I asked what was good here and the cashier said the mini almond pastries and other treats in the front. I drove 3 hours to get these cookies the day before my wedding, and got completely ripped off. It looks terrible, like a child made them. It's not like this was a rush order, I placed it so far in advance, so there is no excuse for the poor artwork. I'm now out $700 now with nothing to provide as a wedding favor, and no time to get something else. I also tried to message her, the phone number does not have messaging access. Don't make the same mistake I did. Part 2: Responding to the owners response. The reference image came from YOUR OWN website, advertised as what you can make from YOUR OWN PORTFOLIO (i even attached another screenshot) with proof. So to promise me you can mimic exactly a cookie in your portfolio, and then give me hand-painted gold, purple, pink colors (not the rose gold we discussed and that you advertised you can make on your website in the reference photo), is garbage and so upsetting. It wasn't like I chose a random pinterest image, this is your own portfolio of work you advertise and agreed to remake. This is why I feel so scammed.

An email was sent to confirm cake info and the filling listed was incorrect. Then 2 days prior to pick up, I have to message Nicole again about an address as to where I need to pick up my order. She then sends another revised email. Cake- My husband was left with the job of picking up the cake since I have an infant to attend to. He comes home with a cake that is nice BUT NOT WHAT I ORDERED. The drip design was nowhere to be found. At this point, I question whether or not the cake & the filling is even correct. My virtual baby shower was boba themed so my friend sent a picture of one of the graphics my sister made for me for the baby shower as inspiration for the boba cake. Everyone who was able to see it online thought it was a perfect boba cake. For flavorings, my friend and husband chose the lemon with raspberry (I think) filling. It was one of the hottest days in the Silicon Valley (over 100 degrees) but the cake kept fine in the car and sitting out. The cake itself was moist, not too sweet and had the right amount of lemon flavoring. The raspberry part was also very good. Overall, no complaints about the texture or flavor of the cake. I'm not the hugest fan of fondant so I'm not the best judge but the overall icing was fine as well. Overall, very impressed with the style, design and execution of the cake. I went back to review the invoice she sent and I realized there was a portion that said fondant but it also said buttercream so I just ignored it because I had no problems with the previous cakes I had received. I should have contacted her prior to make sure it would be buttercream but I believe she also could have let me know she would have been diverging from what I requested.
