I am so displeased with todays pick up order I purchased online! I ordered a family meal. The chicken is undercooked and has a "frozen taste", so unfortunately we can't eat it. Also, we only received 6 rolls instead of the 12 I ordered. And lastly, the food is cold from sitting too early. As my chosen pick up time was 2:30, I arrived at 2:32, but the food was ready at 2:03 (stated on receipt) so it sat for 30 minutes. I enjoy the food at Logans, but this is unacceptable to me. I have pictures to show what I have explained. I wish I'd known before I got the food home. I do hope the problems can be fixed so other customers dont experience the same issues. We went there tonight for dinner and what an awful experience. Not only was our waitress bad and acted like everyone was a bother, she passed HOT FOOD over top of my infant grandson in his carrier. She did this twice, including with steaming hot apples! This could've been catastrophic if she dropped or spilled it on him. Simply because she couldn't be bothered to walk to the other side of the table. The manager charged us for our drinks and appetizers, not our dinners because we left them untouched to walk out. I got an email for a steak dinner. This made me want to visit this restaurant for the first time in a long time. I invited my friend to come with me as I was able to get her interested in going mostly, because of the picture of the steak looked so good. We changed our mind once looking at the menu and got the two for $14.99. menu items ordered: Fire grilled steak, salad with ranch dressing, baked potato, rolls and sweet tea. The bake potato, salad, rolls and tea were great. But, I was disappointed in my steak. It was not tender, not marinated long enough, and too tough to eat. We stopped at the Logan steakhouse in Cleveland Tennessee off of Keith Street and had a horrible experience. The restaurant was off the main drag a few miles and I wouldn't waste my time or my money if I were you. We requested our steaks to be cooked medium and had to send them back as they were well done. Then the grill cook sent our waitress out to ask if they wanted our steaks to be medium rare or a medium well but medium is an option so he obviously didn't know what he was doing. Then the manager didn't have enough balls to come out and apologize instead tried to take $20 off of our bill and said that was the best he could do according to our waitress. We had to say no get them out here and fix the bill and again he never came out and miraculously the bill went down significantly and so we wasted an hour and a half of our time and still left hungry I would never eat at a Logans roadhouse ever again. I only gave it one star because it mandatorily made me pick at least one star but I would not even give it one out of five stars! I also forgot to mention our waitress started yelling at the bus boy to quit giving her six tables. That she could handle no more than four at a time and this was yelled out loud in front of all of her customers! Then we had to listen to the bus boys making fun of her request for only four tables all out in the open in front of all the customers. This restaurant definitely needs to work on customer service and look into getting a new cook yeah and manager! read more

One of our steaks was half raw and half cooked. And then there was a fly that was alive in the steak. The drinks took awhile to come out. The workers were nice and understanding. the manager wasn't very nice when we told him about the steak he was rolling his eyes then when he came back he did it again and then walked away mad but the waitress was very nice and understood the problem. read more

My wife and I along with our oldest daughter went on 3/22/21, I had the 12oz ribeye, med-rare, crab cake combo, fries, and mac and cheese, wife had surf-n-turf, medium, okra and baked potato, daughter order 12oz ribeye - medium, baked potato and green beans. Both the ribeye steaks had a LOT of gristle! All the food came out warm, not hot. and the completely forgot my wife's baked potato and my mac-n-cheese. Took a long time to flag someone down to ask for them. Then when they brought out our missing sides, the were cold. Not lukewarm, Cold. Daughter's green beans looked like they had been put through a grinder, very fine pieces. Add in that the service was so very very slow. for $99.69 I really expected a little better. On a weekday, with only partial sitting (covid) there was no reason for the extreme delays in waiting to place order, getting our order, then having to ask to get the rest of our order, then getting it cold. We'll never go there again! I'll gladly make the drive to Chattanooga to the Texas Roadhouse after this experience. I've honestly had better steak and service at Waffle House. Almost forgot. Daughter's medium cam out to here as medium rare while my medium-rare was almost a medium. read more

When driving past, the restaurant looks like I it's booming. However, once on the inside you can see that the outward appearance is just a facade. On my most recent trip to Logan's, I was met with two hostess who didnt seem to care that my family were coming to eat there. The server was wonderful and put up with our complaints. I was served a cold shrimp skewer and had taken a bite out of one of the shrimp and sent it back. The manager brought out what I thought was a fresh plate of shrimp, but to my surprise that shrimp that I had taken a bite out of was on my plate. I spoke to the manager about it and he totally dismissed my concerns with cross contamination. Overall the rest of my food was decent, but not the best. Waited more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged, then once we were told someone would be with us shortly at least 10 more minutes just to get out drinks. Restaurant was slow only 4 tables occupied. Our waiter just wasn't cut out to be a waiter I must say. Hot bread too forever to come out just like our salads. Very apparent waiter was on a smoke break every 10 minutes. Employees talking a lot when they could be serving customers and filling up drinks etc. I don't recommend this restaurant. The girl that got my food was extremely rude. After I walked in she came up to the front to ask me what I need. (With a hateful look on her face). When you spend $20+ dollars on food because your hungry it should at least be somewhat what you ordered and paid for. Maybe I am just crazy and expect to receive decent food or service. After two wonderful experiences here in the past month, Vetrans day apparently is the dregs. Only 18 people in the building, but 45 minutes for the veg plate which is 4 side items. The Mac and cheese was yesterday's leftovers, the baked beans which have meat in them were 60 degrees, a clear health code violation. The salad had a bunch of browned lettuce in it, and the baked potato normally crisp on the outside and done on the inside, was either left over reheated or microwave cooked. The cooks look like the proper hygiene and health codes elude them. Overall a horrible lunch. Time to try Longhorn! read more

