Jasmine is the reason I've been coming here for years! I've actually put my whole family onto this place haha me, my mom, and my sisters all have a different aesthetic and jasmine has such a wide range of talent--she accommodates each of us perfectly! I prefer natural nails and she gets the color and tone and shape on spot. My sister loves edgy designs and she always delivers (wish I could show you pictures but just trust me, it's gorgeous everytime). Not to mention she also prioritizes our real nails to be strong and healthy! I wish I could gatekeep Jasmine but shes so beautiful inside and out and honestly deserves the best. Wouldn't be surprised if she becomes a nail artist for celebrities hahah
I have had the opportunity to have had many mani with JASMINE. JASMINE has an amazing personality. She is very personable and always tries to make me feel as comfortable as possible when I am there. I would strongly recommend JASMINE, she always takes her time and she never rush her work. Thanks JASMINE you rock ! I look forward to our next appointment.
Me and my husband has spend a lot of money on this place and we have both been coming here for years for them to be rude to me. I went in because my 5 year old son had to pee really bad and I got told NO right away and waved at me to get out of there TWICE. NOBODY was in there, then they made up a lie after that it has a "LEAK". I left crying because I have never experienced such rudeness from this place. Maybe because I didn't get any "service" when I went in this time. my son ended up peeing his pants so thank you to the owner and your employees. I'm done with this place. Also lately I noticed they reuse the same tools over and over for nails without cleaning them for the next client.
I walked in since I was out of town and had a while to spare while Long Lasting Nails greeted me with kindness and did a beautiful job. I told the manicurist that I would love a dip on my natural nails since they are short, small and thin (which is not easy to perform) and did an outstanding job with a reasonable price. The energy was inviting with an easygoing environment making me feel like I was at home. If I lived in the area this would be my go to spot.
worst nail salon i've ever been to i literally left crying they messed up my nail beds didnt want to fix them cut the full set off because i kept correcting them made my fingers burn like crazy then just kept telling me its ok when it wasnt okay non of this was okay verry unsanitary as well the guy kept coughing the whole time he was doing my nails i will not be going back as i kept trying to leave they kept telling me come back tomorrow or that they will fix again all they want is money
Came for a pedicure and the add-ons for $30 is totally worth it: massage, foot scrub and callus remover. Here are the things that make this place "okay" vs "good." 1) Parking lot is small and the spaces are tight. Not ideal for people with SUVs or wide cars. 2) They ask for cash payment only. If you don't have cash, you can Zelle them. 3) The woman who did my feet rushed through it. She also poked me 3 times b/c of how fast she was trying to get through my pedicure. It was really disappointing since there was no line/wait, hence no reason to rush through. If I do return, I'd ask for someone else to do my nails. That's all!
I just moved to Carson & was in search of a new nail salon. I found this place on Yelp & decided to give it a shot. At my first visit, I had a new set of dip nails applied by I believe her name was Julie & she did a good job. Then 3 weeks later, I got a fill from a different nail tech. Initially, I asked her if I needed a new set, but she said it was still ok to apply a fill. Then I asked again, "Should we just remove it & apply new dip over it?" She must have been too lazy to remove them because she only recommended a fill. I said ok & I let her fill it. 2 weeks later, the nails start lifting & one pops off, revealing a brownish discoloration. Turns out I get fungal infection, not just on one nail, but 3 finger nails. I went to urgent care & they prescribed an anti fungal nail lacquer that will clear the fungus in up to 6 months. The Dr also referred me to a dermatologist. I've been going to my old nail salon in Lakewood regularly every 3 weeks for over 2 years & never had this problem. Never going back to Long Lasting Nails again!

I've been coming here since 4th of July (i remember because it was one of the few shops open that day) and for the most part service is okay, just be aware that they do not respect appointment time, but today service was HORRIBLE my nails are beyond uneven in length even after they were "fixed". In addition, the tip of my pinkie is also messed up but when I tried to tell them something they said if they painted the tip the nails have to be wider - like wait what?! And seriously, I've been getting my nails done since I'm in 7th grade (I'm now in my late 20s) and I have never gone to a place that does not make sure that the nail length matches especially after telling them they don't match and the nail tech attempting to fix them AFTER giving me attitude for pointing out her bad job. You can still tell so imagine how bad they were to begin with. read more

I have to cancel my whole trip thanks to this Salon's unsanitary practices. I booked my pedicure in this Salon December 2022. Every little thing, they charged $5, no biggie.I notice they didn't sanitize the equipment for soaking ur feet like at least rinse it off, but the person who's assisting me said yes and she did clean it. To satisfy my concern, she just rinse it with water, i got my pedicure done on that day and at that night I got swollen toe and it got itchy. Next day I went over and they said NO REFUND. I'm not asking for refund, I'm asking them to fix this, they're very persistent and rude. I went to a podiatrist I got nail infection and it was spreading very fast. Dr. Said its either the water they use or the equipment that is unsanitary. I have fungus under my nails and still suffering up until now. I don't know what they did but I have to get half of my toe nail cut off, be on antibiotics and cannot wet for at least 3 weeks. Worst nightmare and never going to salons for pedicures and manicures. BE CAREFUL. read more

Nina is the best! She always does a great job on my nails. She takes her time and makes sure they are even and smooth! She never ever disappoints! I have had good pedicures done too. Management could be nicer though. read more

Staff is cool, not "overly" friendly ('conversationists') but definitely not rude which I love. They work fairly quick and do a decent job. Lyly did my nails and Mary did my pedi. Lyly made sure I liked my nails (shaping, length, color) as she worked which is important to me because I'm very detailed and hate crooked or badly shaped nails and she made sure I was ok with it. Only reason I didn't provide all stars was because I don't know the longevity of the nails. read more

