I'll give two stars because my rep was decent but when I needed help with a repair the lady upstairs was HORRIBLE. She was little no help with, horrible attitude, and gave no recommendations with what I needed help with. This is a luxurious store where people spend so much of their hard earned money. I can't speak to everyone here but Lyndsey Gibeau is fantastic! I typically shop in Europe where the service is always impeccable but have been hesitant to come here because of the bad service I'd heard about. I came to repair my LV luggage and was greeted at the door within seconds, checked in and sent upstairs to the new altiere. Lyndsey let me know that the wheel replacement was under warranty and because of the parts it would have to be shipped to Paris for repair. She wanted to make sure I didn't have any travel scheduled for the next month before she sent it out (typically 6 weeks). Since then has followed up twice to let me know the status and is incredibly sweet with all my needs. I will continue to do business here and I'm so glad they are able to do minor repairs at the store! read more

Stopped in here recently to buy my only Sister a wonderful birthday gift - cuz women love Louie bags!!! My Sister is very precious to me as well! I was properly greeted by a lovely young lady upon stepping through the door. She thoughtfully assisted me with getting the help I needed to complete my purchase in a timely manner. Wow! I came here last weekend and I don't know what happened but the customer service was WAY better than it was the last time I visited here a few years back! Everyone my friend and I interacted with was so nice and helpful. I got to check out the new Damier Ebene Neverfull in Rose Ballerine as well as check out some key holders. I came out with nothing, but I didn't feel bad about it because there was absolutely no pressure at all. This place has grown a lot since the last time I visited. The prices are definitely much higher, but hey, LV is definitely a brand that holds its value and is much more durable than my Gucci, Prada, and Coach. If you are looking for an in-boutique experience, stop by here. The selection is good, the customer service is great, and the displays are absolutely amazing. Don't Use Their Repair Services. Terrible Service and they are not standing behind their products. I purchased 2 handbags and 2 wallets last year at this store. The zipper on the Clemence Wallet got stuck and wouldn't open. The broken zipper is not their fault but I figured they would repair it, for a small fee, so I brought it to the store and started the process. DEC 19th Is the date I brought it in. They said they had to send it out to replace the zipper and it would cost me $350. I did not like that option but decided to do it anyway. They gave me a discount and brought the price down to $250. Required me to prepay for the repair order and it would take a few months until the repair was completed. Oh and I bought a different wallet while I was there, for $530, so I could have something in the meantime. MAY 11th and they still have NOT fixed the wallet or returned it to me. Customer service says they are waiting on "spare parts" and that all the repairs are done in Canada. Really??? It's just a zipper and 5 months is ridiculous. Oh and my wallet is still in Canada waiting for the parts. I can't make this shit up. I went to the store 2 weeks ago to inquire again about the status and was told I would get a call by Friday or a replacement wallet. The sales person was surprised that I was going through this and would have a manager get in touch by Friday. I called again and no one is available and customer service is going to have them call me. Again, 2 weeks went by and no call, no wallet, and $250 spent for nothing. Bought my wife a gift card from this store with hundreds of dollars on it for Christmas. It was what she wanted. She goes back to the store with it with our young child in tow only to be told the card had nothing in it, given the run around for 2 hours, then had the card taken from her and she was told to come back the next day. WTH? She even had the receipt for the card with her but it didn't help. She got a business card from DK Kim so I tried calling to see what was going on. No answer on cell # listed and got a "voice mail is not set up". No answer on email. Other phone number listed was the general customer service line. They were able to look it up and verified she had the gift card on her account and should have been able to just show her ID, but they themselves were unable to get the store on the phone so it's still not resolved. At this point I don't know where the money I put on the card is. Just as importantly they owe my wife an apology. Maybe it's because we're not filthy rich or dropping thousands of dollars on an overpriced bag, but if this is how they treat people we will take our business elsewhere and I suggest others do too as a matter of basic human decency. Someone in their end screwed up. Whatever you do, don't buy a gift card. Will update if they manage to clean this mess up. Update: They did not fix it. Instead I had to dispute the charge on my credit card, Louis Vuitton didn't challenge it and I got the charge removed but it took time to resolve. I am so beyond livid. I purchased a Neo Noe in Red over 6 months ago. It was sold to