Showed up for a Sunday brunch... with no reservation. Had some concerns. Patio was available and it was the first nice weekend after winter so I snatched it right up and it was great out there. Our server Matt was very nice and helped us with everything. When I hear the word "buffet" my mind wanders to Ryan's and Golden Corral. It is so delightful to have a buffet where I really want to eat the food, and not feel obligated since I paid money for it. Everything was delicious. I think our favorite was the oyster mac n' cheese, but I think my favorite was the orange jalapeno french toast. There's enough options for everyone, and enough options to fill 2 plates will all different items. Not just the food, but the experience. It is so cool to me that you go through the kitchen to get your food. As a child I never got to do something cool like go into the kitchen at a restaurant (cool in a sense), and even as an adult I really enjoyed doing that... getting the behind-the-scenes experience. For the quality of food you are getting, 19 dollars is a steal. I will definitely be coming back. I wonder if I wear my sweat pants next time, will I be frowned upon? read more

Stellar, inspired and inventive dishes with fresh seasonal ingredients. Amazing bourbon selection and excellent cocktails. Very cool, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable mixologists and servers. The staff know the menu, the ingredients, and even food pairings. Every member of the staff I've met has been genuinely excited about the food and cocktails they serve, and seem to truly enjoy their job. They are always happy to share their contagious enthusiasm. Bravo!! Local Three is my definite favorite when I travel to Atlanta. It even inspired me to write my first Yelp review. Yes, It's that good. Finally got the wife out of the house to celebrate our anniversary and wanted someplace that was casual but not for kids, had an original menu and good service. Local Three hit the mark on every category. Great place for a couple but the communal tables will be for our next visit with friends. Don't tell to many people though, I don't want to wait hours for a table. The octopus was very tender. I spend a lot of town in coastal cities where octopus is a regular on menus. This was as good if not better than any others I've had. Wife had the mussels and we shared some popcorn. All were great. The meat butter was good, but so rich after the others, we didn't even finish it. I suggest sharing some of the plates. Def a fan! Never had a chance to make it over when this restaurant was Joel, but happy now that Local Three's here. Came for a work dinner a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised at the eclectic and creative menu. Myk, our server for the evening, was GREAT-- knowledgeable and friendly, and helped us navigate through the food and wine list. It was so much fun the first time that I invited all my friends for dinner the next week! Highlights: 1) SO EXCITED that they had deviled eggs on the menu. I love them but hate making them for myself since it takes forever... so sure, I will pay $4 for some! 2) Hopping party atmosphere: both times that I've been (both Wednesdays), it's been crazyyy! I didn't realize this was a Muss and Turner owned establishment until my second time dining there. M&T seem to always have consistently great food. The first time I went to Local Three, I went for a birthday party in a group. Everything went really smoothly and the waiter was great. My boyfriend had the Wagyu Bavette and it was delicious. I had the scallops which were tasty too. I had a taste of my friend's pork belly appetizer and it was to die for. My favorite drink of the night was Green Love Lace. So, this place was so good, we went again 3 days later for dinner. My boyfriend and I got the Hoisin glazed Colorado lamb ribs which was very yummy. They had a side of radish kimchee. It wasn't bad tasting, maybe a little too salty. This time, we both got the Masami Ranch Wagyu Bavette because I've been dreaming about this tender, succulent meat for days. read more

This is my new go-to brunch recommendation. I have long been over Copeland's and had moved on to Cinco. But, this... Whew! We just happened upon it one Sunday, hubs likes to impress me with a fresh and new brunch selection from time to time. At first, we were going to be disappointed, the website that we saw gave a different closing time for brunch than what it actually was. But, the hostess checked on it, we were granted access to come in. The menu changes from week to week. The brunch is a true brunch in that it is all that you can eat for one flat price, not just a special brunch-time menu. (I swear, it outta be a law that is called something else) There was so much variety available. The food is incredibly fresh because the cooks are in the kitchen where the food is put together. They do not make bottomless pits of food for masses of folks to pick over, they make a generous portion and guests can go to fill up their plates. They can easily see what needs to be replenished or not. This is an excellent bday brunch gathering location if you ever need it! read more