My husband and I went to eat at Logan's. It was not very busy at all. My husband ordered a steak medium and I ordered grilled chicken. It took 40 minutes to get our food to then have to send back his steak because it was rare. He sent it back to wait another 10-15 minutes. No discount on the ticket. I do not recommend eating here. We ate there tonight Friday 13th maybe that was it. We had looked forward to it, drove over an hour to get there. It started off with no toilet paper in the bathroom to getting probably the worst table in the room. (Far back left next to emergency exit.) Took a bit for waitress to get there. It was just an all around failure. This was an 30 year anniversary of our first date. I left a note about the drink. I hope someone tried it. I don't know what it was besides terrible. There was a recent news report on this Logan's that showed pictures of a roach that a man found in his mashed potatoes... After he had already eaten half of them. I stopped going to this location a while ago because of the lack of cleanliness and general grossness. Last time I went, I was sitting very close to the kitchen and watched my food sit in the window for about 20 minutes before my server decided to bring it to me (of course it was cold). It's not family-friendly, not clean, and definitely not a place where I would trust to eat the food. Any lower and the Cleveland Logan's is just going to be a dive bar. read more

I grabbed their triple threat dinner. Start: loaded shrooms Entree: 6oz sirloin and grilled shrimp on a skewer Dessert: strawberry cheesecake I'm gonna say I really liked the bread they had. Light, fluffy and tasty. The shrooms were pretty good even if I did burn my tongue a bit. The sirloin was flavorless. The shrimp was over-salted and dry. First, I'd like to say that I work in the restaurant industry and I've been a hostess, a server, an expeditor and a cook. I know people have bad nights and maybe tonight was just a bad night, which is why I gave two stars. Our server was great and the manager although he seemed a little lost and unsure on how to handle our situation, graciously comped our meal and apologized for the night. So I'm not mad about the service, I'm mad about the food and the timing of everything. To start off, we sat down and our server immediately came to greet us and brought us the bread. She took our appetizer order and came back like 10 minutes later with our drinks (a little long??) we waited thirty five minutes for our appetizer to come & I don't know if she forgot to input it or maybe the expeditor needs a little more training but that seems like a pretty long time. And when it came out... it was "freezer-burned". The mozzarella sticks were cold and the cheese was hard, our wings had definitely been sitting under that heat lamp for too long cause they were tough and nasty & our skins were decent.. no complaint there. Waitress comes up and says that the manager has offered to pay for our appetizer since it took so long.. very nice of him (thankfully). Now.... about fifteen minutes later comes our food... COLD. We all ordered steaks and all of our steaks were the wrong temperature! It's a steakhouse! My mom literally cannot stand to see any red or pink inside her steak and it came out medium rare - how do you mess up a well done steak??? That's a first for me - my sister in law orders her medium and it came out over cooked and cold... how is this possible? My brothers ribeye looked like a slab of just over cooked fat & my sirloin was just ice cold. All of our sides were cold and those of us who ordered shrimp got either ice cold shrimp.. or burnt shrimp... my dish was supposed to come on a sizzling plate and .... my three year old nephew could touch the plate and not be burned! We asked the server if she could please get us new meals and .... they just put our stuff in the microwave and heated it up... all our steaks came out with the same cuts we had made ... AND STILL COLD!!!!! Not only that but I decided to taste my steak and ... what the hell is that seasoning? It tasted like NOTHING. My baked potato tasted funky as well. And ... how do you mess up French fries? I mean... I know they come frozen just make sure your oil is hot!! It was supposed to my brothers birthday dinner and it was completely ruined. Now me, my brother and sister in law all work for the food industry and we hate those people who complain about their food... but if you thought I was going to throw down over 100$ on a meal nobody ate, y'all thought wrong. Thankfully the manager agreed and just charged us for the drinks (which in the entire two hours we were there, got no refills). I'm hoping this was just a bad night, or the staff on board was just in training because if this is how it is for everyone... I'm sad. This place is not biker friendly. They have about 10 spaces in the front for motorcycles and the manager allows cars to park in them. Bikes are left out in the spaces to get car dinged or worse. The manager on duty said those spaces are first come first serve. What's the point in having the spaces then? He said the spaces are lined off for bikes but it's not marked so anyone can park there. We were sat by the hostess at a dirty table. She just walked off but there is no way she didn't see it. When our waitress walked up we asked her to please clean the table and she wasn't happy about us sitting there. The salad was a disappointment, bag lettuce at a fine steak house isn't a good management choice. I ordered my steak medium and it was more of a medium rare. Bake potato wasn't fresh and had been on the warmer a while but it was ok to eat. Our all around experience was a 3 star because of the bike parking and the on duty manager disagreeing with me. The dirty table, our waitresses attitude as well as the managers. The food wasn't cooked to order and the potato was old. This is an update. Haven't been back to Logans since my last review. Yep, they fixed the problem with the motorcycle parking. They got rid of it is how they fixed it. I don't get it because the motorcycle community in the Cleveland area enjoys riding to this Logans. Went to O'Charleys on Veterans Day which is just up the road and they have 10 spaces lined off for bikes, with signs stating Motorcycle Parking area. I've had some bad experiences here, such as one time our server was chatting with someone in a table right by mine and never got our food. So my boyfriend had to get up and go get our own food out of window. It was cold. But they do have some good servers too. The menu doesn't have a lot of variety but I enjoy their Onion Brewski Sirloin. They also have the best salads in town. I enjoy their food but the service can be so-so. read more

