I was assured my sauce was in the bag, when I went to my car to check. There was only one sauce. I went back in to report it, and I was asked to pay an additional fee which I was willing to do for my missing sauce. My order clearly stated two sauces. Love the garlic sauce, spicy hummus, and fresh pita--everything tastes great. With more consistent portions and order accuracy, this would easily be a higher-star experience. We have had many times we got home and the sauce containers were less than 1/2 filled or the orders were incorrect. Today was my first time going to Luna Grill and it did not disappoint. This location is clean and smells amazing when you walk in. There's a reason why it was packed at 1pm on a Monday! The food is so fresh and soooo good. But the real star of the show was VANG! Huge shoutout to him! His hospitality was like none other from the second we walked in. He was so friendly and so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I got exactly what we were looking for. I'm pregnant and finicky with food right now, so he offered samples of a couple of sides so I could make the right choice for me.
