Decent orange sauce, customer service and grilled chicken buritto. Cashier struggled to ring up my order correct, but might have been new hire. Better then Superior taqueria that used to be at this location. I would choose Lucy's over Adelitia's. Extensive menu, I might have choose the wrong plate, but was edible. I've seen this place since the construction and I gave them a chance to be open for a while before I gave them a try. My husband decided we would give them a try. The reviews said it was a 4.5 and I was excited to try it out. Well let's just say I should have chosen our usual spot. I choice the al pastor because it got big reviews. The pork was dry and cold. I also got a chicken taco so I could try a different meat. The chicken was burnt and had no flavor. The taco was bland. My husband got the steak and chicken burrito and his was horrible also. It had no flavor and all you could taste was burnt. It could have just been a bad night. Also, the people working didn't greet us when we entered. I would have rather had Taco Bell and I haven't eaten that trash in over 25 years. read more

For me they're a little off the beaten path however when I'm Hungry and heading in that direction I'll pre-order via phone call a breakfast burrito which consist of potato egg cheese and bacon. Today was my vegetarian day so I popped in while doing laundry at Lucy's wash and fold (best laundromat) I ordered the vegetarian burrito and it came with sour cream, cheese and avocado for $7.25! (Plus tax) and it was so damn delicious. The tortilla was chewy, the lettuce fresh and crisp, the beans were perfectly cooked and creamy. The shop was super clean, everyone was in masks and gloves. Togo only but they do have outside seating available. I can't wait to come back and try something else! The menu looks pretty good. 10/10 for flavor and value. When I found this place I typed in "authentic Mexican food" but I left here feeling disappointed and underwhelmed. It should have been a been a red flag when I entered the place on a Saturday around 5 and there was one person in there, but now looking back I believe that was an employee eating there. I ordered the carne asada nachos and a Torta Cubana. I was more than alarmed when the woman preparing my nachos put them in the to-go container and then proceeded to put that in the microwave for three minutes. Which, when I went to eat my nachos I burnt my finger on the refried beans in there because they were so hot and this was a good ten minutes after I picked them up. Because they were microwaved the oil from the chips just made everything a bit heavy. The carne asada was not bad but I did not enjoy the pickled jalapeños that were put on top or the store bought guacamole. There was a bit of sour cream because as the woman was preparing them the sour cream ran out but she didn't replace it, just called it a day. The torta was ok but everything here is just so under seasoned including the salsa! No flavor and the orange sauce tastes like a ketchup base. Just nasty, I had to warn other people because this place had so many great reviews but do not go here if you want some legit Mexican food. read more

Food was just OK. The El Pastor is very tasty, but a little fatty. We had a super nachos and the grilled Vance burrito. The burrito was very dry I thought... The nachos were good. But my biggest problem with this place is that none of their salsas are very tasty. I like that they make their chips fresh but without a good salsa to go with it, it's a little disappointing. Probably the best burrito I have had in a long time. I got the chile verde super burrito and it was giant. The salsas they have are incredible as well. I asked for the hottest and they gave me the orange one which was habanero and O asked for the darker red one next to it. These are not for the faint of heart. Both of them pack a delicious punch that had my wiping my brow. Nothing bothers me more than asking for hot and it's barely medium.
