I've been coming here for 9 months and this place is great. I can text or call in my appointment, it's convenient when you don't get a chance to talk on the phone. Lisa is amazing. It's clear that she takes a lot of pride in her salon and the work that they all do there. My nails always look amazing and if there was ever something wrong I know it would be quickly remedied. How this place has so many 5 star reviews I'll NEVER know. My bff & I walked in the other day for manicures. The lady said she could take us both, but that wasn't true. A lady did mine while my BFF waited for her to finish so she could do hers. WORST MANICURE I'VE EVER HAD! $17 for something I could have easily done myself. No hand massage. The worst customer service ever. The owner is super rude an impatient. They were fully booked and still welcome walk ins which makes them wanting to finish up quickly. I went here to get my Shellac manicure this week. The girl that I got was really rough on my nails leaving them feeling very thin! Well not two days later they are already chipping. I went in after work today and talked to someone about it they said they didn't remember me. Well that pissed me off so I got out my phone to show them my receipt. Hello, if you want to stay open you don't argue with customers! I won't be back. I'd rather pay $4 more to have nails that last more than two days. What a waste of my time!! I have been waiting for this nail shop to open because it is really close to our house. The girl I got tried to use a machine to remove the shellac from my nails which I dislike because it leaves them weak. I'm glad the other lady could tell that I did not like the girl using the machine on my nails. Unfortunately the girl switched to trying to rip my nails apart using the pusher tool completely damaging my thumb nail ripping it past the point to where it could not be filed or saved. I'm so upset right now. Although Lisa seemed very nice I will just pay the extra money and go back to my usual place. I will not be back because they are too rough! My family and I have been coming to Lisa for about 6+ years. She does our waxing, our nails, (shes even been doing my dads pedicures and let me tell you.. he has some rough feet!!) and my moms eyelashes. When I found out she was opening her own salon I was beyond excited. Her salon is spotless, and so relaxing. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. The only positive thing I can say is the lady who welcomed me was the sweetest person. The lady that did the pedicure did an ok job, needed some more attention on the heals but she painted my small toenails nicely. Which I had to repaint when I got home because after 30-40 minutes the paint still wasn't dry and smudged. The lady that did my finger nails was sloppy and argumentative. Just a French manicure with gel... My nails are miss shaped, jagged, gel doesn't cover the entire nail, lines look like a a drunk person trying to paint. I had to file my nails when I got home to even out the shape and smooth out the jagged edges. Wish I would have just painted my own nails with drugstore polish. I did tip them both because they did put in some time to do the job. But I won't go back. Huge waste of money. read more

I am bowled over by how sweet these people are! Today was my second visit and absolutely awesome. I didn't have a pedicure because they did such a great job 3 weeks ago that my toes are still perfect. My gel manicure was still in perfect shape, too. Not even one chip! It's been 3 weeks! Today I decided to try the dip because I wanted to see what it was like. They were so nice and worked super hard on my hands. They were extremely friendly asking me how I like the shape for every nail- super eager to please and ensuring my comfort and satisfaction. The fact that people left such horrid reviews tells me they're fake reviews trying to keep Other shops in business. My daughter and I love coming here for the luxurious pedicure spa treatments and Lisa's amazing manicures. She's one of the only places I know that carry all of the latest gels and acrylic trends in her color selections and design affects. Whatever my daughter sees on tik tok or Instagram, Lisa is able to replicate with her talent and products. Many times she even elevates our ideas, personalizing them to our own tastes. The staff in Love Nails are exceptionally amazing! They are kind, knowledgeable, and they take great care of your nails. I had the male (only male there) do my nails yesterday with powder. He kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and he educated me on my nails- they curve backwards- hence the powder should be applied a certain way. Previous salon that did my powder nails-- well, the nails didn't last two weeks. It's been a day, but I see a big difference in quality and I feel blessed to have found this salon! She filed them down to my skin, I wanted rounded nails, she made them square. Trying to communicate with her wasn't working because she didn't listen or didn't understand me. I left with nail shaving under my nial beds, jagged nails because she did not even file them right.. unless you are going to the male nail tech or the shop owner.... don't bother. I'm new to this area, I found love nails and I honestly love them lol The manager and I believe it's her brother are super nice and all the ladies there are super sweet. I get acrylics and pedicures, both worth the money. I had a nail break the day after I got a fill (that was my own fault ) and I was able to get squeezed in to get it fix in literally 15 mins. My first time at this nail shop. I wanted a pedicure and to have my acrylic on my big toe remove. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly but not aware of what I was saying. After saying I wanted the acrylic off she finally got it. She did a horrible job on my feet. She cut the nail down so far that she clipped my skin, she did not buff my nails before applying top coat and she didn't bother to file my nails or get much of the cuticle removed. my first experience there was amazing. the lady was so sweet and did a great job. she did the color and style i wanted. she gave me a stamp card and told me to come back anytime if my nail broke or when i wanted to get my nails redone. they lasted a week and one of my nails broke. i went back with my grandma because she wanted to get her toes done. when we got there i asked if they had time to fix my nail and they immediately got frustrated with me. they took a look at my nail and told me that my nails were weak.. when they were the ones who did my nails in the first place. they had me sit down and tried to give me the wrong color. i asked if they had time to do my grandmas toes and they said no and made her sit outside. they fixed my nail and that's all. what upset me is that they were sighing and complaining how they did not have time for us. if they were busy then they could have suggested us to come another time. and what upset me the most, is that they made my grandma sit outside their salon. not the greatest experience there and expected more from the salon. read more