Wonderful! Driving up to an empty office building on a Saturday night feels strange...then you walk through the dark wood door to Locals Three into amaze-town. We had one of the best meals since our move to ATL from San Francisco about a year ago. Service was excellent as well. Wow! Cocktails were delicious and also the "pickle" appetizer and special salad of the evening. I had trout, husband the brevitte(steak) and daughter the mcquacker appetizer. The trout dish with wonderful polenta/grits and a lobster broth was perfect as was the perfect preparation of the fish. For dessert we had the trio of mousses with different sea salts which was just the right note. Great wine recommendation as well. We will be back! This is my first review. The reason I joined Yelp was to review this restaurant. I work in the restaurant industry and have developed pretty high standards of service, presentation, etc. This is my new favorite place in ATL (I visit on a regular basis) because (1) the food is downright delicious, refreshingly creative American style, haven't had a thing that's come out of the kitchen that I didn't like. Plenty of healthy choices on the menu, if you're into that. (2) The service is great. The staff doesn't wear matching, tacky uniforms, they just all dress in casually nice clothes which adds to the cool atmosphere. Every server I've had has been knowledgeable, efficient, and funny! Seems like a great crew. My boyfriend and I have had Jeremy twice and have thoroughly enjoyed his service both times. (3) Awesome decor and atmosphere. Impossible to find. No need to waste time at those faux "speakeasy" bars when Local Three is like a real speakeasy...it's that hard to find. In the back of an empty office building lobby, around the corner, down the hall, etc. Added bonus: spooky nighttime parking in an empty, dimly lit garage (no valet? Hmm...maybe we just couldn't find it). It's an...adventure. But then...out of nowhere...a bustling restaurant! Our server was excellent at guiding us through the meal. Recommended a cocktail called Slow Death (I think?)...one of the best mixed drinks I've ever had. The roasted radish dish is weird...I'd avoid it. The cheese plate was simply top notch. Ditto the risotto and the incredible, spicy S'mores dessert. The fries came after we were done with our meal, but server was very apologetic and comped our dessert which was very cool. I think the menu changes often, so you may not even see any of these items when you go. People gush over the decor but it seemed like a bit of clashing, schizophrenic mishmash to me. I know Atlantans get all verklempt about hip restaurant decor, and are easily impressed by a few cool light fixtures...but I'll be the dissenting voice on this one. From start to finish, Local Three was phenomenal. The service, the food, the ambiance, the spirits selection ... everything was 5 star. Brussels are a must have for appetizer, the Cod melts in your mouth as an entree and you will have about 100 bourbons to choose from to sip on. Popped in, party of 3, on a Friday with no reservations. There was nothing available inside so we were seated on the patio (or they know I'm a patio aficionado). Either way this place is a must in Atlanta. I would suggest making a reservation to enjoy the awesome vibe of this restaurant. The inside is too cool. Food: The Octopus corndog is fabulous. I don't even like octo but just do it. The McDowell burger is fire. Boyfriend is a self proclaimed burger pro and this topped his list. Tomato salad is light, fresh and delicious. Local Three came highly recommended by a friend of mine who I have full trust in regarding food. I don't live in the ATL area but visit a few times a year and always try to eat at new places every time I visit. I am very happy I had a chance to eat Brunch here before I head back to NC. According to the staff Local Three has one of the largest kitchens in the South and they show it off on Sundays by serving their Brunch from inside the kitchen. What a cool concept! We had made a reservation and were seated promptly. The place mats also serve as a menu and you can see they change the menu all the time. Coffee & Soft Drinks are included in the Brunch Buffet. The following were some of the amazingly delicious items I ate during Brunch: 1. Coffee Cake - Moist and flavorful 2. Chicken Salad Crostini - Perfect starter and bite size 3. Cranberry/Arugula/Blue Cheese Salad - I'm not even a Blu Cheese fan but this salad was yummy 4. Biscuits/Gravy - The gravy was made with Duck fat. Creative & Tasty 5. French Toast - This was my least favorite. It had way too much citrus and just tasted sour 6. Pecan Pancakes - I love the pecan flavor and syrup 7. Shrimp/Grits - Mmmmm 8. Loaded Potatoes - This dish had a red pepper sauce that was simply delicious. 