The place looks pristine, and it seems they work hard to keep it this way. I would like to personally give kudos to Claudia!! When I arrived, the line started to build up, and she started ringing up people at both cashiers at once. I was impressed by how hardworking and very patient she was, as I observed a customer who barely spoke English, and she was kindly helping her out. After the rush calmed down, she came to my table to ask if everything was ok, and helped by taking my plates to the trash. After that, I saw her changing the trash bags in the garbage cans. I was waiting for a movie to start so I decided to grab some food at Luna Grill ahead of time. I ordered on the app since there was a bit of a line. It was their dinner rush. The restaurant had a few people inside and it was bustling. I was quoted a pick-up time of about 15-20 minutes so I just waited inside the restaurant. Little did I know, the order was actually ready while I was waiting but I did not get notified in the app that it was ready. I should have checked in with the cashier sooner but I did not want to overstep since he was also helping other patrons. I just walked up to ask when my pickup time passed and no one called out my name. When I did get my food, I opted to sit at the restaurant to eat it since I still had some time before the movie began. I did get an extra tzatziki sauce and ketchup for my fries. The food was just as expected and the fries were crisp & hot. My gyro wrap hit the spot. I did not finish the fries and brought the bag with me into the movie theater. Ordered several meals. Gyros were dry and curled up a bit. They clearly had been sitting out after being shaved. Koobideh was dark and overly charred. It was well overcooked and dry. Nothing really was a stand out. Humus didn't have a ton of flavor. Overall, I would give it 2.5 stars. It was clean, they got the order right and the place was organized. Food was mediocre at best but it wasn't terrible. I won't choose to go back to any Luna Grill. I would skip the chains and go to the many family run middle eastern food places.
