I have never tasted coffee that was brewed so simply yet tasted so rich and flavorful. They also offer some unique drinks, including the Fruity Sicilian Coffee and Raspberry Heaven. Both were incredible, and Raspberry Heaven truly lived up to its name. The flavors were well balanced, refreshing, and unlike anything I've tried elsewhere. The focaccia in their sandwiches are also super fluffy yet crispy. Every item I had was absolutely delicious. The interior has a rustic yet elevated, welcoming vibe. There is also patio seating outside for those who prefer to enjoy their coffee outdoors. Whether you're looking for a quiet study spot, a place to work, or just somewhere to relax, this spot is great. On top of that, the staff are always friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality makes the experience even better. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place.

Louisa Coffee is a Taiwanese coffee chain that recently opened its first US location in WeHo! Was so excited to stop by after seeing the great reviews. The space is beautiful, with some unique art pieces, feels cozy, has nice natural lighting and comfortable seating as well a small outdoor patio are. There's an upstairs loft area as well. Free wifi is available, the staff are so friendly, and the cafe is such a lovely spot to chat or get some work done. I ordered one of their signature drinks, the raspberry heaven, which is an oat milk latte with raspberry puree and a cream top. The coffee was so smooth and had such a great raspberry flavor, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. Street/neighborhood parking.

A roaster and a coffee shop at one spot! Really loving the brick-themed space with nice-looking mezzanine floor and side open-air patio. All baristas were nice and friendly as well. The cafe was busy almost at all times and you could clearly see most people sit with their work/laptop. Relatively quiet space - noise wise, which I fancied as I did try to get work done while sipping my coffee. Intended to get their Mont Blanc as I didn't commonly find this drink here, but they're unfortunately out so getting latte instead. Wouldn't call it my favorite in town, but decent one.

Louisa Coffee is the most popular coffee chain in Taiwan and it is super cool that they are in US now!!! Open space with lots of light, comfy seating to enjoy a cup of coffee or get some work done. They also have a nice patio with plants and a big community table for 8. The second floor is more like an art gallery with traveling artists--no food and drinks on the second floor. I tried the Columbia watermelon washed cold brew ($6). I like it lots! They also have tasting flights and some hot food options, including sandwiches. A new place in town to meet with friends for a good cup of coffee ~~~

New spot that just opened in West Hollywood! The space is very open and is a good spot to do some work in. We ordered a double flight, kimchi burrito, brownie, and an onion focaccia bread. Coffee tasted amazing and the food was great as well. The staff were all super knowledgeable and friendly. Everything also came out very fast, I would come back again!

Incredible! The inside is so cute and I was so happy to see this place finally opened! I had a vanilla latte and my dad had a blood orange vanilla latte and both were incredible. The syrups are made in-house and compliment the flavor of the espresso. And the staff were super friendly and even recognized familiar faces despite Louisa being pretty new. I would recommend if you are in the area!

Beautiful space, great coffee, and super friendly staff. You can really taste the quality and care in every cup. The latte was smooth and balanced, and the vibe made me want to stay all afternoon. Definitely one of my new favorite coffee spots in LA.

Jose is so so so nice, coffee was delicious and extremely smooth. Atmosphere is incredible! Definitely come check it out

Wonderful new coffee spot! Amazing service, beautiful atmosphere and design, very clean, excellent coffee, and delicious cookies. Definitely coming back with friends!

Louisa is the best new coffee shop in WeHo. Jose made me the loveliest cappuccino -- light and floral with beans from Bolivia. Awesome space to gather, work, and reflect. Did I mention the exposed brick??

    Raspberry heaven

Their onion focaccia is AMAZING. It's the perfect amount of fluffy and savory. The service is so personable and welcoming. The vibes... impeccable. Bummed I found it my last day working in West Hollywood- but I may drive back just to drink their raspberry heaven espresso

They have a few different series of matcha and that part is very fun here. I love how they explain all the information on each one and personally I liked the Hokatsu Series best which they say is nutty and creamy. In the non-matcha realm, the Madagascar Vanilla Latte is one of their most popular drinks so I had to try that. Also the Jacobsen's Salted Caramel was a seasonal special that sounded delish. I loved them both! The drinks are great, the staff is excellent, the parking is metered on the street so can be difficult. But whenever I can find a spot, I pop in!

It is incredibly refreshing, and you can tell right away that they are using high quality beans because there is zero bitterness. The drink came out with a perfect, clean layer of espresso floating over the tonic water, showing off a really nice gradient. The space itself has lots of seating, and going on the earlier side meant I had no issues grabbing a spot. Street parking was easy enough at that hour, though I can definitely see it becoming a challenge if you show up later in the day. Definitely adding this place to the regular rotation.

Walking in, it's a friendly and bright atmosphere, as expected from the name, with the full intention of giving you a nice indoor experience. They even have a small kid's area with toys if you want to bring your kids while you enjoy your coffee. Even the bathroom had a goofy painting while you do your business haha. The whole shop is inviting especially the patient staff, as I never felt rushed even while being indecisive with the menu. I ordered a pour over of one of their many rotating bean selections. I didn't take note of the specific one I chose but I believe it was an Ethiopian. It was a nice clear cup with some fruity notes, exactly what I'd expect from an Ethiopian coffee. I ordered dine in so it was served in a nice glass carafe with a pretty ceramic tasting cup. My sister ordered the Sweet Corn Latte from their summer menu and it was delicious. The cream top reminded me of a sweet corn snack I had when I was younger so it gave me a lot of nostalgia. I feel as though a lot of coffee shops are either good at signature flavored lattes or specialty slow bar coffee drinks and rarely both. However, I'd say this place definitely shines with both after experiencing our two drinks. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely come back to try some more.

The main thing that stands out here is their 1987 coffee roaster which is the center piece of the cafe. They roast various single origin beans on a daily basis, so you know you can purchase some fresh coffee beans here. If you need your beans grounded, they do grind it for you depending on your brewing method. They have beans of light roast, medium roast and dark roast and sell by various weights for a very reasonable price. They also sell various tea leaves, baked goods (croissant, muffin, scones, bagel, Danish, coffee cake, Dessert Therapy cookies, and merchs. They also have a seasonable menu that changes. When I went, it was the Sakura season menu. Staff were all friendly and were very willing to answer any questions regarding the menu. Please note, the base coffee blend for each day varies and rotates on a daily basis For my visit, I tried ... 1. Buttered Coffee (4.5/5) The base coffee for the day was the Peru single origin, which was well-balanced; slightly sweet with a hint of tartness and nuttiness. They then add a chunk of butter into the coffee, which helps cut some of the acidity, but also is supposed to enhance the caffeine effect and give you additional energy from the fat. It does leave a layer of fat/oiliness so if you are not a fan of that, then this may not be for you. The butter did give it a subtle buttery flavor, which I personally liked. 2. Matcha with Sakura Cold Foam (4/5) The matcha was blended smoothly and was not grassy at all. The Sakura cold foam didn't really taste like Sakura (been to Japan, so know what real Sakura flavor should taste like), but instead, just tasted floral. 3. Columbia Supremo Whole Beans Full body and aromatic. Good for those who like to drink black coffee 4. Guatemala Huehuetenango Whole Beans: Crisp, acidic and a hint of nuttiness Glad I found this local roaster where I'll definitely be coming back to get some more fresh beans.
