Luna Grill is our go to restaurant. We usually go there on weekends but yesterday, we craved the food and went there. The cashier I saw her for the first time was Karla. She was very friendly and kind. She was patiently waiting for our decisions on our order and made sure we got everything. The cashier I always saw on weekends is also very sweet. Aug 4- Fast service, lots of smiles, at the cashier, they give you a number to stand on your table and they bring the food out to you. Disposable containers and utensils. Indoors lots of seating, airy, a lot of windows and light. Outdoors 4 tables so place a family member at one of those tables while the others order food at the front. I ordered the chicken and gyro plate - the chicken was soft and juicy. The gyro- I think maybe crisped on purpose for the platter? I'm used to it being juicy. The greens were fresh and a wonderful addition to the platter. My friend ordered the wrap gyro and she ended up ordering another sauce - originally feta garlic sauce was inside but she said it needed more. I think a cucumber dill yogurt would be a nice addition to the sandwich and/ platter-- I forgot this place is like a fusion of Mediterranean meets fast food. I love the photos of the food, so I can just order by number. Healthy dinner for sure and I am glad I came to eat on their patio. Plenty of parking. And there's a boba drink place next to sprouts- for a dessert non alcoholic drink. We walked over there after eating here. Neighborhood feels safe. Summary- order the platters for dinner - a lot of food. Order wraps for lunch- easy to hold and eat a "meal" in 30 minutes. Add extra sauce to wrap and platter. Luna grill just opened and we couldn't miss out, and neither should you! This location just opened shortly ago, and it was packed when we came in. It's nice and quaint, and their service got everyone in and out very quick. We ordered salad, Santorino bowl, and a pita. Plenty of places to sit around inside. The salad and pita came out quick, and that was delicious. Just enough of everybody. And the suave is fantastic. Now the santorini bowl was running a bit behind but they gave me a few heads up that they had issues with it. The second time one of the ladies came out brought me desert, apologized for the wait and said she's making sure I get it soon. Finally my food came out and it was worth the wait, yum! Their service is stellar and them going above and beyond to make sure I was kept up on status of my food at a non sit down place is crazy. We pre-ordered a $700+ order for a corporate event today and Luna Grill absolutely nailed every piece of it. The food was delicious (and well portioned) and the service was GREAT! At the last second, we needed to push up our order time and they were able to accommodate this change for a massive order while still getting everything perfect and ensuring we had everything we needed. The order was well organized and packaged and everyone complimented the food! Very well done and we appreciate it!!! We were invited to experience this new location. We are very familiar with the Temecula location so I was super happy when I heard Menifee was getting a Luna Grill. Upon entering you can really tell how popular this place is. It is so small compared to the Temecula location. There is only a handful of seating and we had to fight for a spot haha. I wish that they had outdoor seating as well because there is plenty of space outside for it. As soon as we walked in the line was out the door. Understandable. We ordered pretty much the same thing that we order at the Temecula location. Husband got loaded fries, chicken kabob kids plate, chicken pita wrap with a green salad. They served our food in to go style containers which is weird considering the other location serves the food for dine in on a plate so I was expecting that. But no, we got served food in a brown fold up to go container. I guess it does save time for dishes for them but it was a little disappointing. The food really tasted pretty much the same and I have no complaints there. My husband was a little disappointed in his fries because he said they didn't have much sauce on them but he still ate them. They didn't allow my husband to sub out gyro for Chicken on his loaded fries because their system wouldn't allow it? So we just ordered a small side of chicken and that came out to about $9.. yikes! I really wish that they would allow for more customization options because it's frustrating. The chicken is always moist and tender though! Yum. The service on the other hand really does need to be worked on. I do understand that this is a new location & that these people are learning but the attitude I received at the cash register just to order my food was so upsetting for me. It made my experience here not great. I will give them some time to work out the kinks at being a newly opened restaurant for a while before I return here. read more

The place was packed with customers but they also had a lot of staff on site, so the lines moved quickly and the service was prompt and friendly. The girl who took my order did not seem very knowledgeable about the menu, particularly information regarding ingredients in menu items. She was very friendly and had a big smile, if that's any consolidation. The food came out in decent timing considering how busy the restaurant was. They got my order correct with no issues. Friendly staff checked on us shortly after we began eating to confirm everything was going well. I got the veggie kebab plate with rice, a side salad, hummus, and pita bread. Everything was absolutely delicious, particularly the mushrooms. The mushrooms were so flavorful! The portions were a bit small but I appreciate that unlike nearby King Kebab, the veggie kebab plate comes with hummus and more. The value is definitely a lot better at Luna Grill than what you get at King Kebab. The pita bread was fluffy and really good. It had me questioning if it wasn't vegan, but a quick online search confirmed it is vegan. I'm going to go back to try their felafel pita next. Excited to have a new spot nearby with vegan options. I will start by saying I am not a big fan of Mediterranean cuisine. That being said, this new spot in Menifee was a good experience. The place is very clean, brand new, and the staff is very friendly. I asked for suggestions and was told to get the Bistro plate. The beef was good and cooked to a medium rare. This plate came with white rice, hummus and pita bread. The food was all prepared well and served quickly. Lovely 1st time visit to Luna Grill in Menifee on a Sunday afternoon. The brand new restaurant is beautiful inside - very chic Mediterranean. Light and crisp modern decor makes the interior a light-filled casual place to eat. I ordered the gyros meal and it was very filling. From the salad to the rice to the gyros to the sauces it was all delicious. I also want to give a shout out to the outstanding employees. There were many of them present to take orders and bring out meals. Each one was exceptionally well-trained and polite. Hayley even came to my table to ask if I needed anything else and quickly brought me another tzatziki sauce (absolutely LOVED the tzatziki!). Last but not least, I was able to try a baklava treat for the first time and it was absolutely a little treat of deliciousness! Flaky thin layers of pastry filled with nuts and honey. It was the perfect way to top of a mediterranean meal! I was surprised at how many customers came through on my visit. It was definitely popping with energy! There seemed to be a lot of pick and delivery orders as well, but I enjoyed the ambience of sitting there to eat my meal. Go and try it. You'll like it! read more

I had a $5.00 discount for my points and the girl rung it up as $22 and she forgot to take it off, so the manager came over and he charged me another $22 and forgot to take off the $5.00 so a third time he finally charged it and then gave me a five dollar refund on my card. Also, on the salad was a lot of what they call weeds and the chicken was pretty hard and overcooked. I like the Temecula restaurant better. They need to improve.
