I love Luna Grill but the customer service we received yesterday will make me think twice before returning to this location again. First started with being annoyed that I was asking for a coupon to be applied correctly. After taking 10 mins to figure it out she was very unhappy. I was very thankful that she figured out a way to make things right and I was very appreciative. We ordered over $100 in food and when it was finally ready and in checking for accuracy (I guess that doesn't happen) I was missing my large salad. After finally getting it I said "thank you so much" No apology, no "you're welcome" just straight attitude. It was horrible. read more

A solid choice for a chain restaurant. I had the gyro pita. The ingredients were fresh and there were a lot of good sauces to choose from. The fries were nice and crispy, although they weren't fresh out of the fryer. My friend had the chicken plate and I tried the chicken. White meat, but still tasty and moist. Overall it seems like a solid place to go if you're looking for Mediterranean food with a simple menu. The dining room isn't huge. Love this place. The chicken kabob plate is very yummy. I like the hummus option with it and the garlic feta sauce. They have lots of fresh lemon. My only complaint is they give you three tiny pieces of pita for the plate.. so you have to order an extra one. My husband loved his gyro plate too. This quick serve restaurant has pretty good food. We had four adults and we all left happy. We had gyros, a bowl, and a gyro plate. The fries were hot and the lettuce crispy and fresh. Negatives: the baclava was frozen and tasteless. We ordered a half bottle of wine and the let us pay for it, but they served me only one small glass. A half bottle is two glasses. Took an insane amount of time for a kids meal. almost 30 minutes for 3 tiny pieces of chicken, rice, and 3 slices of pita bread. Do Not Eat Here! If you want to eat at a fast food restaurant atmosphere with super bright lights then this is you place. The Gyro meat was similar to beef jerky. When i replaced it after a complaint, it was the same! The rice was horrible. Price does not match the quality or flavor. I can't believe they try to serve wine in this fast food style cafeteria. I have had meals at many other Luna Grills in So Cal and it has always been great food in a great atmosphere. You did us wrong in Menifee Luna Grill. This place stinks!
