First & foremost shout out to our server Richard. He was amazing. Super welcoming. I saw this place on TikTok and we happen to be in town so guess wut, we decided to visit and I'm so glad we did. The food was glorious...no lie. They had me from the initial complementary ponduce bread. Everybody there seem to be having a great time with their respective group. Definitely five Starz. Would give more if I could.

Excellent food and service. All five of us had a delicious breakfast! Highly recommend the strawberry banana Nutella waffle combo and the chilaquiles!! We also enjoyed the dulce de leche latte and the horchata latte. The fresh conchas were amazing as well! Wish we didn't live so far away in NorCal, this would be our go to place. Thank you for the lovely service Josephina! We will visit again!

Loaded Cafe is definitely one of my favorite breakfast diners in Long Beach. My favorite thing on the menu that I've tried is the loaded steak and eggs. The strawberry waffles are also really yummy. They also give you a side of Pan Dulce to start your meal which is a nice little bonus. Only downside is it does get busy here so there may be a wait, but they are usually still decently quick even when they are busy. The last time I came here it was raining outside and we got seated by the window which made it feel nice and cozy inside. They have a very extensive menu which can be a little overwhelming, but I would definitely like to come back and try more of their menu items in the future.

I have been hearing great things about Loaded Cafes, there are several around now. I was finally near our Long Beach location early enough for breakfast. I came in right after they opened (weekday)! The server even brewed a fresh pot of Decaf for me! I ordered the Original Breakfast that came with two sausage links (or bacon), two eggs, and two pancakes. The menu is huge with a lot of options. Definitely plan to take my family here. I am sure this place gets packed on the weekends, so suggest coming early! Parking - there is a good size lot behind the restaurant, and even the streets around it seem to have ample parking as well. Again, I sure the parking is more challenging on a weekend day. Service was excellent. My server was Martha.

Came here in a work ditch day. First of all they serve you a fresh mini concha to start off with. It was honestly one of the best I've had! It was warm, soft, moist, and loved the taste of cinnamon. We ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes and made it a combo. As well as the asada chilaquiles. Everything tasted really good! I loved the taste of the chilaquiles sauce. It was cheesy and almost had a chili taste to it. My scrambled eggs were very tender and cooked perfectly. Not dry at all. I definitely would come back soon!

Trying out this place for the first time. I am impressed with their menu, they have soo many options to choose from. When we sta down they gave us complimentary conchas. Conchas are soo good, and they come warm. Coffe flight is interesting you can try different flavors horchata, caramel, and chocolate. Chocolate is my fav. Good customer service.

Was finally able to stop in to the Loaded Cafe - Long Beach on a Friday morning for breakfast. It was decently good, with the food taste/quality being mixed, but having great service with solid value on some items. Loaded Cafe (and its sister bakery Panecito) has over 10 locations around Los Angeles and Orange County. It's a breakfast and brunch spot, mixing classic diner food with Mexican favorites. This location is the original, opened in 2012 in what used to be an IHOP. It is known for serving fresh conchas as a complementary starter (rather than chips n salsa). They frequently have credit card offers, giving back a percentage if activated. In our case, it turned out to be via Citi for 5% back (on top of the normal percentage for dining). My wife and I had stopped into this location previously last year, but found the lines and parking to be very full due to its popularity, letting us choose a different place. So this time, when we found we had an early errand to run on a Friday, we stopped by around 8am (around an hour after opening). This time parking was easy, and we were seated in a window booth. Only one server was working the front, so assuming that this was normal busyness. She did mention that the previous day (New Years Day) had been extremely busy. I was just grateful that there was no wait. Our server, Martha, was communicative throughout, apologizing for some delays (which we felt was normal considering her responsibilities). She brought us the 3 rolls, each served warm and frosted with a sugary spread. They were very good. My mother-in-law got the 2 Stack Buttermilk Pancakes ($4.99), which she really liked. One can get the AYCE deal for $5.99, but 2 was plenty for her. She also got tea, which was some hot water in a cup with a Lipton tea bag...was surprised how much that was ($4.29). My wife got Mini Crepe Combo ($12.99), which came with two eggs and a side of bacon. The crepes were OK, and the bacon was the cheap variety (very thin, would be OK with a burger or in a buffet). The eggs were ordered scrambled hard. Since I was the one who wanted to come here, I wanted something that was different from a typical diner experience but still breakfast. Crunchy Asada Chilaquile Steak ($22.99) was my choice, and it came with a side of hash browns. I loved the tortilla chips, each coated wth a mild sauce and the scrambled eggs together were a great combo. But the protein asada steak was not good...tasted old, clearly from either prepared frozen strips or too long marinated (I've had similar meat at huge menu restaurants that have fajitas on the menu, but don't really use the meat for anything else). Should have gone with the chicken strips (significantly cheaper and is a lot better from frozen). I'm one of those that actually prefers hash browns from a box in most cases (it can end up much more crunchy and not soggy), and they prepared really well here...with a very crispy outside. It would be a good base for any hash dish. Each table had a large selection of condiments, including 3 different types of hot sauces (all with habanero, which is too hot for me), and Sriracha hot chili sauce (nod to where this was located near Cambodia Town). I was politely declined when I asked for any salsa, instead routed towards the hot sauces. Our server was great throughout, with payment tableside, and we were in/out well under an hour. The food quality/value was OK but the service was great, so decided to just split the rating down the middle. A decent place to go if in the area and hungry, but definitely a lot more favorite diner spots in Long Beach that we would go to first.