me with an additional strap that was the original design from the manager as well as person that was making printed initials on the product. I first had to wait the sales person Chris, extra long because he simply forgot about ME and then had to wait for another one to come in. I'm assuming this is typical and how they treat their customers? Anywho, well after 6 months, I am now basically harassing Chris in which he has said no or has avoided me. TJ, the manager, provides rude and incompetent customer service. Had myself, alongside multiple other customers waiting for 20 minutes or more without even being greeted. When approached to receive service, he was argumentative and defensive. Nasty attitude that belongs no where inside of a Louis Vuitton. It disappointed to come to customer care service on 3rd floor in South coast plaza mall. I brought my tote bag to Customer care service talked to Ginger regarding to the unpleasant smell from inside my bag, she agreed the smell is bag and said will send out to see if they can fix it. A week later she told me no option to repair and she will talk to her manager to see can I get the exchange. I came today her manager was not there so she said maybe her lead can help me. Please be aware when you're buying anything at this store!!! I don't know how else to get more people to see this please spread the awareness of this store by the Nordstroms. DOUBLE CHECK the items you are purchasing as they are not $20 items. I recently bought my girlfriend shoes, perfume and a wallet from here and all 3 items were second hand once opening her gift. The shoes were dirty and you can tell someone has worn them and someone tried to clean them as good as possible. As the back collar, it was already creased as if someone stepped on it putting them on. The wallet was scuffed and scratched. (Also looked at 3 other pairs of shoes and the bottom of the shoes were black and cleaned. You can slightly still see the dirt in the shoes) As for the perfume, I was advised if she didn't like the scent the seal of the box could not of been opened. We left the perfume in the bag as I received it from an LV employee and sprayed samples cards so she can smell it without opening it. She didn't like it so we went to return it as it was still untouched from when the employee handed it to me, they opened it and inspected the perfume to come out that seal was already broken and already in use as the bottle was not as full. I am not sure as how this happened and why we are sold second hand products especially coming from Louis Vuitton but that is just unacceptable. We had a hard time returning the items because of the issue when they haven't even left the box since I purchased them. We later went down to the Fashion Island store to rebuy the items and were brand new. The whole point of this story INSPECT THE ITEMS YOU ARE PURCHASING THAT ARE USED OR SHOW WEAR OF USAGE THEY WILL STILL SELL THEM TO YOU! read more

I came here into the Saks location for the first time today. All of the employees were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable and secure with my purchase. Clara helped my husband and I out and I was very pleased! She gave me lots of advice and also gave me some space to look over what I was purchasing. Ok. I am sorta perplexed by the low rating,.. But after visiting and watching people treat Sales staff,... it was embarrassing to see - But this is MY review. We like nice stuff. Sometimes it's just to look, other times it is not. We do not do the south OC "look". We do not do the south OC "attitude". Nor do we want it in our faces when we shop. We visited and the first sales person we could talk to blew us off for a possible bigger sale. Alas - that was not to be. The customer was just blowing smoke and left empty handed. The second person was fantastic. She sold us on an exclusive product that was not displayed. It was wonderful service. We had it personalized and enjoyed sitting and relaxing and watching the crazy customers go nuts around the store. It was a much better reception than what we were used to and the new store was impeccably displayed. Our sales girl was awesome and the support staff that was there was wonderful as well. A few cold drinks and a few minutes later - everything was done and we were happily on our way. It's good to see new training that strives to train employees on how to be polite and courteous as well as a sales person without the "I am LV" attitude. I had a really bad experience here. I expected so much more from LV. I was really excited to see what this store had to offer after my friends told me they have a big selection here. I went with my sister earlier this week to buy a purse for my mom's birthday. We were not greeted nor helped; in fact, we had to ask a staff member to assist us. I would understand if the employees were busy helping other customers but I saw at least 5 employees just standing around. I don't understand why none of the employees even attempted to help us and make a sale. I actually liked 2 LV purses but opted to buy a Saint Laurent purse for my mom instead strictly based on LV's poor customer service. Another awful experience... which I wouldn't expect at all from "Louis Vuitton." On March 28, 2019 I called the store to ask about placing an order over the phone for a messenger bag. Since I