Lotus Pho Vietnamese Kitchen is officially on my run-it-back list Came in craving something warm and comforting and wow... this place delivered. The pho here is beautiful--super aromatic, fresh, and full of flavor. I ordered the tofu pho and tofu spring rolls (both hit the spot ), and my husband went the traditional route with classic pho + Vietnamese coffee--aka the ultimate get sht done* drink. Bonus: they've got milk teas and boba on deck, so you can easily turn this into a full-on treat-yourself moment. The space is clean, service is quick and friendly, and everything just felt easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Safe to say--we'll absolutely be back.

Chewy Boba, overcooked shrimp in the 16. SHRIMP PHO (Pho Tom) just not same place :(

What happened, new owners? The shrimp was overcooked. My wife had 7 pieces that were way overcooked, and I had 4 in my shrimp pho. The boba was also very chewy. Pretty sad overall.

Pho Place - Hidden Gem! Tucked in a half-empty shopping center -- don't let the outside fool you! Inside is spotless, organized, and super inviting. We were greeted right away and seated at a comfy booth. Boba - Perfection. Soft, chewy, not soggy. Probably the best texture I've had in years. Food Rundown: * Chicken fried rice - flavorful and fresh. * Pho combo - broth isn't spicy by default ( perfect for kids). Comes with fresh basil, sprouts, lime, and jalapeño to customize. * Stir fry - another hit. * Egg rolls - crispy and flavorful. * Fried wontons - super crunchy. 10/10 crunch factor. Service - Friendly, quick, and attentive without hovering. Overall - After living 20 min away for 4 years, I can't believe I didn't know about this spot. 100% worth the drive. Will be back!

Came to Lotus Pho but couldn't find the page and learned that it's under teabo which is a lil confusing. Had their spring rolls, pho #10? , and a bah mi! Their food is pretty good! I enjoyed my bah mi, the bread was super soft and crunchy. It's the most soft I've felt that gave me also a good crunch! I wonder if it's fresh baked! Everything was delicious, will want to come back for another bah mi

Ordered $40 through Grubhub from my hotel and requested utensils to be added. When my order arrived it had no utensils or a disposable bowl. How am I supposed to eat a soup with no bowl or utensils? I called and spoke to the manager about the situation and he said there's nothing he can do. I told him I would like my money back for the soup that I cannot eat and would take an Uber to drop the food off. He said not to because he wouldn't refund me my money. Never ordering from this place again 1/5 stars.

I wanted to just chill and take my time to eat, but the server never came back again for me to order another drink so I decided I should just get out then since they didn't want me there long it seemed let's start off with the food review tho my spring rolls tasted off like there was something a bit funky with them, as well as how to frozen texture on the inside and I was given the smallest amount of fish sauce I've ever seen every other place. I've been to is a huge amount or like a generous amount of that sauce dividend but I got like barely anything so I was like trying to scoop it at the end, but yeah, definitely funky tasting rolls. The pho itself consisted mostly of noodles and a decent amount of meat at least but with the combination, I felt like the tendon they just gave the biggest chunks possible, which were extremely hard to try to bite through unusual for me to come across I love tripe and tendon the most in the combos, the regular size is generously sized tho no need to pay extra for a larger size unless you're really hungry the flavor of the broth tasted good nothing special but it was a alright meal prob won't come back but I don't think it was entirely a waste of time

This was usually a stop a Poketrition (or NakedQ) but Poketrition closed up sometime last year. Pho AnAn stepped in, offering Vietnamese fare in a serene environment (or, as serene as a strip mall on a major road can get). The menu covers off a number of familiar dishes (summer rolls, banh mi, bún, and, of course, pho). Needing something light and fresh after a day of travel, I did an order of shrimp goi cuon (summer rolls), bún thit nuong (vermicelli + grilled pork), and iced tea. The summer rolls, filled with shrimp + vermicelli + mint + lettuce, held together well, even when paired with not too thick peanut sauce. The vermicelli bowl (vermicelli + grilled pork + cucumber + pickled radish + bean sprouts + peanuts + mint) provided a great mix of flavours (smokey / salty pork, sour radish), and improved even more with some of the pickled dipping sauce from the summer rolls Geared towards takeout, service is speedy, the food satisfying, and the portions more than generous.

