn't even know dealers did that) IF the salesman didn't tell me like how would I even know to make it up so he DID tell me that! When I went home to check my papers, sure enough there was nothing in writing ( but I did remember they had sent me a coupon or letter asking about when to come in for a complimentary oil change?). Sooo, lesson learned- any promises they make and wheel and deal with you, make sure you get it in WRITING somewhere on your contract! Don't take it for granted at face value from what the salesman says or promises. That kind of ticked me off, because I don't like being played or maybe it was an honest mistake and the salesman got mixed up with his usual Ford cars and mine was a used Toyota? Not a single person approached me. I came in to use the restroom and wasn't even acknowledged. A friend I was with waited at the table in the center of the showroom and he also was not acknowledged. There were multiple sales persons on site sitting behind their desks, they clearly noticed us looking for help but didn't bother. Worst, most disrespectful experience I have ever had. I made an appointment to get a recall issue taken care of after waiting over a year for the parts to come in. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told the parts still haven't arrived. So why do you give me an appointment for an issue you are not able to take care of at the time? And why is it they could not call and inform me the parts were not in? I was informed they had no idea when parts would arrive and when they did, older vehicles would be addressed first. I was also told I could buy the parts on Amazon and bring the car back in for repair. I was also told I would need to pay for the repair and reach out to Ford Corporation for reimbursement. Why is it the parts are available on AMAZON, but not at the dealer itself? Makes no sense at all. I was on the way home from my appointment, and received a call saying I had missed my appointment. What the heck?? No communication at all as I had just been at Livermore Ford. The service advisors did not seem concerned about taking care of this safety issue. Overall experience here was, Meh. Went in on 11/28 to look at a used 2018 Audi SQ5. Troy Johnson, the salesman, was helpful throughout the sales process and answered all my questions in a timely manner prior to coming in. I looked at several other SQ5's in my area and this one was the absolute cleanest I viewed. It was a tough decision nevertheless, but my preferred SQ5 at Stevens Creek Audi was sold the same morning while I was in Livermore. I decided to buy. -Salesman was good. He was kind enough to deliver my car 20 miles out. -Sales manager - Average. Attitude was, take it or over leave it. No efforts were made to make sure I was satisfied with purchase. -Finance manager could use some milk. Yousef, the sales manager, was a bit sour during the signing process and looked visibly upset when I called out their "VIN Etching" added onto the price for 349.99. I told him that I did not want this, but according to him, it was "baked" into the price. Dumb, in my opinion. All the "VIN Etching" stickers peeled off EASILY and are an absolute waste of MONEY. Complete dealer BS so they can make more money. I was only given one key and I asked if I could possible have them give me a new one. They said no. Again, no effort to make sure I was satisfied. Would I come back as a customer? Nah. Would I recommend this dealer? Nope. Could the overall experience been better? Absolutely. Have a laugh and view their "VIN Etching" placements on my car. More importantly the dealer did not advise us the vehicle only had one key until we were leaving, the dealer did not disclose the outrageous gashes/scratches on the roof of the vehicle that they ABSOLUTELY knew of and today is September 18th and they still have not paid off our trade-in vehicle, which they are REQUIRED by LAW to do in 10 days. We have called countless times and can not even get the courtesy of a phone call. I will be turning to CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs! I walked into the dealership and was treated by Albee, a twenty something male with a big smile on his face. I'm sure working on New Years was top of his to do list. Anyway, we came to look at Lincoln's, I had test drive multiple other brands of SUV's and all of them felt bulky and heavy. So I decided to try the Lincoln, a bit out of my price range but If this is going to be the car my children grow up in, I'll work out the details of the price. Albee asked a couple questions, what brought us in, what we we're interested in, if we had knowledge of the brand and the things that were a hard yes for us. He then took us to a couple models, and explained what the differences were. Originally I was dead set against the extended version and when he pulled them side by side it was such a slight