My wife, the vegetarian, asked if they can customize the Tex-Mex Enchiladas (instead of the plain cheese version), and they did. They made her a spinach and cheese, and she loved it. Two of their bean choices were vegetarian (not the charro beans which has bacon), and I think they had two vegetarian rice option too (no meat broth added). My oldest got the stuff avocado with chicken, which she liked a lot. My younger kids got the chicken nuggets, which kept them happy. I got the Ivannita, which is a little bit of everything. If you are hungry, this is a good option, as the Crispy Beef Taco comes out first. The taco shell was freshly fried. They use to have a free ice cream section, where you can get a mini cone with soft serve, but it's not there anymore. :( Overall, this is a great place to eat at with the family.

We were craving Mexican food and wanted to try somewhere new. Los Tios is located in Sugar Land in the corner of a small shopping center filled with small businesses. We walked in and was greeted right away. It was the beginning of lunch so it wasn't just as crowded yet. We were seated in a booth. It was weird because the table wobbly. We stayed in the booth and didn't make it a big deal however, it was weird. As usual when coming to a Mexican Restaurant, they bring the chips and dip. Always a favorite. After looking at the menu, we decided we would share mesquite grilled fajitas. The for 2 combo that included chicken and beef was our choice because we wanted a little variety. All of them are served with guac, pico de gallo, sour cream, and fresh tortillas. Mexican rice and your choice of beans was on the side. The food was really good. The meat was tasty especially the beef. Maaaaan. The beef was seasoned to perfection. The chicken was good and seasoned well also however, it was just something different about the beef. The vegetables that came with the sizzling plate were also good! At the end of our service, we were given pecan pralines. That was different to me. I have grown up going to Los Tios. I have been living in Sugarland for the last 7 years and have been routinely going to the Sugarland Los Tios. My usual server is Jose, and he is fantastic! He is attentive but not obtrusive. I often have orders that I change to customize my palate, and they always come out correct. He has served my family so consistently that he can predict our orders.
