Waffles for the win!!! This place is my go to for a quick breakfast. Staff is always friendly and smiling and plenty of parking. My go to item is the blueberry waffle with strawberries and whipped cream on top. The waffle is sooo fluffy! I sometimes venture over to the crepes and I haven't been disappointed yet. They are a bit on the sweet side, so make sure you order something savory as well (like bacon or sausage) if sweet is a bit much for you. This place is good for groups too. This place has a great staff. So many friendly team members and you can tell they get along very well. This kitchen cranks out a ton of food for breakfast. At night this place is very quiet, but in the morning it's hopping and popping. I was going to come here for the biscuits and gravy but when I saw all the pancakes I decided to get a short stack. The pancakes are a decent price at $3.29 for a short stack. The recipe they use makes pancakes a little dry. I did get that buttermilk zing when I was eating these. Amazingly delicious'! There was a 45 minute wait so I ordered takeout! There was a tent outside for outdoor eating and tables were distanced. I had a truck so we pulled into the lot and ate in the back. Foot was served hot and was ready in 30 minutes. read more

For my first experience I will say I was a bit underwhelmed at the beginning. Upon entering into the loaded cafe I was greeted by a hostess and two other employees who we're working the register. We received our seats fairly quickly and we were able to order our food within 5 minutes of sitting down. Once the food arrived I will say the portion sizes are comparable to an old Mom and pop restaurant which was refreshing . However once our food arrived our server didn't circle back and check in on us to see anything extra was needed or if we even enjoyed our meal. The next time I saw the server was when she handed me the check for payment. (I believe she had too many tables) I will say the bright light in this entire experience and review was Veronica. I am not to sure if she was a server or the manager on duty she had on a black shirt which made her stand out from the rest . This is the 3rd time we've been to this diner and we've always had a great experience. The staff are always nice and continue to check on us repeatedly. Today, we were helped by Diana. She was very helpful from the beginning and kept checking on us to make sure we have what we need. Food: since the first time I ordered it, I keep coming back for the Swedish crepe. It is butter-bomb amazing. We also ordered the country fried steak. In my experience, this dish is a hit and miss. This is my first time ordering it here and I was impressed. The steak was decently thick and very crispy. The hash browns we're crispy and thinly shredded just how I like it. Pardon the pictures as we got too excited before we took it. SO ordered the chilaquiles and like it as well. Not the same as a true Mexican version but better than ones he's tried in the past. Take out was outside, Tia was a pleasure. Staff wore masks and exercised patience considering the circumstances. I ordered lemon crepes combo. The crepes were delicious. My daughter ordered a, waffle. Although the food was pretty good, I asked for country potatoes well done. Those were not and I didn't care to wait longer for meal. They building is an old IHOP from the 70's. Nice wide selection of breakfast options and the food was excellent and the service was attentive & friendly.
