Everything was fresh, delicious, and very good. The customer service was great, and they take your orders ahead. The establishment is still new, so it looks very well organized. Today it was raining a LOT, and my dad and I needed lunch. I know Lotteria as the "Korean McDonalds" but never tried it. Today we decided to try it. I got the deluxe bulgogi burger combo, and my dad got the shrimp burger. The burger was better than I expected, and the familiar taste of bulgogi only made it better. I really liked it! It also came with fries. On the ordering screen, it said flavor: Onion, Cheese, or None. I chose cheese, thinking it was talking about the burger, not the fries. Went the first weekend after grand opening. The line wasn't too bad. It was about an hour and half wait to get to the door. Ordered 3 sandwiches: bulgogi, shrimp patty and the bibimbap with fries on the side. The burgers were okay, I think my favorite was the shrimp sandwich. It was light and different in a good way. The fries came with a choice of cheese or onion sprinkle packets. We chose both. I was hoping the cheese powder would be closer to the cheese packet you find in the Kraft macaroni and cheese box, but it wasn't. IMO, it needed more cheese taste. The onion pack was full of flavor. Husband really wanted to try this place so we waited three hours in line to get the food. As we got closer to ordering, they were giving out water bottles to those waiting. The parking lot was a mess too and felt bad for those working outside on a hot sunny day! We ordered shrimp burger, bulgogi burger, shake it fries, shake it chicken, and bulgogi fries and total was around $40ish for all the food and soda. Not bad considering all the rising costs as of late. The bulgogi burger was just ok for me and I didn't like how the sauce was focused in the center but I guess some people like it that way. Waited a bit after their grand opening to try but came on a Sunday morning and it was still busy! Drive-thru line was long, so decided to wait in line in person on a warm day. Luckily they had umbrellas to lend out to customers. I waited about 10-15 minutes to order which wasn't too bad. The real wait is for the food, which we waited about 25-30 mins for. The seating inside wasn't enough, so we had to sit outside. We got their bulgogi deluxe burger combo, shrimp burger combo, fried chicken bowl, and bulgogi bowl. My favorite would be the bulgogi burger. For fries seasoning, we tried both cheese and onion, and my favorite was the onion. They had self-serve fountain drinks. I also got their bingsul which was their version of shaved ice with a few toppings. For the price, I thought it was worth it. Believe the other reviews as I would also not recommend this restaurant in its current state. It is way overpriced for mediocre food, the fries came cold, the bulgogi was disgustingly sweet, and the shrimp burger tasted just like McDonald's fish filet. Wow! I'm impressed how that brought this from Korea. It's as real as it gets from the burgers I enjoyed when I visit Korea. I'm surprised about the low reviews, but most people talk about the long wait time. Well, for innout, we usually wait a pretty long time of up to 20-30 minutes, so I'm not that concerned. The burger was wrapped really well and seasoned perfectly. The service was pretty quick given the fact that we ordered more than 20 burgers today. The fries, in my opinion, is better than mcdiddy or innout and you have an option to season when a certain way. I highly recommend everyone giving it another try! We actually wanted to try the rice burger, but they had already run out, which was a little disappointing. The highlight for me was definitely the fries. They give you a little seasoning packet and you shake it yourself, which was fun, and the onion flavor really came through. Crispy and tasty, definitely the best part of the meal. The restaurant was very busy when we went, but the person at the register was efficient and kept the line moving, which I appreciated. Seating is limited both inside and outside, so it can feel a bit crowded. Parking is free in the plaza, but the lot gets hectic. For the price, I didn't feel the food was super filling. The hype is finally dying down. If you want to try it, I'd recommend going between the lunch and dinner rush. Went today at 4:45 pm and there no line to order and there were about 6 cars in the drive through. By the time we left an hour later, the drive through had a dozen cars and there's was a small line of about 8 people in the restaurant. As you enter, you order at the counter. There's seating inside and outside. The employees were friendly, which was the highlight. The restrooms require a code which is 1797 as of today. Now, onto the food. The fries were horrible. Not hot and the seasoning packets that you use for either onion or cheese flavor didn't add anything. The shrimp and bulgogi burgers were meh and not hot. The burgers have the same quality as a Mcdonalds value member chicken burger. Not very fulfilling and I felt like going across the street for an In N Out burger. At least their food comes out hot. The best thing was the cup bingsu which tasted like a vanilla Frappuccino with bits of fruit, jelly, and mochi. The only thing I would want to go back to try is the bibim rice burger. But I was told that they only make 50 a day so if you want to try it, you'll have to go early. I returned the next morning and got into the drive through line at 9:45 am, 15 minutes before it opened to get the bibim rice burger. The burger itself is actually more fulfilling than the other two burgers i tried the day before. The rice is soft and has a spicy kick to it. You'll try to eat it like a regular burger but because there's a sauce infused with the rice, it can be pretty messy. Not bad but for $10, it's pretty high price point for what it is. read more

I waited to finally review this place because I hold places who people claim to be the "next In-N-Out" to a high standard. So, I visited once to take in the experience, then started going routinely as if this were like my favorite fast food restaurant, and to be honest. It's decent. I wouldn't say any of the food stands out. The portions are fairly small, and I leave wanting more, but in a way where I felt like I didn't get enough rather than the food being that good. The bullgogi fries are a bit too sweet, and the chicken is not as crispy as I'd expect it to be, especially with it being Korean-style. The burger is okay too, and to be honest, it resembles Burger King more than it does In-N-Out. The numbers speak for itself. I've been to In-N-Out once a week, about 21 times, since I first initially went to Lotteria, and have been to Lotteria, out of my own will power, 8 times. It's not a knock on the place.
