Especially helpful today I c'est they helped me redeem an appetizer promotion I had trouble retrieving on my Luna Grill App. I highly recommend using their app because it offers promotions like free appetizers or plate specials. While we were eating, I did see an employee check the restroom then he got tp and paper towels to re-stock. I usually order Santorini bowls (I highly recommend), but this time I ordered a classic gyro which was fresh and delicious (I highly recommend this too). I stopped by Luna Grill ready to order but realized I only had cash and no card--and they don't accept cash. I fully expected to be turned away, but instead Brynley and Nick were incredibly gracious, kind, and warm. Rather than making it awkward, they offered to comp my meal! I immediately brought it to door dashes attention and Unfortunately, the response didn't make the situation much better. Didn't even offer a full refund!!!!!
