Absolutely love poke and I'm so glad we have one in Lodi now! My dad, my sister, and I popped in to try this place out at around 11:30 on a Monday. We got there right before a pretty big lunch rush. I ordered 50/50 white rice and mixed greens, ahi, spicy tuna, and salmon, edamame, seaweed salad, pickled onions, cucumber, mango, with furikake, wonton strips, and the ponzu and ginger teriyaki sauce mixed in. I will say they didn't have as big of a variety of toppings as some of the places I've been to but they did have all my favorites. The place looked very clean and sanitary and all of the fish and toppings looked and tasted very fresh. My only complaint that I hope they fix is the itty bitty microscopic portions!! The three scoops of protein are seriously maybe a tablespoon each I was a little shocked. I also had to ask for extra toppings each time because those were pretty skimpy too. Obviously though I'd still rather only drive 2 minutes instead of 20 for my poke fix and I want to support a local Lodi business. Ordered on doordash on 1/9. I didn't decide to leave a review until a week later because ordering from here has haunted me and upset me literally every day since. It sounds ridiculous but because of places like this that are literally chopping up what felt like frozen Walmart grade fish not being stored properly and dumping globs of mayonnaise on top of rice that was so hot the entire dish also melted into the plastic, they wrote a note saying hot rice and put the melted container into another one.... Which btw no one wants hot rice to warm up the whole thing anyways. Mostly I'm disgusted by the quality of the fish but overall I've never felt more disrespected by a plate of food. I threw the whole thing away and still have food aversions and fear of ever eating similar foods since. Please make HUGE changes for future customers or close shop. I feel bad but it needs to be addressed unfortunately. read more

I don't know why so many people complain about the serving sizes unless they recently changed the amount. I got a regular size and left satisfied. Ive never had a poke bowl before so I dont have others to compare this to but it was very good. The fish and veggies tasted very fresh. The sauces were delightful. My first and last experience was the worst . Walked in wasn't greeted by anyone and I'm guessing even the owner was there they didn't even greet us. I got their large size and dude with the long hair assumes that I wanted all shrimp and crab 5 scoops total. Food was skimpy and portion was not 30$ worth for what we paid. They charged us extra 2$ base when it wasn't even mention it was extra when we mix it together. As we were eating a couple left and they greeted them thank you and have a good day. As We were leaving the owners or whoever they are and their workers didn't mention anything and just continued on what they were doing. They must not like Asians. This is the only food I ever want to eat, ever again. I was so incredibly impressed with this place. We had never eaten here before, so I looked the menu up on here and had my husband go in. First of all, the regular bowl is plenty for a meal! I ordered my bowl with brown rice, ahi tuna, mango, cucumber, edamame, cashews, coconut, and the ponzu sauce. Everything was so fresh and the veggies/fruit were vibrant! The sauce was just the perfect amount and not overpowering, at all. My husband got almost the same exact bowl, but with noodles. He was a little worried, because he had less noodles, compared to how much rice I got. Fortunately, he was completely satisfied. And the price is incredibly affordable for all the food you get. Customer service has to be top notch for five star but they not far from it. I will definitely be revisiting for lunch in the near future. So I revisited today with a phone order and am not very happy. The customer service was great but I feel like I got taken for 10 bucks. I know this will be tasty but for 10 bucks why is this half full and I bought a coworker a large and his was about the same full. Their bowls are reasonably priced for the amount that you get and their wide variety of toppings and sauces ensure that there's something for everyone. I liked it, I didn't expect to. My son loved it. We were both very very iffy going in. I got chicken and my son the crab. We ordered very different toppings on our bowls and were both pleasantly surprised. The protein was a little on the skimpy side but the rest was very generous and definitely very filling. I had no idea the fountain drinks cost as much as the bowls. Not only was I suffering price shock, they no longer give you a bag to carry your meal. The girl helping me was nice but I could tell I was interrupting the conversation she was having with another employee and a customer about a coworker that they hate closing with. Expected sushi rice to be on the menu. White rice didn't work. My bowl was only 3/4 full. The pineapple tasted off. For the 4th time in as many months, they've been out of salmon by dinner time, & the day of the week has no bearing on this. When I went in tonight for my two orders & expressed my frustration to the (very sweet) young man putting our bowls together, he even made the comment "Yeah, it's happened a couple times since I've been here too", so I assume he's fairly new but obviously this wasn't new to HIM. I suggested that they increase their salmon inventory & mention this to the owners. Guaranteed if this happens again I won't be back, & we are pretty frequent customers. On another note, prices have increased significantly! This is the only poke place I've been to outside of Hawaii, so I'm not sure how they compare to others' pricing, but the protein portions are pretty puny for the cost. read more

The reason I can only give it 4 stars is because of the small protein portions they give. I've gone to a few Poke bowl places around the Bay Area and they all give at least double the portion given here for a comparable price. Update: this is the 2nd time I have ordered food to go and they have gotten the order wrong. This time they skipped out on over half the toppings I asked for. They even left out on the items I payed extra for. When that many toppings are missing it just changes the whole flavor of the meal. I'm so disappointed I want to love this place but it's not worth it to order from here if my bowl is just going to be rice with some fish and sauce. And now that their prices increased it's not worth $20 for a bowl with nothing but the bare minimum. I love poke but they need to make sure they are being careful with their orders. First time trying this place and I got fish/food poisoning. Poke is so easy to mess up if they don't cycle out their fish enough. I've had poke in many different places and this one was just off , the chow mien was still crunchy, not sure if that's what they were going for but I'm writing this review on my toilet. About 30 minutes after eating my bowl I broke out into the sweats, started getting a pounding headache (still have it) and began puking it all up, thankfully my body got it out before I digested it more and this would've been a 2 day sickness .