9. Pulled Chipotle Pork Panini - 2 of my favorite things in the world: Pulled Pork & Chipotle There were a few other dishes I tried and they were also very good. The staff was friendly and kept checking on us. And the value for what you get can't be beat. I would highly recommend everyone go check this place out. Weirdest. Brunch. Ever. We stopped in at Local Three on a recent Sunday. It was surprisingly only half-full, probably because it's near impossible to find. Seriously, you'll want to check out their website for details before you set out. Anyway, when Nova and I sat down at our table, we noticed these weird little placemats. On closer inspection, we noticed each was a handwritten menu with this odd diagram. After talking with our server, we learned the diagram is of the kitchen. Because brunch at Local Three requires you go into the kitchen to get your food. At first, this seemed really odd. But once we walked into the kitchen, it was kind of cool. All along the line were several stations. Some, like the breads, were self-serve. Others, like many of the hot dishes, were cooked to order. For $18 a head, you can pretty much get anything you want on the brunch menu, which is a good sampling of Local Three's regular menu. Staying true to our biases though, I went more for sweets while Nova stayed on the savory side. I had: a damn good coffee cake, a rich yogurt with toasted granola and honey, custardy French toast with apricots and golden raisins, the spicy (and awesome) house-made sausage and porktastic bacon. She had: a simple Caesar salad, the delicious pimento cheese, a somewhat dense biscuit and the smoky grilled hanger steak with root vegetables, along with some of the same stuff I picked up. I also grabbed the chicken pot pie out of curiosity and it was the one thing I tasted that I didn't really care for (the gravy bugged me). Oh, so I don't seem like a glutton, I guess I should mention all the brunch portions are pretty modest, allowing you to try a little bit of everything (which we certainly did). Holy brunch, Batman! Seriously. The best brunch I've had in Atlanta. I love the buffet style and going through the kitchen to fix your plate. Everything I had was good- the bacon (not your average grocery store bacon. They don't let the employees have it regularly), the quiches, biscuits... I could go on forever about their food. I can't wait to go back and bring friends to try this place. It's definitely worth the flat-rate $20/head (which includes coffee and soda). And the service was great too- my coffee mug was always full and the servers were really polite and patient with us. Some advice: make a reservation ahead of time. The place fills up quick. We overheard the hostess saying the place was booked through 1pm, and the only seating is at the [smallish] bar. And, if you want a mimosa, bloody mary, or another adult beverage with your meal, make your reservation after 12:30 on Sundays. City of Atlanta doesn't allow alcohol sales before then (boo!). read more

(packed with flavor) --Pan Seared Gulf Redfish --Asian BBQ Pork Shoulder --Seared Maine Diver Scallops (HUGE scallops, perfectly done) The bar selection is great, with an abundance of high-grade beers and wines. Was greeted warmly at the front. Had a super attentive and helpful server who gave lots of recommendations. We just ordered a bunch of small plates. The brussel sprouts were AMAZING. Definitely the best I have ever had. We had the chocolate french toast for dessert. It came out slightly late, according to our server, which we really didn't notice. It was ok. Overrated and overpriced. I went for a birthday dinner and was already leery bc the menu screams "we don't take ourselves too seriously, but we take ourselves too seriously"-- I was right. Nothing seemed particularly appetizing, like everything on the menu lacked depth and flavor, at least as described. So a friend and I decided to split an order of MD lump crab risotto. It was described as having summer fruits in it. The risotto arrived, it tasted like crab so I'm assuming they used a good amount of meat, but there was zero flavor. The risotto was white as if they added not a pinch of seasoning or herbs, and the summer fruits seemed out of place (the risotto was dotted with blueberries and a tangerine slice- go figure). Needless to say, it was among some of the most bland food I've ever eaten. To top it off, the portion was TINY! It was also served like in a saucer, the most shallow bowl ever. The only good thing I can say about this place was that the staff was nice and accommodating. In addition to the complimentary truffle Parmesan popcorn (which was amazing), they brought us a sample of eggplant Parmesan. However, that's not enough to get me to ever return. Blah. read more

