What a cute and fun cafe to stop at! I immediately loved it as soon as I walked in. The cafe was definitely busy and the staff was working hard to get food and drinks out. The tables inside and outside are reserved for customers dining in, which made it nice for this visit since we ordered some food to try out. They had a pretty good menu with plenty of food and specialty coffee/matcha drinks to choose from. I ordered the McGriddle Sandwich and the Pistachio latte and my friend ordered the Breakfast Chorizo Burrito and the Strawberry Matcha. We agreed the food and drinks were very delicious, but both of us wanted just a little bit bigger cups to enjoy more of our drinks. The line to order went pretty quickly, however, the wait to get the coffee and food took a little longer than expected. We assumed the team was a little short staffed that day, but regardless, they were working hard to get the food and drinks out as quickly as possible. If back in the area, would definitely check out again!

Fantastic spot for some warm yummy food. They offer various food and drink options. You're sure to find something you'll want to get. From what I could see, they have syrups made in house! Absolutely delicious! We tried the hot cardamom late and the hot banana cookie butter late. Both very good. We tried their loaded crispy potatoes, love boat, and the Orange Cream French Toast Banana Bake (needed more orange). All were very good. They are nice and welcoming as well. Parking may be the only downside but they have metered parking and there is street or lot parking nearby, so shouldn't really be an issue. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5

Hadn't been here in years and I'm so glad we finally had to chance to revisit. Menu had been updated since the last time and there were so many yummy options to choose from. First off you have to order and then choose your seat. They have tables outside and a few inside as well. There also aren't menus, just a QR code to scan. We ordered a variety of items including the ricotta French toast, breakfast bowl and burrata toast. Food comes out as they are prepared, something I'm not a fan of but I can deal with. Overall the food was really good. The burrata was probably my favorite from everything we ordered. The breakfast bowl was ok, I should have asked for the bacon to be crispy because it was soggy which I don't like. Drinks were also good, but they did mess up on our order. However, they did remake them for us. The rose matcha which I got was good, the sweetness was not overpowering. Would come back to try more items!

The owner went off on me for leaving a fair review. I gave it 3 stars, acknowledged both the good and not so good about my experience, and yet they publicly wrote an extremely immature and rude response. That will not change my review. To go as far as to speak on "my generation" and other rude stuff you can read below.. I hope whoever sees this goes back to my original review and asks themselves if the owner represents the type of place you'd like to spend your money at. Small business or not, this is not the way to do things.

Delicious food, and even better service! Owner is very hands on with the coffee shop so everything always in order. The chefs make the yummiest brunch in town! The tastiest lattes, made with freshly made syrup in house. Lavender latte is a must try. Like most coffee shops there's a wait on the weekends but it's definitely worth the wait. Love the ambiance and the vibe, Love this shop!

Love you latte is such a cute brunch spot, hidden in Glendale. At first glance you might miss it as it just looks like apartments/work offices. They do have a big sign that says Love you Latte which helps point them out. Parking is solely street parking and it's metered parking. It can get busy, but there's parking on neighboring streets as well. For brunch I had the Mozza Bello with chicken and a strawberry lemonade. Price wise it is a bit more on the expensive side as it was roughly $28 for both items. The sandwich was big and came with a nice side salad. The mozzarella gave that nice cheese pull and the pesto added depth of flavor. It was a nice sandwich overall and I would come back for it. The lemonade was good, it wasn't too tart or too sweet but it isn't an item I need to come back for. The staff was very welcoming and inviting. The lovely lady at the counter helped me choose my order and it was overall so yummy. I do wish they would've provided more napkins or checked up on us a bit more. Overall a cute little spot to come with your friends and enjoy a nice meal. Just remember to get there early to find parking!

AMAZING! MUST TRY ! The food is amazing, service is excellent! Ambiance is great! Been a customer since the day they opened and the service has only gotten better !

Another very deserving 5 star place from my 4 day LA trip. Things must be different down because when places are too focused on aesthetics and "pink" in Norcal, it's a bad sign. But Love You Latte must be decorated and made with more passion because this is a go to brunch spot! I got the Luxe Lox Crepe and a dirty rose latte. Both are so much more delicious than I could describe. I even tried my friends' plates and drinks and they were all so good! Super yummy brunch and kind staff! Definitely have to go here again.

Shortly after, she walked in and we both had breakfast together. I have been to this lovely, well kept and maintained establishment at least 7 times in the past. 2nd time reviewing this place. We ordered a Veggie Omelette that came with: spinach, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, & asparagus. For cheese we opted for Swiss cheese free of charge. ($18.99), got a side order of fruit ($5.99), an order of English Muffin(toasted) ($2.99), and a large Orange Juice for ($5.49). Total came out to be $30.70 including tax, minus his tip. Both guys Nathan and Benny were very helpful, attentive and nice. Food was very hot, DELICIOUS and prices were affordable for their portions. Nathan didn't charge me for the OJ, because he forgot to bring me my whipped cream that came with a side of half Waffle, that actually looked more like a full Waffle. We both stayed with water. They have pretty extensive menu options from breakfast, salads, wraps, and sandwiches. All types of beverages. Hot and cold. Business of operation is consistent, which I LOVE!! Gender neutral restroom, a nice patio on both sides of the restaurant, and about 8 to 10 spots of parking spaces behind the restaurant. Restroom was also clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. Nice artwork on the walls. You can also find street or meter parking. They have 2 or 3 other locations. They did a little touch up here and there that was very noticeable. This is a great breakfast/lunch spot to indulge yourself. I wanted to eat more, but one can only eat so much. Ambiance was very nice, chill, clean, and had overhead music playing inside the restaurant.. They have to-go orders, delivery, but no catering. 10/10. Will definitely return next time I am craving any one of their menu options. Thank you Nathan, Benny, management & Waffles!!

If you go during the breakfast/brunch rush on the weekends, def take a few deep breaths as there can be a wait. Often, the patio fills up quite quickly. But sometimes it's just the luck of arriving at the perfect moment. As far as the entrees are concerned, I particularly like the Chile Stuffed Skillet when I'm craving a savory breakfast meal. It's made with a pasilla pepper stuffed with bacon, cheddar, and a poached egg. It's baked it in an iron skillet on top of potatoes, and it's topped off with ranchera sauce and sour cream. And let me tell ya, those house-made biscuits are amazing. Warm, crumbly, and melt in your mouth like a good biscuit should. The house-made jams are also a nice treat and feel like having a sample of grandma's (or mom's) kitchen. On of my visits, a friend ordered the Banana Bread French Toast, and it made me wish I had two stomachs so that I could eat that as well. But like a good friend, she noticed that I was eyeing her breakfast like a puppy dog begging from scraps. So she was gracious enough to split some and do a trade with one of my biscuits. I think the trade was quite fair. Next time, we agreed to go halfsies on the Corn Flake Crusted French Toast because they're really exceptional, and the Morning Quiche (which is only served on the weekends).
