BEST MARGARITA IN MY LIFE and believe me I've had my fair share! Chris the owner freshly squeezes lemons and oranges for his margarita mix. No pre mix junk give you heart burn instantly here! So fresh and light! I usually ask for a margarita cut with sprite because I can't handle how tart it usually is, but this was a treat my friends! Been meaning to come here for a long time. Very cute tiny place! Food was really good. But most impressive were the people that work there. There are all so genuinely nice and friendly! Just a very warm environment. We ordered the carnitas chimichanga and the Mar y Tierra burrito. Huge! The shrimp in the burrito was so good. Filled with steak too. Chimichanga was delicious. My family and I needed to get some dinner and we decided to yelp what was near our hotel. We saw the great reviews and had to check out Los Arcos.. we stopped by and the warm greeting from staff was refreshing. They said sit and they will help us out. We were really excited to try this place after seeing the rave reviews, and especially seeing their focus on fresh, healthy options on the menu, and we really wanted to like it. Alas, it was just okay. Not a ton of flavor, even with the salsas, which weren't very spicy and lacked any kind of zing. There was nothing we tasted on any of our plates that excited our taste buds at all. Friendly waitstaff, quick service, at least an attempt at having healthy options, good prices and generous servings... so definitely an all right place if you just want some quick, though unremarkable Mexican food. But if you're looking for something really flavorful, I would look elsewhere... like Mi Pueblo. read more

Came here for my first time today and was greeted so nicely by the owner. She had such a happy welcoming energy, it made my first visit so pleasant. The food was amazing. Definitely found my new go to Mexican restaurant in town! Having yummy food is good for a restaurant but combining it with wonderful customer service is what makes a place great and worth telling friends and family about. Keep up the awesome work! The service n people were amazingly nice, BUT the food was very mediocre. I could have made it at home and used the cheapest ingredients and it still would have tasted better. My burrito was dry and bland. I had to put so much salsa on it to make it taste like something! I was so hungry I ended up eating it. Not to mention that it was so expensive for no flavor. Just moved to Santa Rosa and this was the first good mexican food we have had. At first I thought the chicken was kind of hard to bite into but overall the chicken super burrito I had was healthy and satisfying. we had a picnic for about 78 people at howarth park the day before our wedding and catered the food through Los Arcos. Chris, the owner of Los Arcos, was absolutely awesome and amazing to work with. the price he charges for food and set up is really fair and totally worth it. this is a family owned business and you can see how passionate and invested they are in making it successful. his daughter and her boyfriend arrived early and set up the food for us, and even stayed around to serve our guests for a good hour and a half. they provided food warmers and allowed us to bring it all back to the restaurant without any time limits. the food was really good and i honestly could not have been happier with our experience with Los Arcos. read more

No idea why this place is rated so high. I ordered a few burritos here before and they're just average. They skimp out on meat and overfill with rice and beans. I recently ordered some tacos and they were hands down the worst tacos I've had in SR. This is pretty much Americanized "healthy" Mexican food. read more