I couldn't decide between the Chili Marinated Painted Hills Bavette (basically a steak sandwich on a Holeman and Finch bun) and Hand Cut Tagliatelle (Baby Carrot, Asparagus, Spring Onion, Mushrooms, Truffle) so our office intern and I decide to share our dishes. The sandwich was good, steak was cooked perfectly (i requested medium but originally comes medium rare). They did put too much avocado spread on there. The burger comes with your choice of their house made chips or fries. The pasta was very good. It was slightly creamy, but not too heavy. The portion was very small for the price tag and on the salty side. Looking over at my other colleagues dishes it seemed all their portions were on the smaller side and they were eyeing my burger. Obviously we had to try the dessert to fill up our appetites so we opted for the Chocolate Mousse Tasting (Milk, Dark, White, Smoked Salt, Sea Salt, Orange Salt) and "White Russian" (Kahlua Panna Cotta, Vodka Caramel, Crispy Milk Powder). The mousse tasting came with 1 scoop of dark, milk, and white chocolate mousse with sea salt sprinkled on top. It was delicious, but the White Russian was my favorite dish. It's a must try!! I admire the whole farm to table concept of local three and because of this their menu changes. The restaurant is located in a nice building (the forum at west paces) which is very photo op friendly! Went with my mom, sister and nephew. The food was very good but the service was slow. We had to ask for our server a couple of times after waiting and trying to get her attention. The appetizers we ordered came out at the same time as the food (our server ignored that fact and we didn't say anything about it), and I found it hard to enjoy the popcorn as a side dish but overall the drinks and the food were great. First visit here and the drinks are great. I had a peach sangria and my boyfriend had the muddy water and the brunch lunch. All three were really good. The food is buffet style. I got the eggs, bacon , shrimp pot pie, french toast and the chick bacon ranch panini. We caught wind of this place because I live walking distance from the restaurant and decided to try it out. I will say some of the items are an acquired taste. From the items listed above the panini was amazing the bacon was good and everything else was okay. I would say the driving force for this could be due to the food not being hot like fresh from the kitchen. I do like the concept of this place however, for the price I would rather have tried it fresh from the kitchen. French toast is my favorite i think the chocolate took away from that. I thought I was kind of over the "upscale southern" food trend. But then I went to Local Three. Housed in the former Joel space, the owners have completely transformed the restaurant from a hall of European elegance to a modern barn with velvet Elvis portraits on the walls. The place is a bit hard to find, but was packed when I visited on a recent Friday night. The thing that struck me the most was our server. She was upbeat, friendly, and helpful. It's sad that this is so rare that it's worth commenting on, but she was truly a delight and made our meal that much better. After perusing their beverage list, I decided to start with an Old Fashioned. The amount of Bourbon they offer (at least 30 bottles, including Pappy Van Winkle) was a good signal that they take their cocktails seriously. We started with the crispy brussel sprouts and the chicken liver pate. Both were excellent. The sprouts were roasted, I think in duck fat, which gave them a rich flavor and a nice texture as well. This was one of the best versions of chicken liver pate that I've ever had, mainly due to the house-made marmalade spread on top of the liver. Yum! Apparently they change up which fruit they use fairly often. We also had a perfectly nice salad of winter greens. But the standout of the night had to be our North Carolina Flounder with linguine, shaved garlic and lobster butter. The fish was perfectly cooked and lightly breaded. The linguine with lobster butter was one of the better pasta dishes I've had at a restaurant. Silky pasta lightly coated in a super rich sauce...I'm salivating just thinking about it. The restaurant was kind enough to split our dishes onto two plates without making a fuss or including an extra charge. I want to go back and try the Chicken Pot Pie- it's been getting a lot of buzz as one of the best versions in town. They also have a great cheese plate and a charcuterie plate playfully called the Notorious P.I.G. If you come in for brunch, $18 gets you a pass into the famous $1 Million dollar kitchen for an all-you-can-eat buffet. The placemat is a map of the kitchen. Considering everything up until this point was great, we opted to have dessert. We chose the chocolate pudding cake with Captain Crunch ice cream and salted caramel. A perfect end to a nearly perfect meal. Local Three has earned itself a spot on my "favorites" list. Our meal total came to about $80, but at least half of it was alcohol. Appetizers run from $3-11 and mains are between $10-25. They also appear to have a nice private room for a special occasion. I'm considering it as an option for a graduation dinner :) read more

I went on Sat night with a group of six. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Our server was friendly and chatty. So was our group. Drinks came pretty quickly. Then we waited. I'm not sure if our server didn't put our order in right away, thinking we wanted to chat or the service was painfully slow. One hour and ten mins later, not the first salad or appetizer had been served. When asked, she said its on the way. well not really but about 5 mins later. Beet salad is delicious. Don't remember the details but it was yummy. The short rib appetizer also good. Lean, great flavor and rich. Pass on the chicken pot pie. It's mostly a biscuit on top. Few veggies inside. In had hoped for more. Those that ordered scallops said it was the best item of all. I was so excited they had brussel sprouts. Delicious until we all got ton the pool of oil at the bottom. Ruined! We sampled two desserts. A choco and carrot cake one. Nothing social and wouldn't waste my calories. Service good. Food fair. Oh, loved the decor. No valet parking which is sort of unusual for Atlanta but plenty of parking in attached deck. read more