They had a special for original breakfast for $5.75. (Instagram has it & we have to show it when you order to get the special price). Two pancakes, two eggs & two bacon/sausage/or ham. They give you a free concheta per person. Service was quick & friendly. Felt cozy & neighborly inside. There were families eating together as well as two tables with solo diners. I liked that they had a variety of people with varying numbers of people dining in. My friend liked the green hot sauce they had on the table and was able to purchase one bottle of it for $4. The pancakes were buttery and fluffy. Didn't need extra butter. Eggs were cooked exactly how we asked for. After we had our breakfast, my friend decided to pick up three different orders of breakfast to go for her family. They have 7 locations with two more on the way. We will definitely go back, either to this location or to one of their sister locations. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff & a parking lot (that's big in LB).

Don't listen to food request, plus give out undercooked pancakes to kids. Terrible service.

We went here for breakfast for the first time after passing by it numerous times. It was quiet when we visited, but the service was ready for us. We got menus, and the one in hand was a bit dirty. They were kind to bring us out some Mexican bread, which my girlfriend enjoyed. Nonetheless, I marched along and choose the steak and eggs with onions and mushrooms. My girlfriend talked about trying their pancakes, so I withdrew from getting roast. The plate I chose was really good. Eggs made right, steak cooked and seasoned well. The hash browns reminded me of ihop and dennys visually, but they were perfectly crispy and tasted so damn good. Turns out a lot of talk about their hash browns speaks volumes. They had a lot of sweet desserts on the menu, but I will definitely try their churro flavored dishes next time I come in. They have a lot of sweets to choose from that you can take home, so next time you come in. Choose wisely.

The loaded steak and eggs was as good as I remembered it. My dining companion thought it was good and stole a few bites of mine. I tried their chicken guacamole stacker. The pancake was good and they gave us a concha and some type of cookie as a house freebie. The menu definitely changed from last time I was here and they have a lot of treats on the menu. Staff was nice food wasn't expensive and came out quickly Nice spot for a brunch date with loved ones and friends Worth a stop if in Long Beach

It's been a while since coming here! Their menu is great! Went here after Mass for breakfast and they had people dressed up for Dia de Los Muertos where you can take a photo with them! That was fun! Good food and good experience! [11.01.25]

