Vegetables were a bit dry...but tasted good. Probably due to cutting in advance. No biggy. Hala Lamb Kebobs - Excellent - plentiful Grape Leaves - good and there are 6 or so in an order! Grass Fed Burger was very tasty - not a scrap left on plate by carnivore in group LOL I love their rice so much I ordered an extra side order for use in another dish. Enthusiastically recommend for high quality, clean, yummy and affordable delivery. Plant-based, Vegan, Plant-Slant must try Luna Grill! I've made 2 visits to Luna Grill in the last 3 days, once Sunday night to check it out for the first time and today for my monthly Blue Zones Moai plant-slant lunch group meet-up. I am eating a lot more plant-based food now so I'm looking for restaurants with options. At first, I was a little confused at what items were truly free of animal products, but I was given a helpful brochure which clearly listed all their items, and there are many. On Sunday night I ordered a plate with a vegetable kabob. Plates come with a giant serving of rice (vegan), salad (vegan), grilled carrots or tomato, the grilled vegetable kabob (vegan). The three things on the platter not compliant were a small container of yogurt sauce, the carrots and a little pita bread. I just skipped those items and next time would ask to have them not put on the plate. Maybe they would give me something to replace them? We also ordered the hummus. At the time I didn't realize how addictive the pita bread is, so I succumbed and ate several pieces even though it has butter on it. I wish Luna Grill would have a vegan friendly pita bread option! My husband, not plant-based, ordered the chicken kabob plate. He ate just about everything on his plate and couldn't stop talking about how good the chicken was. I left informed about the vegan (plant-based) options on the menu which are: hummus (mild and spicy) simply seasoned fries falafel stuffed grape leaves lentil soup quinoa tabouleh roasted serrano peppers sliced veggies house dressing pomegranate salad dressing house salad tahini sauce side of rice sweet potato fries veggie kabob Wow, how wonderful! Not just an after thought, but real food for the plant-based people. Thank you Luna Grill! I returned today with my Azle Plant-Slant Moai group and we secured a quiet table in the back, also a big plus--a quiet table at noon with comfortable seating. I ordered the lentil soup, falafel, and hummus (spicy) with vegetables. Others ordered plates with chicken kabobs (I know, but they didn't choose to order plant-based today.) My lentil soup was served hot, fresh vegetables and whole lentils. It was a little salty, but I think most things are salty. My falafel plate was huge with 4 really big falafel, vegetables and tahini sauce. The falafel was tasty and hot, a little denser than I like, but I ate every bit of the ones I didn't share. The spicy hummus was perfect with the generous portion of celery, cucumbers, and carrots. This is a great way to eat lots of filling volume and avoid all the bread! One of my friends had the quinoa tabouli instead of rice, and another upgraded to Greek salad on his plate. Everyone enjoyed their plates and some had extra to take home. I heard positives about the cucumber yogurt dip as well. The only negative from the perspective of a plant-based person who likes healthier food is the amount of oil used on the veggie kabob. Although it was delicious, it was very oily. I'm not sure it they could make one with very little added oil. If so, I'd be willing to try it again. Also, I would like the option of a vegan plate with either falafel, veggie kabob and rice, salad, and a couple other of their vegan options such as a grape leaf or sliced raw vegetables in place of the bread, yogurt sauce and grilled carrots (Not sure if the carrots and tomatoes are vegan). The setting is clean with lots of seating. The service was friendly with staff stopping by several times to see if we needed anything, and it's a great location with parking either on the street on in the nearby free parking garage. I will definitely be back with my plant-based friends as well as the meat-eaters. read more

The beyond burger burger was just a bit larger than an 1/8 of a burger hiding inside hard bread with a slice of tomato. The fries had a good flavor but were hard. Mediocre food for high dollar price. The food is very fresh and the taste is very good. The new location in Clearfork should be well received. It's not like any other place in the area and with options on the menu they offer something for all types of appetites. The staff is helpful and wants you to have a good experience. The draft beers are a little on the pricey side but outside of that I think you will have a good experience there. read more

We visited at the tail end of the lunch rush on a weekday, it was moderately busy but not crowded and there was no line to order when we walked in. For two entrees, a side of hummus and a couple drinks it was over $42 with tip. I got the filet beef kabob, which was good but had only a few pieces of meat, with the plate loaded with probably a pound of bland rice. The meat and veggies were very good, but for the price there should've been a second skewer for me to felt like I got what I paid for. Very good food and the prices were very reasonable. I got a CHICKEN KABOB & GROUND SIRLOIN KABOB which was a very large amount of food, it covered lunch and dinner so the value is fantastic! I really don't know what the issue is with this particular location. I usually go to the one in Southlake because it's closer to my job. If you order to go, check your food. I just ordered food and asked for chopped peppers on the side. They put it on the salad and I was able to pick out the 4 little pieces of chopped. This isn't the first time I've had issues with my to go orders. If there was a shortage of peppers and it was an issue then they should have told me that. After looking over the menu a few times, went for 3-dip appetizer and traditional pitas w/side salads. Rainy night pickup, so only a few other customers were there enjoying the modest but charming fast food-ish atmosphere. Minor (chuckle) mix up with location of food order, so a little bit of a wait, but no problem. My bag full of goodies rode quietly home with me, filling the space with tantalizing smells. Hadn't had Greek in a while. Photos didn't do the meal justice, imo. It presented well, especially the appetizer, with humongous laterally-sliced carrot and tiny pita bites for a triple dip delight. Sides were in earth-friendly brown cardboard take away boxes: simple salads used restaurant level greens and was delish. Pitas themselves used perfect meat slices and tasty garnishes: could have used more tzatziki sauce. Will definitely give this spot a re-visit to see how deep the delight actually goes(!) I would rank this place a cut above the other chain-type green places. For starters, the falafel was fantastic. Cooked nicely, seasoned to perfection. I was actually surprised by how good it was. For dinner we had the lamb kabob plate and flat cut chicken (if I am remembering that name correctly). Both were great and the lamb was tender without tons of chewy pieces like some restaurants serve. To top it off, the staff was very friendly and attentive, thanks to Stacy for checking on us. This is a ridiculous restaurant. They sent me an offer that if I ordered the new menu, they would give one more free. So, I ordered it. Then I found it two food were different. The one was regular, and the other one was spicy one. Spicy one was awful. Also, we didn't know that one of them was spicy, unfortunately, my 7 year-old daughter picked the spicy one and had a pain in her mouse. I kept saying that it's not spicy and just don't be picky because I thought two food were same. She couldn't eat anymore, then I found that it was a different dressing on it. Today, I went there, I explained it. the manager said to me that I ordered chipotle. I don't even know there was chipotle one.Then, if I ordered chipotle why didn't give me two chipotle? And They treated us like an beggar who are searching for free food. The counter girl was extremely rude, and the manager was the same. They never say sorry until when I'm finally upset.