"Local Guys Make Good" is more like it. More than a few tables, including ours, were having a terrific dining experience at The Local Three last night. The food was fun AND delicious, and the service was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I rarely trust my first impressions with restaurants enough to share on Yelp, and I'm glad that was the case here. Had I written a review at that time, I would have done a great disservice to this establishment. I just don't think I "got" it until last night, when my ordering skills were definitely on point. From the burrata to the striped sea bass, the execution of the food was sure-footed and displayed a level of artistry that frankly makes me think my first experience was maybe just an anomaly. For those of my friends who want a little more detail: * BURRATA (1ST COURSE) - I believe it was sourced locally. It was every bit as good as what I've had during my travels in Italy. The server also told me that the olive oil was locally sourced, which surprised me. The dish came with a super-crunchy piece of bread which provided excellent textural contrast to the hyper-creamy cheese. * RISOTTO (APPETIZER) - I was a bit worried about this because many restaurants just dump a quart of heavy cream and a ton of salt into their risotto. Nope. This was prepared as I'd hoped, and the asparagus that was a small-but-integral part of the dish had a perfect crunch to pair with the al dente rice. * STRIPED SEA BASS - This dish was a big winner. Nothing is more satisfying to me than a chef who trusts the quality of her/his ingredients, and that was the case here. The fish was expertly cooked - with that crackling golden brown crust that I always want but rarely get. The spicing of the lentils (the fish was served atop) was well-balanced. Excellent mouth feel overall. * DESSERT - Well, we were running late for the theatre, so we had to skip it, but we'll be back and report to you further. RECOMMENDED: For foodies, locals, out-of-towners who want to eat at a uniquely-Atlanta restaurant - and for anyone who enjoys eating crow. I have been several times now and can say that they know what they are doing. The fish is always fresh and the shrimp are from Tybee Island. And being a Tybeeian myself I can vouch for that. My last trip in was with the dinner club my friend Victoria puts together once a month. We were started with the duck fat fried brussell sprouts and the truffled popcorn. Some of the folks at our table said they didn't like sprouts but they sure ate these. The meat and cheese plate followed. The red wine mustard is so good. For dinner Bob and I shared the snapper and the chicken schnitzel. Both we so amazingly good. The follow up was a dessert sampler from the chef and everything on it was great. The restaurant was a little cozy place inside a building where you would expect to find office buildings. The bar is beautiful and has great whisky selections. For starters we had the truffle parmesan popcorn which was out of this world! I don't care if you drive all the way across town for the appetizer this place is a must! I had the peach salad. We thought we would try this sister restaurant to Muss and Turner's since we LOVE Muss and Turner's. We decided to take my mother to a belated Mother's Day dinner here. We forgot to invite my dad, oops! Local Three met most of our expectations. We arrived at the tan building just south of OK Cafe and followed signs to the parking garage. I was hoping for Valet, but Local Three seems to be like a more down to earth restaurant than a swank restaurant. That's fine by me, but the garage is a bit away from the entrance of the restaurant and you also have to walk past stinky bathrooms as you enter the restaurant and hostess stand. Who wants to smell a stinky bathroom, when going to a nice restaurant? Be careful in making reservations on open table, they have been having issues confirming reservations. Hopefully they get that fixed soon. Once we worked out our reservation with the help of the friendly hostess, we walked through the the cool and stylish dinning room to our table on the large outside patio along Northside Dr. The waitress was very nice, asking if we needed a vase of water for our Mother's Day flowers. Later she offered her insight and details on the menu. We ordered wine and hand crafted beer from their expansive drink menu. For appetizers the She Crab Soup, the Mushrooms, and the Crawfish Risotto was ordered. All three were great - I think the best was the She Crab Soup, second favorite were the mushrooms. As we moved along in our meal, I got eaten up like I was She crab soup by the many Mosquitoes on their patio. If you have sweet blood, wear some bug spray! The main course followed and it was SO good. The