planned to pay with a gift card, the employee over the phone told me I had to physically come in to purchase. So I did... Made my purchase. Bag was not in store. I was given a receipt and proof of my purchase and told that within one month I would expect to receive my purse shipped to my house. One month passed by last week and nothing yet. I get a call today... employee tells me "bag is out of stock" and all patrons who purchased/paid deposits will get fully refunded. that's the end of it... WTH? Why did I just wait about 6 weeks for you to tell me that?? So annoyed and legitimately angry. I should have been told that news in March. Don't make me come in person and then charge me almost $1000, only to tell me 5-6 weeks later that the order is not gonna happen.... I'm very bothered. I walked into the store and was greeted by Nicole .I told her I was looking for a crossbody. I really wanted the favorite PM but I knew it was on backorder. She then showed me other options such as the Pochette Felicie in the color black Monogram Empreinte. I asked her if they had carried the brown monogram canvas. She had mentioned that they didn't have it in but she would check other stores. She found the bag at the Bloomingdales location, and it was 1 of only 20 available in the US in their inventory! Worst customer service at this place. Louis Vuitton has really gone down in their customers service... they are so snooty and pretentious. There are other high end brands in the same mall who give way better customer service and value you their customers way more than they do. Tried to do an exchange for a wallet that was gifted to me. I couldn't exchange it in time of their 30 day policy which I never heard of them having on before - but I couldn't exchange it in time because I had a baby. Now I was planning on exchanging it for some thing that cost more and the wallet was already pretty pricey. What upsets me is the following: 1. Their policy is worst than more stores. I mean even target has a better exchange policy than they do. I mean most companies do. 2. Fine if you aren't going to let me exchange at least ask me if I need anything else. The sales person literally packed it up and slid the package to me and that was it. Their purses aren't as great if quality as it used to be. Most of their popular purses aren't even leather. I've been a LV customer for over ten years. My very first designer bag was purchased here in scp. It was only natural for me to order a custom trunk for my daughter to hold her keepsakes above all other brands. The ordering process was quick even though my sa at the time did not know much about custom ordering through their employee iPad. She had two managers came to guide us through the process. I've paid my full deposit and left happily, expecting my daughter's trunk to come in two months time. In about 7 weeks, I called in to their phone number listed here. It directed me to an off-site location in Santa Ana. The customer service personnel was able to find my order and assured me it should be coming in a week if not sooner. I was informed that every other Friday, a shipment from France would come in. Two weeks later, I called in again wondering why I haven't got a call. This time, I was told that my original sa Ingrid no longer works here and they would call me again. A week later, I went into the store, Nicole helped me and gave me their store number. She told me that the managers in the back found my order and would give me a call. Another ten days passed by and on a Sunday I called the customer service line again and Gregory, who sounded new, told me that he could not see my order anywhere. He could see my initial deposit eventually and though I'd only left a partial amount when I actually paid in full upfront. He then said a manager would call me later that day to give me more information because my order was NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! Later that day I called the store twice each time leaving a message with an associate, who said the manager/supervisor would research on this and call me. Now it's another week later, I called on Thursday and every time Noelle from the fragrance side would pick up. She has been very nice in the whole process but the manager never calls me back so there really hasn't been much follow up on their end. Each time I call, the situation just seems to get worse. This is NOT something I expect from such a big store. It also seems that very experienced sa seems to leave here so the store might have a high turnover. She was a petite Asian girl and had a face of somewhat shock when she was told "yes I do need help". I went in with the intent of owning a speedy 35. She walked me over, showed me the display and was sold. She then realized that they were out of stock of the 35 but that the 25 was available and that "it's one that everyone wanted." For some reason that set me off because I would have been open to look at other bags and not settle for the one that "everyone wanted". But I didn't get a chance to say that because she looked like she was ready to pounce at the next customer (of Asian decent) who walked in. Her attention was not on me anymore. read more

When we were there in the afternoon 5PM, it was all packed. Then I had a receptionist came by and putted us in the waitlist for someone to serve us.