difference on the outside but a major difference on the inside(trunk space). It was an easy sell as he explained you can always use less space but you can never get more. And he was right, I would of regretted not getting the longer version. Now that the two Lincoln's were side by side I was also able to compare the 2020 and the 2019. The 2020 had some fun upgrades than the 2019, but it was nice being able to see them and compare without having to walk around the lot. At the end of the day we settled for the 2019 Lincoln Navigator Reserve L and I'm extremely excited about my choice and my car for the next decade. Albee was amazing. I'd buy a car from him again- hopefully not anytime soon! John in finance was equally amazing. Friendly, honest and super knowledgeable about what he could offer for what price. Quicklane review. Thank you to Erik G. And the Tech that worked on my vehicle. I brought my car in for an oil change and after checking my brakes they recommended replacing the rear brakes. Trying to save some money I checked with my local tire shop and they quoted me about $110 less. I brought the car over to the tire shop and they claimed that Quicklane over torqued my lugs and they could not remove my wheels. They sent me back to the quicklane to have the wheels torqued to spec and "have them replace the lugs if they break" I drove back to quicklane and Erik greeted me to see why I had returned. I explained what the local tire shop had said and he assured me they do not over torque. Not only that he had the Tech come out and loosen and retorque the lugs to spec. The tech was able to loosen them easily and not a single lug 'broke off',' as the local tire guy said it would. I really appreciate Erik and the Tech showing me rather than just telling me that the tire guys was wrong. Will be returning to have my Brakes done at the Quicklane Tomorrow thanks to Erik and the Tech. read more

I took my car here to get serviced and I was overall not pleased with the experience. I needed a oil change and tire rotation. I had a $25 coupon. On the phone I verified if they would take the coupon. They said just bring it in. When I got there, the service advisor said he's already giving me a combo price for both the tire rotation and oil change so he can't take the coupon or else he would be "doubling up". hmm... sounds kinda fishy. Maybe I should have left at that point but I really needed that oil change. I picked up the car later and paid with credit card. After I got home, I saw that the charge was about $3 higher than what they told me. Turns out, they charge a convenience fee for using the card. WTF?! $3 is not much but only mom n pop stores should be charging this, not car dealerships! They certainly should have said something before the charge, or have a big sign indicating there would be a "convenience fee". I should have checked more carefully but I believe they did not do the tire rotation. On the paperwork, I confirmed that a tire rotation is asked for. On the list of items completed, I don't see tire rotation mentioned. My car is front wheel drive. The front tires look more bald than the rear after I got the car back, and it should be the opposite if tire rotation was performed. I don't think I was charged for tire rotation, but looks like they just straight up forgot this item. To be fair, all the tires are pretty bald so maybe this is moot. But still, if they weren't gonna do it, should have said something. Here are some other minor things that irked me about the whole experience. I tried to make an appointment online, but their system is totally unusable. Try it if you don't believe me. So I had to call. At the waiting area, I noticed they had separate receptacles for trash, recycle, and compost. But they all go into the same bag underneath! What?! I don't think any of these items on its own merit me leaving a one star review. But there are just too many small things that make me not wanna come back here. read more

I have purchased three cars through Livermore Ford/Lincoln. Only one with the current management group. I will not purchase another car. I am even risking worse service with this post. I have a new Mustang Mach-e on order. It is in production and with any luck, it will be delivered in the next month. California announced a new Clean Fuel Reward program worth $1500 off a new EV purchased through participating dealers. Many Ford Dealers are participating. Not Ford Livermore. Further, they say they will not participate, even though three other dealers within 45 miles are participating. This is free money that the dealer is choosing not to take advantage of. Other dealers have told me the process is quick and easy to participate. Why not Ford Livermore? Lazy? Certainly customer service friendly. They say they have 25 Mach-e on order which means they will cost their customers nearly $40,000 in potential savings because they just don't want to participate. Unfortunately, I am unable to change my order to another dealer without sacrificing my delivery date. If you are pre-ordering a Ford Broco or Mustang Mach-e, I highly recommend you choose a dealer that is more focused on customer service. read more