table shared taste of the Trout, The Duck Meatloaf, and the Lobster Sphagettini. All three plates were finished. Can't go wrong with any of those dishes. Finally we ended the dinner with dessert. Both the snicker bar and the blueberry deal were great! Give this place a try! I had driven past this spot a million times before realizing it was there (thanks to yelp!). It's tucked away in a little community of apartments, condos and office buildings and actually resides in the lobby of one of the office buildings. A dimly lit, intimate interior, spacious seating, a large bar, private party room and an outdoor patio. The menu changes seasonally and the focus is very much on 'farm to table'. The actual menu is a bit limited in terms of the number of items, but everything they have is fabulous. Snacks and appetizers run $5-15 dollars and large plates are $20-30. Good vegetarian options, lots of seafood and of course chicken, beef and pork as well. We came on a Monday night when they have a wine "deal". I say deal because it's really up in the air (literally) whether you'll get the deal. They flip a coin and if you guess right, your bottle of wine is $1 !! We miraculously won the flip (which was 80's wrestler coins... not your average quarter coin flip), so that was an incentive to spend a little more liberally on the food selection. We got basil rolls and nam sad for the table, both were very good. I ordered the veggie tray which came on a 'lunch tray' with a bunch of different tasting options. Local Three is great. This is the first time I've been here and the food, atmosphere, and ambiance is amazing. The only downside I see to this restaurant is the parking. You have to park in a parking deck and when its chilly outside its not the best. The food is awesome. Their food is very warm and fresh. I would recommend for an appetizer to get the Smoked Trout Dip. It is PHENOMENAL. The desserts are also very yummy. They serve just the right portion sizes. Local Three isn't exactly kid friendly, but they offer to make child portion sizes. Local Three is a awesome restaurant. read more

I love Local Three and their fresh food selections. Their crispy brussel sprouts are some of the best I've had. I've been twice for dinner and 3 times for brunch. Local Three's menu will change slightly depending on "what's in season". For dinner, I've tried the North Georgia Mountain Trout, and on another occasion, I tried the seafood pot pie. Difficult to find. But what a gem. Amazing atmosphere from the door to the service staff. No other Atlanta restaurant gives service this Fun and Casual. All our dishes from the trout dip to the special sausage with feta cheese to the desserts were superb. Not sure I would give five stars to any other Atlanta restaurant but this one deserves all five. When my lunch date suggested Local Three for lunch...I felt a strong twinge of regret at letting her pick a place. That was followed by a very underwhelming anticipation of lunch. After all, Local Three is 2/3s Muss and Turner's...and I really dislike Muss and Turner. I was surprised. Albeit the fact that Local Three is weirdly located (in an apartment complex slash office building) and is kind of a pain to find....the place was actually charming. Once you got there. The decor is understated, yet comfortable. Clean lines, modern furniture with a rustic touch. Service was solid. Our waitress, Sarah did a very nice job. The host was also rather personable. From the looks of the menu, the food is what I'd classify as comfort food with an interesting twist. All the ingredients mentioned on the menu were all things I've heard of....nothing extraordinary. But they were all paired in very interesting and special ways. Example - crispy beets with tzatziki. We ordered the crispy beets with tzatziki - $6.03. Very interesting take on beets. Lightly tempura battered and fried...this went rather well with the coolness of the yogurt-based sauce. I ordered the Summer Vegetable Composition - $12.93. The CREAMIEST polenta surrounded with some chard, carrots, asparagus, green beans and mushrooms. Served in a cast iron pot. This was so very good. I'm sure I ate a pound of butter but sans the caloric catastrophe...this was an excellent meal. My lunch partner ordered the Tybee Island Shrimp Cake - $12.93 which she relished and finished off. The quality of the food here and the ingredients are really stellar and I'd be back again because I spy the L3 "Twix" Bar in my near future. read more

I'm all for a unique concept restaurant. But also like value, so as a picky eater it's hard for me to feel like I get my money's worth at fixed-rate fixed-menu places. I welcomed the opportunity to try new things, however. The food was unique, fresh, and all the right temperature. I was surprised and liked more than I thought I would. Squash pancakes with goat cheese butter and sour cherries - who knew. I do wish they would post the menu of the day on their website, however. I highly recommend reservations. The place is pretty small and popular. Our server was good about drink refills and plate pickup. I also appreciated that there was no charge for our coffees and Cokes. read more
