I ordered a chicken pita, with a side of salad which was very fresh and tasty! the chipotle and tzatziki sauce is so delicious, it pairs well with everything. The Loaded fries were the star of the show. Feta Cheese, and perfect amount of sauce, really tied it all together. We have been coming to this menifee location since it opened. Love the friendly service & the food is always the best quality. We typically do order pick up with their family meals for those nights we are super busy, and want healthy food and not greasy fast food. When we do stop by for lunch the atmosphere is always welcoming, and clean, which we appreciate. love how kid friendly the restaurant is as well. My kids will eat everything here even the salad, they especially love the koobideh. My kids love that they can color while waiting for their meal. read more

My food arrived 20mins late and was cold. The delivery driver, Nelson, would not answer his phone to provide an update. In fact, he was rude enough to show up to my door still in this mist of his conversation and didn't even offer an apology. When I reached out to the restaurant to confirm if the order had been picked up, the associate that answered the phone had no clue. The level of service at this location has dropped tremendously. Finally a restaurant that can serve you a fresh gyro that is hot and delicious. You forget that this is a chain. The food quality is good and the service is fast. The only thing that I would question is the side salad that came with the meal instead of the ordinary fries. Really horrible experience, food was cold, receptionist and cook talked for long time on our food, we can see our food in front of receptionist. I had bad stomach ache after eating it. We have been eating Luna grill, never had issue .. but we usually go to Temecula location. We went to Menifee location couple times, both times bad experience. First time we give pass thought it's ok it happens sometime, may be they were busy with online orders because restaurant was not busy physically. I hate to leave this review but no choice. read more

First time trying Luna Grill. Service was okay but it took awhile to get our food. What I ordered: Chicken Pita with a side of rice There were 3 big chicken pieces in the pita. Chicken was dry. I wish the pieces were cut to smaller pieces so it can be easier to eat. After 3 bites the pita just fell apart and pieces of chicken fell out. Taste was okay but it was lacking flavor. I had the tzaziki sauce and I can barely taste it. The side of rice was okay. It was cooked perfectly and not dry. It was just missing flavor as well. read more
