The food tastes like horse shit the workers are incompetent at doing there jobs polite but incompetent. Also when I ate there the ceiling was stained I don't know with what but it was stained the atmosphere felt very compressed like they never opened a window. Again the food was awful my cheese pizza was under cooked and my wings were cold anyone wanting to go to Lts just know they are desperate for workers and don't set standards for there employees . Decent pizza decently priced. I love that you can walk right in and choose from 10+ different pizzas if you are just looking for a quick slice. I love that they have fresh mushroom and cheese available. There are very few pizza places that do! The slices are large, i would say bigger than your average piece. The sauce isnt too sweet and it's got honestly good flavor. The only reason I don't LOVE their pizza is because of the weird cheese they use. It's like extra gooey/gluey. It seems to be the same cheap cheese that pizza hut uses which lacks flavor and drips off of the slice easily. LTs makes great subs with homemade rolls and loads of your favorite fillings. The chicken in the souvlaki sub was tender and tasty. The olives, feta and Greek dressing were great, tasty toppings. The steak sub was delicious with tons of shaved steak and cheese. The turkey sub was what I wanted with just provolone cheese, tomato and lettuce but it tasted great. I was a bit disappointed with the seeded rolls. They weren't as good as I remembered from our last visit and there were barely any sesame seeds. LT's seems to fall into an all too familiar category that many pizza places do around Buffalo.. everything seems undercooked. We did not get the subs but the pizza was soft and gooey, wings are soft and gooey, boneless wings are soft and gooey. I understand that places get busy, but quality suffers when you're cranking out food as fast as possible. I for one never have an issue with waiting. Even after asking for a well done pie, just nah. Had to throw it back in the oven at home, and wings back into the air fryer. And they forgot the extra toppings we asked for on the pizza. Also not a fan of the sweet sauce. Pizza was cut in large triangles and had an excellent sauce. Had cheese and pepperoni on it. Hope to get to try more toppings in the future. The bbq wings were the best I've had in a while. Not spicy but lots of flavor. The medium wings were really spicy, but I also don't enjoy a lot of hot foods. Nothing a bunch of bleu cheese dressing couldn't handle. The dressing was really good and can tell they put care into their food. Excited to find a place that makes Chiavettas wings! Nothing more Buffalo than that. read more

I've been going to LT'S for subs for many years. They have always been the best of the best. Today, however, was a different story. I ordered online for pickup, (2) Subs. The Philly Chicken sub looked and tasted like no other one I have ever had. I couldn't finish it. It was not very good. The 2nd sub was an assorted # 3. I could barely taste any meat and there was no mayo on it. I couldn't stomach it either. When I went to pickup the subs, there was a young lady working. She appeared to be on her own. This review is going to be a weird one. I feel that three stars would suffice, yet I am giving four. Oddly enough, I have never tried this place. They truly are relatively close to my humble abode. Received a flyer with my mail yesterday. An LT menu with coupons attached. One coupon advertised "Buy two cold subs, get one free". OK. I'm interested. The subs are very expensive and very large. Ordered my subs and off my daughter went for the transference of cash (all that was accepted yesterday) and coupon for good eats. The coupon was questioned. Apparently it was not to be distributed until next week. Only date on the coupon was expiration. 4/16/21. Ultimately the coupon was accepted. Two tuna subs and one salami. Hubby and daughter ate the fishy stuff, which they loved. I had, and still have, the salami. Where do I go with this? The salami was, for lack of a better description, SLABBED. Seriously. One slice so freaking thick that it bordered on disgusting. I'm guessing that it was Genoa Salami. No great shakes however it sucked to me. I do not see me ordering from here again - a personal choice. Huge subs, prices reflecting the large product. Whatever. Some will love this, other may not. I fall into the latter category. read more

