We went this Sunday and it was a great way to spend some time enjoying their great food, wonderful service, and pretty background music from this well-decorated restaurant in Kendall. We had their sangria, it was delicious and fresh! Their chicken and meat empanada. The meat one was ok, but the chicken one, was fantastic, actually one of the best ones I have had. We also had pizza with mushrooms, olives, prosciutto, and artichoke. This pizza was tasty and served fresh out of the charcoal oven. The dessert was pleasant but too expensive. We went this afternoon and the service was excellent. Lexi took our order. She was personable and professional. The pizza is fresh, light and smelled divine. Lexi brought it to the patio while we waited. Eat it while it's hot. I'm gluten free and was jealous when I handed the margarita pizza over to my 7 year old. But I recovered nicely with roasted calabaza and Della Casa salad. Amazing and light. We will be back for dinner instead of takeout for the full experience. read more

Not what I expected... I was looking forward to having dinner at this place. Unfortunately, the taste was a disappointment. It was not a good tasting lasagna, it made me question whether I was having beef. Its unfortunate. The atmosphere and place is chic and it has a nice layout. The calamari dish (not pictured) was good and the panacotta dessert I have mixed feelings. I've had good Italian food before and perhaps my standards are too high. We didn't have to wait, the food was outstanding, the ambiance was great and the service was excellent and complimentary valet for the win. When we got seated the server came right away to take our drink order, which I got a peach tea. Yes there was a massive wall of wines but I wasn't in the drinking mood. For appetizer we had the insalata caprese$14 with prosciutto$6(the cheese was so creamy and the tomatoes were season perfectly and the prosciutto was a great choice to add on) and margarita pizza$15(thin and cheesy with the perfect amount of sauce). For main entry we ordered the Bucatini Cacio E Pepe(the noodles are thinker than I like but it was still amazing and a little hint of spicy due to the black pepper). We'd visited Dolphin Mall on this Tuesday evening and my partner suggested this pizza/pasta restaurant for dinner afterward. Lucia Pizzaria is brought to us by the same company that has Graziano's, a smaller, local chain of steakhouses and markets. We're fans of the Graziano's locations in Coral Gables and Brickell, so we decided to give Lucia a try. We arrived and were seated right away on the patio, and our waiter was with us quickly. Since we were interested in wine with dinner, they explained it was like a market, where the customers go inside and peruse the wine selection, pick out what they'd like and the staff here will serve it for them. We decided against sharing an appetizer on this night and each just ordered an entree. It was $10 pasta night and I selected the beef ravioli, while my partner chose one of their pizzas. Our food was served to us surprisingly quickly, and both of us were happy with our meals, though I wasn't completely full after I'd finished the ravioli I'd ordered, so I ended up helping him with his pizza. For dessert, we ordered the tiramisu, which was pretty incredible. Fluffy and creamy, it tasted as if it'd been freshly made recently and certainly didn't taste like a dessert that'd been made hours ago and had been sitting in a cooler all day. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to others. The food was good, pricing was fair and the service was attentive from our server, but also from the manager and assistant waiter. Visited for a second time and was thoroughly impressed. I was hesitant to return after my first visit, but am glad I came back! I ordered the sea bass and my sister ordered the pasta (don't remember the exact name) for our entree. The service was excellent and the food was incredible. We started with the spinach empanadas and ended with the churros -- delicious! The churros came with 2 side bowls of melted caramel and Nutella. We were stuffed by the end! I stumbled upon Lucia's on the trek down south, when I saw by Grazianos I knew it had to be good. Lucias cuisine is Argentine-Italian which is my favorite pallet. The menu differs from that of Grazianos, Lucia's introduces pizza which is not served at the Grazianos locations. The pizza is my favorite, beats all the new trending pizza places around. Today I tried 2 items not on the menu, but I spotted on their IG account, the pumpkin soup and the octopus appetizer. The best humungous bowl of pumpkin soup ever, it's not on the menu as it's a seasonal item for fall/winter. The octopus was tender and tasty seasoned with paprika and lemon, it was delicious. I came here for lunch with my friend. I love Graziano's so I figured this spot would be good as well. First, I will say the server was very attentive. We had the calamari to start & it was very chewy and not a lot of breading. Next, we order the #3 pizza it was okay I've had better pizza. The crust was burnt and the pizza was falling apart. We ordered the spinach ravioli and it lacked flavor. For desert we had the tiramisu and it was ice cold like it had been frozen and didn't thaw out yet. This place is overpriced for the quality of food. I would also like to mention both me and my friend got food poisoning from something we ate here. Two days of feeling sick. Great pizza and Food! The Napolitano Margherita Pizza was delicious, as the dough was light and tasty as was the sauce! You need to have their half chicken, side of fries! Since they are owned by the same group as Grazianos, they have their amazing empanadas. The wait staff is attentive. Very difficult to park on most nights, which is a good sign that their food is on point, but we hate to choose takeout versus having their food right out of the oven. I had a sausage dish, my wife had prawns. Both dishes arrived quickly and were just the right temperature, and were DELICIOUS! The wine that our server (Vannesa I think) recomended was yummy too! I wanted to try this place. Since Graziano's pizzeria was no longer on the radar a few year ago now. Place is well illuminated but they could improve the acoustic and noise, music is too loud therefore people are forced to talk loudly... at the end is a noisy ambiance. We started with prosciutto ham on a table, but our order was wrongly placed on another table and then served to us (at this point we requested to have a fresh new order due to food safety, because the plate was already left on another table) Manager was diligent on provide us the appropriate corrective and a new order was produced and server promptly to our table. Prosciutto was delicious and served with bread and some crostini Then came out pizza: Quattro Estazione, ham, artichoke, mushroom and olives, my request for ingredients to be served mixed instead of creating quadrants as originally is served. Crust is delicate, tomato sauce balanced and all ingredients are mixed creating a symphony of flavors on your mouth. Pizza was completely consumed! For dessert, try the gelato is fresh and delicious! Overall my experience there was pleasant as expected. Manager and waitress took well care of our meal experience. Pending to try pasta dishes on my next visit.
