Chicken cheesesteak was not chopped properly. Chunky chicken challenged my palate. Sadly it was disappointing.

This is the worst fucking service I experienced in my entire life. I ordered from them 5 times in a row. Each time the order is late. and I don't mean 5-10 mins. I mean AN HOUR. Place was a bit smaller, with only a few tables, but very clean. Setup like a deli counter, essentially. Admittedly we ordered to-go and did not sit in the booth(s) in the back, but the small table/chairs and booth in the area we waited were nice. I can see that parking might be annoying, but a few cars were leaving when we pulled up so we didn't experience any issues. We ordered some mozzarella sticks, brownies, and a few different sandwiches. All of our food was delicious, and the mozz sticks were honestly some of the best I've ever had. The sandwich portion sizes are *enormous* and well worth the money. I had a Mixed Cheese hoagie with a lot of fixings and a very tasty seeded roll. I kept thinking that I don't know I could have purchased that much cheese at the store for the price I paid, and that was the general consensus on the level of value for our money. Everyone there was kind, quick, and made us feel welcome and taken care of. They worked through a lot of orders while we decided and waited for our order and I can tell they speed through orders pretty quickly but I didn't detect any drops in quality. The current 3.5 stars is a lie. This place is a solid 5 stars for the cooper sharp cheesesteak. My top 10 for sure. Comparable to some of the greats such as delco steaks, pudges around the greater philly area. Great size on the cheesesteak with tons of good and tender meat mixed well with a generous portion of copper sharp. The roll they have is amazing, it's not seeded and it's flaky and crispy on the outside. I made a drive to west chester just to try this place out after hearing reviews about it and wasn't disappointed. I was late by 20 minutes and it still tastes hot and fresh. We drove from North East, MD, which is about an hour drive to go to Lorenzo's & it was definitely worth it!! We ordered two 24" hoagies, one being Italian & the other was a turkey. Both of these sandwiches were absolutely awesome! The authentic Italian was so delicious. Everything about it was perfection. The meat was sliced paper thin, which I love & all the additions were right on & the same goes with the turkey. These sandwiches were so large & so filled with meat, that they could have easily fed four people. Not only is their food awesome & delicious, but their staff is so personable & accommodating. Now, let's talk about the owner, what a kind & gracious person. When he found out we drove from North East, MD, he made my husband & I two complimentary cheesesteaks, fries & drinks. Who does this?