Not sure where wires got crossed but I made it quite clear to the young man who took my order it was for a vegan and shouldn't have any egg to which he replied, " it comes without egg. And will try other things. I'll just make sure to check the order before I leave if taking it away. I normally don't like the rice paper egg roll. But they were well done and super fresh tasting here. My pad see ew came out perfect and was delicious. The Thai wings looked pale and I wasn't optimistic until I bit into them. The flavor was fantastic. Excellent use of spices. I do recommend this restaurant for a delicious meal. Good service. And slightly higher pricing but worth it imo.

Came here to try some Cambodian dishes. We eat spicy but the service staff was pretty intense here…read moreabout saying that their spice levels are much higher than other places. They communicated their levels as #5 medium, #10 hot and #15 very hot .Didn't sound like they did in between numbers and it seemed like a strange numbering system. The chilli crisp oil on the table was spicy so we started with Cambodian sour soup at medium spice (#5 ) It usually has chicken broth and fish sauce I believe but the owner made it vegetarian for us. The soup was good but it felt less spicy than we wanted. The tartness of the soup was really good though and as we ate more of the bottom of it it had a tad more spice. It was also good with the table chilli crisp oil. It came in a hot pot as we love and they refilled the candle for us. Their spoons were awkward for the shape of the hotpot and it was a little hard to scoop out the soup. Next we decided to try a curry. All their curries didn't have chicken stock. The yellow one also didn't have shrimp paste we were told and we decided to go with that one. We ordered it at #10 out of 15 spice level with tofu and it also came with some veggies. #10 was flavorful but we probably would have been fine with the highest #15 spice level here. When I walked around to see the art in the restaurant I saw a big sign on a monitor saying they don't refund plates that are too spicy. The yellow curry did feel different than a typical Thai yellow curry which was fun and was good. We definitely would go with the highest spice level here if we were to be back here and I think we would have liked it more that way. Good spot for vegan and vegetarian options. Based on this one experience i'd give it 3.5 stars. I'd have to try more and at the higher spice levels to decide between 3 stars or 4 stars. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!

The restaurant seems to charge for every little thing and the staff is slow and forgetful. Having to get up so many times just to remind them about our order is simply not acceptable. I really hope things improve, especially for long time customers who have supported this place for years Ambience The ambience was very cute and charming. The space feels inviting and has a pleasant atmosphere. Food The food was good. We ordered the catfish spring rolls and they were delicious once everything finally made it to the table. Service The service was the biggest issue and it was very disappointing, especially since my family has been coming here for 3 years. Parts of our order were missing, including several side dishes and even the sauce for the spring rolls. We asked for a cup of ice and that was missing too. We waited about 10 minutes after receiving the catfish before the vegetables were brought out and we had to keep asking for simple items. It's a shame because things taste best when the food is still hot, but the catfish was already cold once they brought out all the small dishes that came with the main dish. Because the staff was moving so slowly, we ended up walking to the counter (6 times) just to follow up on things that should have been brought to us without asking. It honestly felt like we were serving ourselves. There should be no excuse why service was so slow because there's two waitress and only one other table. The Vietnamese coffee tasted sickly sweet and burnt. After taking one sip, I asked to switch to a Thai tea, hoping it would be better, but that drink was also extremely sickenly sweet. I returned it after one sip as well. I was surprised to see that I was charged for both drinks and was told it was because I drank them, which did not feel fair at all. They even charged us for the lemon slices.

My last visit this month for an order of shrimp fried rice was my final straw and I will find somewhere else to find some food. It has been a very slow spiral downward with the quality of food. I am talking years where the consistency was slipping. Then last month it was as if they forgot what they were doing. What was served to me was edible, but nowhere near what I have been given in the past. I hope it was a bad day for the kitchen for the establishment's sake! Call in takeout orders have been a speed bump. You call in and you're quoted a time of when your order will be ready. You pay for your order when you get there. Then the clock starts. It totally defeats the purpose of the original quoted timeframe.