I came here today to get takeout lunch for my coworkers and I, since I was in the area. I hadn't been here in three or four years so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered a seven inch chicken finger sub and a large order of fries. The sub was fantastic. It was huge and very pleasing. I ordered it with lettuce tomato, onion, blue cheese, mayo, oil, and mild sauce on the fingers. The fries were good too. (I also got a Diet Pepsi and they still have HUGE chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies for purchase near the register so I bought a chocolate chip cookie too.) My coworker ordered a 14" steak sub and loved it. My other coworker ordered a seven inch tuna sub and loved it. The other coworker ordered onion rings and a small order of taco fries with medium sauce. Her food was a bit cold but she still ate it and enjoyed it. The last time I was here, they had pizza and Stromboli in a turnstile near where you order. I think it might be different ownership now. They have many different kinds of pizza that you can come in and choose from. They'll heat it up quickly and give it to you to go or to eat there. I didn't see any Stromboli though, unfortunately. I grabbed a few updated menus. I'd definitely like to return soon to try more of their menu and more of their hot subs, since my chicken finger sub was so great. read more

Excellent subs and pizza. They make their subs rolls in house, and they are excellent. Nice bit of crust on the outside of the rolls, just enough to give some texture. They put a generous amount of toppings on the subs. Pizza sauce is slightly sweet, and the crust is thin, soft, and perfectly chewy. read more

This is the only place that gives Wegman's cold subs a run for their money. I go here for lunch at least once a week for an assorted (ham, turkey, salami). First of all, a half is really a whole. The subs are HUGE. And they do not get cheap with the amount of meat and toppings they put on the roll (which are homemade BTW). I have these made right in front of me. In-n-out in two minutes if you're in a rush. Some of their paninis, quesadillas + strombolis are also outstanding. They have daily specials offering discounts. Their pizza isn't the best but their slices seem to be fresh. And I also love the giant homemade cookies for dessert. read more

I went to lunch at LTS today and ordered a turkey sub. The turkey was obviously old, it was so slimy, absolutely disgusting.

I used to love LT's but the quality seems to have declined a little. Last time there I ordered a turkey sub and it wasn't good. The meat was cheap and stringy, and the bread wasn't very fresh. I've gotten the pizza in the past and thought it was really good though! When I was there, they also were blasting Fox News on the tv's. I had to stand there in line listening toJudge Jeanine rant about the Democrats are "ruining America." Having loud partisan politics all through the place made things a little awkward. I don't care what the owner's politics are...but not a pleasant, welcoming environment with the Fox News. Really turned me off. read more

LTs could stand for Lice Treatment (ew), Lamb Tagine (hi Morrocco!), or Liam: Taken (I will find you, and I will eat you), or perhaps even Lovely Ti***es, of which there are many all over the country. But in this case it doesn't. It stands for Lousy Taste. OK no, I'm lying. This place has very good tasting sandwiches. LT's Subs is a fantastic little sandwich shop which also has a location inside Dash's Market in Clarence, which is the one I usually go to. These subs are much more along the lines of Subway and Wegmans rather than your typical Buffalo area subs. They're bigger, breadier, fluffier, fresher, a little healthier, a build-your-own-sub type of thing. The pizza here was underwhelming, but the excellent subs make up for it. They're not my fave in town, but in a pinch, they do it for me. My visit to LT's down here in the Southtowns was good, but not quite 5/5 good. However my experiences at the LT's inside Dash's in Clarence have always been just-about 5/5 both with the service and the taste and freshness of the yummy sandwich, so it may just be that I need to go back to LT's a few times to compare it properly. It's somewhere between a 4 and a 5, but I'll give it a 5 based on how good the sandwiches are at the other location. Definitely not a fan of the pizza though. And whether you have little t*****s or large t*****s, perky or bouncy, real or fake, girlie ones or man-boobs, they are still lovely, according to LTs, and myself, and the rest of the world agrees. I used to love this place for Subs but they must have been bought by somebody new or they really cut corners because my sub was chintzy. I got a whole ham and turkey sub and there was only two pieces of ham and two pieces of turkey on the whole thing. They used to put much more, for almost $12 for a sub you would think you'll get some meat. And they forgot cheese and onion. the employees seem generally confused when I was in there I had to repeat myself several times and I still didn't get the right order. Won't be back. read more