I've written a couple of reviews about this place and it seems that it gets better every time I come... I'm not shy about asking for what I want and this place seems to deliver exactly what I want.... I have an obsession with LV and this is probably the 8th time I've told them to out an LV design on my natural nails.... I've jumped from tech to tech cause the previous one I loved had sadly left this place... LyLy told me to go to Kathy... and I am in love!!!! She's so awesome!!!! I do like the fact that I never feel rushed when I'm sitting in the chair.... I've brought my own foils and stickers and what not for designs but if it doesn't work out... LyLy (the owner) has an endless supply of whatever it is that you could want.... I've been at this nail shop for years now and I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else.... read more

I used to come here when the owner was different. Recently they changed owner and staff and I have come back to this shop. I have been here twice so far with the new management and I've left both times very satisfied. I love that they take appointments and respond quickly. They also have more than just 2-3 people working which is great and means the wait time is shorter if you're a walk in. I had two different nail techs work on my acrylics and the girl that did my set today did an awesome job and left them super clean, thin, short, and shaped just how I like them! I also got a pedicure and the woman who did it was so kind and gentle and took her time, which I appreciate. The staff is so sweet and and friendly which makes it even better and the salon is clean with several chairs. My cons are that I was charged for a cut down for my acrylic nails which has never happened at any salon for me, so that kinda threw me off. I also appreciate the fast response for appointments, but be aware even if you make an appointment it doesn't guarantee they'll see you at that time -.- But, this is my new go to shop again lol! read more

Needed a quick gel polish before a last minute trip. Looked up this place since it's only 5 minutes from my work place. They were able to take me right when I arrived. Not the best set I've had but also not the worst. A little messy compared to other places I've gone. Probably won't be a returning customer. read more

I have to say, I haven't been to the nails salon in a WHILE, like since before the pandemic, and I have to say they've always done great work for me. But this design really takes the cake! The woman who did my nails was Nina and all I gave her was the reference photo (first picture) and she was sure she could do it. She went above and beyond with the shape and design and I will be returning soon! read more

It was such a last minute thing I went into Long Lasting Nails around 5pm to see if I was able to get my nails done either that same day or book an appointment the next day. The mail tech LyLy she asked what did I want done and I showed her a phot and she said she can do it that same day! And I was amazed at how fast she did it and at the same time very careful and made sure to ask me if I liked it and wanted it just like the picture and she sure came thru! The fact that they closed at 7 she amazed me and I'd really suggest to go! I got my nails done on Tuesday and it's now Monday and loving it! read more

Probably the last time I come to this salon. The nail artist made me feel super uncomfortable when I asked her if she can do my nails shorter and felt rushed to get me out of the salon. I go to get my nails done to treat myself and enjoy it but unfortunately the service was very rude and left me unsatisfied. Update three weeks later... one of my nails fell off and I have a bad nail infection. Worst experience so far! read more

Lyly did an amazing job on my nails! She was super sweet and patient with me while I explained what I wanted for my nails. She took the time to work on every detail and aspect of my nail design and they turned out beautiful. Super cute trendy nails for such an affordable price! I will definitely return again. read more

If I can give this 0 stars I would. If you want to be over charged for nails youre not happy with go to this place. I showed the nail tech what I wanted and she said she could do it. We start and she was picking at my nails and made my skin start to bleed. Then the nail polish wouldn't stick to my acrylics and she re-painted my nails like 3 times. Then she started the design on my pinky nail and I did not like the way she did it so I told her to leave it plain. I was charged $50 and I wasted 3 hrs at this place. They also don't care if you schedule an appointment you'll still have to wait about an hour. Never going here again and I would not recommend to anybody. read more

This is my second time coming here in two weeks (only because my nails grow so effing fast), but I got the acrylic done and then a fill by LyLy. Lyly is now my best friend because 1) She did my nails 2) She's super fun 3) She redid my nails on the spot when one of my polish began bubbling 3) She gave me free wine I'm only giving 4 stars because it's not PERFECT but they're still gorgeous (obsessed with the matte black). I found my new nail place and I'll probably give another star the more I go :) Also, highly recommend making an appointment because they can get busy and they stick to their appointment schedule. read more

"Long Lasting Nails", well that long lasting nails only lasted a week. I got acrylic on Friday and exactly a week later the nail on my index finger came off and a few other nails are already lifting. Even my gel nail polish on my toes are already coming off. Totally waste of money. Will never come back again specially when the guy who did my nails didn't do my nails as I had asked. After putting polish on my nails he had told me that the nails I wanted could not be done because I had to have colored powder to achieve instead of the regular powder acrylic he had put on me. Idk if it was the language barrier or whatnot but it was not explained to me before he had started. I was willing to pay for a good sum of money for the nail design I wanted. Good thing I didn't since his work only lasted for a week. Over $80 down the drain. No thank you. read more

Not only did they except me last minute. But I did not feel rushed or that I was bothering anyone by coming in an hour before closing. Everyone was super polite and very professional. There is a HUGE variety of gel colors and designs. I'll be coming back for my fill in 2 weeks, because my nails are amazing. read more

I went today the first day of opening after the covid-19 shutdown. I had made my appointment, days in advance. Even with an appointment I waited over an hour. They have raised the prices. Acrylics start at $25. Pink and white start at $40. Rhinestone starts at $15-20. They do rush you now, so much Lyly cut me. I will not be coming back and I'll be taking my business to Leah's Nail Salon. read more

Oh my goodness!!! If you have not been here you need to go now. My girls Lyly and Nina are the best! They do a really good job! I had a "nail emergency" I had to get a fill and I couldn't wait because I had an important event so i went somewhere else and they did a horrible job and Lyly was able to fix them! I will include pictures. Sadly because of my job I cannot have acrylics on anymore but as soon as I'm told it's OK I will return ! read more