I needed to get to work so my Mother, a 57 year old woman lend me her car and she took the Focus to the dealership to get it fixed. I just purchased the car and it was well within the warranty period. The dealership told my Mother that there was damage due to "rodents," and because of this, the damage wouldn't be covered by the warranty. So without my knowledge, my mother handed them a $3,300 check and the car was fixed and ready the next day. It is also worth noting that I live in the newer part of Dublin where houses are brand new, since the car is electric-battery powered, I store it in my garage to charge overnight. I have never in my life seen a rodent around my house, let alone inside the garage. So I really find it hard to believe that the damage was caused by "rodents". A month later we get a letter from Ford headquarters (not from dealership) that there is a recall or "Field Service Report." The letter states that if my Ford Focus is experiencing the "Stop Safely Now" message, everything would be covered EVEN if it's not under warranty anymore. Basically Ford Livermore lied to us about the "Rodent Damage" and charged us $3300 when Ford Headquarters say they were willing to fix the "Stop Safely Now" message at no cost! Hospitality is of course a 10/10 and I do appreciate them working the extra angle to find the options I was looking for,, they did hit the nail following up with me in that regard. Can't hate at all on sales price,, they work hard to make their dollar just like we all do. What I meant in the beginning was that it was allot of effort on my end to finish the due bill after they just landed a nice sale with me. I've held off writing a review because I wanted to wait until I owned the vehicle for 6 months. Upon purchasing a white 2013 Nissan Juke on 11/10/2021 for ~9k, I also purchased a contract cancelation option addendum, which gives the buyer ~32 hours to return the vehicle for a full refund. I took the car to my mechanic, who found about $3,500 worth of needed repairs on the car for bare minimum safety. HIGHLY recommend you buy the option to return from any dealership for this reason. Of course 4 hours shy of my 8pm deadline on 11/12/2021, I come in to return the car. Hugo insists that I check out a couple of cars that meet my specs to consider as an exchange. The cars were out of my budget so I insisted we proceed with the return/refund. Hugo then tells me that after consulting with the service department, that a lot of those repairs should've been caught in the initial intake inspection, and Livermore Ford would agree to cover all of the repairs on the service repair sheet my mechanic provided to me in order to make me a satisfied customer. I agreed that I would not return the vehicle as long as all of the repairs were completed. I was given a loaner car for 6 weeks. The Nissan Juke was returned to me around 12/21/2021 by Alex who assured me all of the repairs were completed, and he oversaw the completion himself. Well during my first oil change owning the car today 5/27/2022, my mechanic, who performed the initial inspection and provided documentation on 11/11/2021, told me that none of the repairs were serviced, aside from one repair: a foggy headlight, which I was able to visibly see and call out to Livermore Ford's attention when they called me on 12/1/2021 to pick up the vehicle initially. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and I expect to return the vehicle for a full refund, as I initially planned on completing circa 11/12/2021. Assuming Livermore Ford treats me with SWIFT respect in extending an offer to return the vehicle immediately, I will update my reviews accordingly. read more

Terrible Car Dealer Experience - Went here to checkout the Ford Explorer. They had a few Explorer models outside, but the sales guy insisted on pulling the floor model Ford Explorer out of the dealership for the test drive. The battery was dead, so we had to jump start the car. During the test drive, the infotainment unit continuously cut out. But the Explorer V6 engine was very responsive. As we wrapped up the test drive, we just wanted some lease and finance numbers. But the sales guy kept on forcing us to do a hard credit check to give me an "accurate" number. This was very unusual and suspicious. After repeatedly getting my SSN wrong we walked out of there. This is the first time I'm hearing how someone needs to run a hard credit check just to give you some numbers on a potential car deal. Won't be going back here for any Ford vehicles in the future.