A sub shop worth checking out! I've been wanting to try this place out for their subs for a long while and today I finally have! It's the little victories... I went with the chicken finger sub, as I often do with similar establishments, and was not let down! Starting with the bread: baked in house, it is big, fresh tasting, soft in the center, and slightly crisp on the exterior. It rocks. The chicken fingers themselves were good- cooked crispily and not saturated with grease. Oh and they use shredded lettuce! It matters... I got food for the gentleman working on my house. I personally didn't get anything as stated above not a fan of LTs. He ate his steak sub and was just in love with it. The best he has ever had. Heard about LT's through a friend so we decided to give them a try. It was a bit out of our way from Orchard Park and late at night but so worth it! We ordered takeout for our family of 5 with each choosing a different subs and a side of fries. Their sub rolls were fresh and size was huge. The 7" was more than enough especially for my teenage boys. And they traveled well home. Their customer service was beyond exceptional, they knew it was our first time and called the next day to see how we liked everything. They were such a success we are going back tonight for our dinner. This time we will be getting extra so we have leftovers for lunch. read more

Placed a sub order today for 38.00 we got burnt subs. Mine was inedible. And the other 2 were barely. This isn't the first time we've gotten old stale food from here. This is one of my favorite pizza places in the southtowns. I have only had the pizza and wings here, but they are both great! My favorite part about the wings is that they aren't sitting in a puddle of grease when you pick them up. They are also one of the few places that make extra crispy wings when you ask for them. I live really close to a pizza place in Depew, but I will drive to West Seneca to get their pizza and well anything! We have had their pizza, specialty pizza, wings, and subs a bunch of times! I will not go anywhere else! They stand out because they make sure we are satisfied before we leave. Everyone we have dealt with there is so friendly! Even if they are not waiting on us! Every one says hello! They only thing I would change if I was them, is to toast the cold sub rolls! But if I ask they are more than willing to! Which is wonderful! Pretty good pizza and wings. I've also had their chicken finger sub which is delicious (probably one of the best I've had). I took a star away in my review because they don't have a website right now AND when I went in to order they didn't have any paper copies of their menu (would be nice to take home for another time - on this visit we had no clue what was on their menu so we had to drive down to order and then sit around and wait while the pizza cooked). I would go here again for pizza or a sub and I would most likely recommend this place to friends. I've uploaded pictures of their menu (as of 9/2/2011) for your convenience. The subs here are gigantic! If you have ever had a Wegman's sub you can compare both and the subs here will win 10 times out of 10. I've tasted a wide variety of food from LT's and I haven't had anything bad at all here, everything's great! If I had to choose one thing to change about anything, it would be the amount of Spinach in the Spinach Stromboli they make, which I could just take some out if I don't like the portions too. Also located in the Dash's market in Clarence, it's the same food just a different location. Go try this and you'll never want another sub from anywhere else again. The food is great (the subs are delicious (and HUGE) and the pizza is terrific), couldn't ask for more from a WNY Pizzaria. My husband and I went to LT's today for lunch. Our experience was not like it has been in the past. I ordered two chicken tacos on wheat, with salsa and sour cream. I only got one, and the one that I did get, was dry as can be. All that was on it was chicken and cheese. I had to ask for salsa and sour cream, and then the second taco to go. My husband ordered two 7 inch subs with toasted rolls. One was an assorted sub, and the other one was sausage. The assorted sub came out and it was not toasted. The sausage one came out and on both halves of the 7" sausage sub only had a small slice of sausage on each half. The roll had not been toasted again. My husband left all of his roll from the second 7" sub and put the small pieces of sausage on his assorted sub. Quality seems to have gone down since we were there last. Not sure if we will try it again. LT's has a lot of potential but missed it this time. read more
