AHH. I love this place! I usually am not one to leave reviews for places but this place just stood out to me. I walked in on a Monday afternoon and the first thing I noticed is the décor of this restaurant is so cool, very modern. The food here is also so delicious, you can tell it is high quality considering this seems to be more of a fast food place. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the price, but it is definitely worth it. The customer service here was just phenomenal. Aly and Laura both stood out to me the most. They were both all smiles while helping me and Aly came to check on my sister and I a couple times which is unusual again for a fast food restaurant. I made an account just to leave a review! Wow. I came in last night (Monday) and I left 100% satisfied. First, the place. It's so clean and nice inside, a very welcoming atmosphere. Second, the food. I've never had better medi food in my life, and I've had a lot. Yum! Fresh, and you can tell it's all good quality ingredients. Finally, the service. For a fast food place, the workers here are amazing. Aly helped take my order, and made sure to give me the cheapest price possible. She brought out my food in no time and then refilled my drink. I got to talking to her about luna grill and she was very knowledgable about the company and the place itself. A very nice girl and she definitely adds to the high quality of this place. I went to buy some lunch and the guy who helped me named Paul was sincerely interested in his customers. I miss stated the name of my venue item which Paul figured out and corrected the order. I had met a gentleman and his daughter in line and went outside to eat lunch with them. Paul figured out we were together and brought the food out to the three of us at the same time . The food was out within minutes of ordering. On his way back inside, he tracked down a customer who had accidentally left his wallet at the counter and caught the man before he got in his car. I was so inspired that I went back, ins inside and asked if I could leave a tip with my credit card. Paul, thank me but said his system wasn't able to process it. I could go on and on about how much my fiancee and i loved this place. Not just the food but the service. It was our first time at Luna grill, the nice young lady at the register treated us to a free drink and dessert!! She brought us our food, then when we were finished she brought us the dessert we picked out. Now that is some great service. I apologize that i forgot the nice ladies name but she was beyond wonderful. Very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the food. The menu has a bunch of options from different types of proteins and side dishes. I really liked how you could get your protein and make it a plate with rice and a salad. Incredible Service at Luna Grill Poway! Our large group left with full hearts and gratitude after an unforgettable experience. The food was delicious, and the venue was beautiful, but the standout was definitely the customer service from the Manager Laura Super sweet and knows how to take care of her customers. We all felt truly cared for. She is a gem! She attentiveness and warmth made our visit special. Having traveled from Los Angeles and visiting family in Poway today and have great fresh food., we've experienced many places, but Laura's service left us speechless. The manager Paul was lovely and made some great recommendations. But I was very impressed with the level of great service from Carly She was on the ball the entire lunch made sure everything went perfectly smooth from start to finish. Genuinely good service by someone who has perfected her trade. The ambiance is also great here. The menu is delightful and Fresh food, you cant get any better then luna grill. Everything was done perfectly and tasted delicious. I also had a bistro beef kabob plate it was cooked perfectly as well! (Oh and don't sleep on the shug sauce) overall a 10/10 experience. The food here was absolutely amazing, everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere had such great energy that it made the whole experience even better, and from the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The employees truly made a difference, especially Josue and Sadee. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, checked in throughout my visit, and provided outstanding customer service with such positive attitudes. we came for for you lunch, As a server myself, I can tell i wae going to have bad service.. Clearly luna grill poway priorities are not to take care of the guest, and take it from me, a server who knows how to treat people with respect, this establishment is not worth your time and money because your night will definitely be ruined by the subpar servers they have. Poway luna grill was known for amazing service in that past and now it's like a down fall having a excellent service as Southern Hospitality, but believe that, it doesn't really take that much effort, it's simply a lack of caring to do their job properly. read more

This place is so freaking cool. Brought my girlfriend here for a spur of the moment Lunch date after finding it on yelp. I heard about Luna Grill so I best to go in blind, and man am I happy I did. Lunch was delicious, from the starter dip trio all the way through each plate and pita with fries. Absolutely incredible. As we finished up, we started chatting with our server Paul and expressing our curiosity about Luna Grill who without hesitation happily talked about Luna Grill, sharing his knowledge and personal journey within Luna grill along the way. This is the last time I come here!My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for years and it had been a positive experience before until today. The food was decent but the chicken was hard and over cooked, Pita bread looked like it's been sitting there the whole day. We ended up paying more then $50 for a family of three. Extremely disappointing. The Service could not have been more unprofessional and couldn't care less that our order came out completely wrong and burnt. This was one of my family favorite restaurant to come in poway but luna grill really disappointing today. read more

Im not the one to post reviews but ive been coming to this location for the last few years and never ever had a great experience tell today Paul really went above and beyond made my Luna visit Fantastic he broke down the menu for me, he mentioned the favorite plates and sauces. Had an amazing experience at the Luna Grill in Poway! Cillian and Josue went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was great and they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about providing great service. First of all, the best part about our experience today was Paul, and that's saying a lot because our food was delicious, too! Paul is a pro. I was a server for years so am naturally more sensitive to good and bad service. Paul is one of the best I've ever experienced. He is so welcoming and warm, hes knowledgeable about the menu and proactive about helping you choose the right dish, and He's attentive throughout the meal. After my horrible experience at luna grill mira mesa location I wanted to give luna grill another we were visiting family here in poway, they wanted to try luna grill but I had a different taught, so we order food through doordash it's already expensive with the delivery fees plus tips we spend more then $60.00, we should have order something else, because we didn't get our extra pita bread, we didn't get our sauces we order, flatcut chicken was over char the same for my husband veggies. this place is extremely delicious! starting off with the staff, michael took my order, hes really fiendly and helpful. I ordered the flat cut plate with rice and salad, its just the best chicken ever, the salad is excelent and the rice aswell! Eva helped me with a refill, shes also very friendly and always smiling. Visited Luna Grill for the first time today, and found that the quality, quantity, and service was outstanding for the price of the meal. We had the chicken dinner meal on their menu, and found the chicken to be very delicious, as well as, the rest of the food on the plate.