Well... We went on a Saturday night. This place was busy. I am pretty sure the Monday night staff were working. Service was slow. Food was cool/ warm but absolutely not hot and fresh tasting. The place was nasty. We had dirty plates brought to the table. I hade to pry open my menu to read the inside. If the bathrooms were port-o-john's they definately would have been cleaner. Just catching up on my yelp reviews as we just moved to Cleveland from out of state and got settled in the first of the year. We have a Logan's Roadhouse in the state we came from but just never ate there before. It was on February 6th and my birthday so we decided to give it a try. We were seated in the bar area and were seated right away. The atmosphere and decor were really cool. It wasn't busy at all. We sat there for a while until someone finally came and brought us bread and started to walk away but I stopped her and asked her for drinks and she said that our waitress would be right here. So, we waited for about another 10 minutes and the waitress came and took our drink orders only. We waited again for a while and when she brought our drinks she just sat them down and started to walk away so I stopped her and said we were ready to order because I knew if not the wait would be longer once again. The drinks and food were good, no complaints there. It's the customer service and the wait time (we were there for at least 2 hours) needs some improvement. She was also training a new guy on that night in the bar section but hopefully, he does better with making sure the customer is happy then she did. She wasn't rude or didn't have an attitude but we had to continually call her over for napkins, drinks, check etc. She never once came on her own to ask if we needed anything or if we were doing ok. The prices were fine as well but sadly I don't think we will give Logan's another try as they need some more training in customer service. read more

This was the worst service ever. A few months ago, I went with my aunt, grandmother, and mother after church. When we were seated, I was almost 10 minutes before a waitress came to our table. Since we had a good time to look at the menus, we ordered our drinks and food immediately. When the food came out( extremely long wait) my mother's ribs had more fat on them than actual meat. When she asked the waitress for another rib she just called the manager over. The manager continuously asked her what was wrong with the rest of the food on the plate. We have eaten here several times throughout the years. We like it because they have a 2 for $15.99 menu (I can remember when it was 2 for $12.99 - before inflation), with several good selections. Tonight my wife ordered the baked salmon, baked sweet potato and cinnamon apples. I ordered a 6oz sirloin steak, baked potato and side salad. Boy, were we surprised when our orders arrived! Talk about small portions. The steak looked more like a 3-4oz steak and the BP was a child sized potato. My wife's salmon was a child size portion as well. I was here recently on a date. He frequently dines here, I'm from out-of-town. We wanted a booth by the fireplace as it was freezing outside. We were seated at a booth with food crumbs left over from previous diners. When I stepped up into the booth, I was walking not only on the peanut shells, but several lemons and a couple of rolled silverware in napkins. I absolutely don't mind the peanut shells, but the extra stuff was just unnecessary and kind-of disgusting. After several minutes our server arrived & took our drink order. My date mentioned that she seemed to be acting funny, so I made sure to pay attention when she came back. She seemed fine...until later on throughout our meal. We ordered, he got a steak & ordered one side when he started to order a second she interrupted and stated that only one came with his meal. In my previous waitering life, you let the customer finish ordering & then tell them that they only get to choose one side & ask if they still want to order the second one....my order was a steak Cobb salad. Whilst waiting on the food she would come by & check on us, then she'd just stand at our table staring off into space...we found this strange. She did it so often that my date asked her if she was ok. She said that she was tired & not feeling good. We thought differently, as in she had taken something which was affecting her behavior. When the food arrived his order was right, mine was not...she brought me a steak with the correct sides. Date wanted to say something, but I asked him not to due to being fed up with the nastiness under my feet & the behavior of our waitress. The food was good, which was a positive! Date didn't tip & wrote that she got our order wrong...it was a teaching lesson for her, in which I agreed. It was a disappointing experience. As we were leaving, I went back to the table thinking I left my phone....when I rounded the corner our waitress was showing her copy of the receipt with the note & no tip to the other waiters. One of the wait staff asked her "so they ordered all of that & a steak Cobb salad?" She answered "yes". I left shaking my head. She was still clueless.