Tons of board games, books and wonderfully mellow music helps make the experience feel comforting and inviting. Our drinks were prepared quickly and shouted at the coffee bar for pickup. The presentation was great, but the flavors, out of this world! The Cinnamon Dulce Latte was OUTSTANDING. So good, in fact, that my girlfriend stole it from me! I started with a cup of their beef and barley soup. My wife and I both make this at home from scratch and we're both impressed by theirs. My wife took a taste of mine and instantly ordered her own. Very rich and flavorful. I kept looking at photos of their take on chicken and waffles and knew I had to try it. Seriously epic and was good as it looked. They coated the chicken in a chili rub that gave it a sweet and spicy flavor when paired with their maple syrup. Served on top of a waffle and topped with an egg. I loved it and would probably order again on my next visit. My wife had the American plate which was your classic eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sourdough toast combo. High quality ingredients elevated it beyond your typical diner food. Drinks were great too. I had their house made bloody mary which had a nice kick to it. My wife had their brunch version of a Corpse Reviver cocktail. After our meals were done we finished with an Irish coffee since everyone was ordering them. It's about how management handled it. We made a reservation three days in advance to watch the Mexico World Cup match. We arrived 10 min early to our reservation in anticipation of the crowds. We received confirmation by both email and text, but when we arrived, we were told there was no reservation and "nothing they could do." Despite showing proof of our confirmed reservation, they refused to honor it and told us there were no tables available. Seconds later, another group walked up and asked to join the waitlist, and he gladly added them. I then asked why we couldn't be added--considering we had a confirmed reservation--and only then did he put us on the list. When a restaurant makes a mistake, the bare minimum is trying to make it right. We should have been given priority on the waitlist. Instead, after nearly two hours of waiting, we were still ninth in line even though the wait time for our table size showed 0 minutes. We left without ever being seated. Thankfully before the match began, we walked over to Broken Spirits (5 min walk away) where they seated us within 15 minutes and even gave us complimentary drinks to celebrate the game. The difference in hospitality was incredible. This wasn't my first disappointing experience here, either. On a previous visit, I waited outside to be seated for so long that I eventually gave up and seated myself at the bar. To make matters worse, the food and drinks don't justify the price. Cocktails are around $20, filled with ice, and underwhelming. As a customer, I left Ordinarie feeling dismissed and disrespected. Between the poor service, overpriced menu, and management's complete lack of accountability, I won't be returning. If you're in the DTLB area, I would recommend better drinks/better service at Broken Spirits or Midnight Oil :)

The menu has a ton of really detailed options, each drink with its own depth. The menu changes seasonally but what doesn't change is the smoked old fashioned - a must-order. They smoke your drink in a glass container using applewood chips; it's quite a show and it also does make the drink much more enjoyable. Ask the bartender and they can also help guide you to a drink - I've done it a couple of times and always pleasantly surprised. Next up, the food! The hummus was very flavorful and paired with an amazing fluffy pita bread. The truffle fries were solid but the plate was HUGE, definitely needs a friend to share. The Nashville wings are the star of the show. I cannot stress this enough, this is worth a DRIVE for. The seasoning really does remind you of Howlin' Rays (the highest compliment) and the chicken is extremely crispy yet insanely juicy. The pickles and ranch that it comes with pairs so well. Do note that they are tossing it in pork fat, which enhances the depth but also makes it a little greasy at the end. I also wished they'd warn you this and offer to order it without it; especially for those who don't eat pork or for those trying to cut some calories. There's a happy hour menu too!!! So you can get drinks and food even cheaper. I cannot stop thinking about this place. It's such a sleeper. Head to Midnight Oil after a visit to continue your night.

We arrived in a Friday around noon It took a while for us to get our order taken and for food to arrive. Truly that was the longest part. A table who got here before us was served before we were. It was getting pretty long We got the buscits which was a let down. They were cold. A bit hard and the butter was unable to be spread. The gumbo was less flavorful and if you are used to more flavorful gumbos then this one isn't for you. It it's more tamed. The rice was a little dry. It tasted like it could come from a package. The best part was the meat serving. The eggs Benedict were perfect. I loved the lemon salad that was served with it. The cut inside the eggs was great and cooked well. I would come back just to try more entrees. Avoid the biscuits unless you have them with gravy. Then let us know. The place is small with outside and inside seating. I attached a video of the view inside. We paid about $50 with tip for the three things and truly it was a good experience. If you like Bloody Marys I would say to come try because we noticed nearly every table getting served one.
