My daughter found this location while looking for someplace to get pedicures for my wife's birthday. Luxe has a massive selection of mail colors, with walls full of choices. They have different pedi and mani services to choose from. One cool addition is that most of the options include a free drink, including sodas and various alcohols. I appreciated that and settled into my chair of some foot work and a Mike's Hard Lemonade! The pedi chairs are very comfortable and include various massage options. The mani at looks like a bar, with high top stools replacing the typical work stations that dot most nail salons. They have multiple televisions with a variety of viewing options, including Ninja Warrior Switzerland (didn't know THAT was a thing), Wipeout, Mr. Bean, and reality shows. You don't have to listen to any of the TVs as they have music playing with a nice mix of pop/top 40 tunes. Loud enough to enjoy but soft enough to carry on a conversation. Perfect! As for the service, the nail technicians are very nice. The three technicians that we had (Jay, Chelsea, Jess) were amazing and very personable. I felt bad for Chelsea, who got stuck with my feet. She never saw it coming! Anyway, my wife tries lots of places looking for that one location that can put all the components together (service, artistry, and atmosphere). She hasn't done an mani here yet, but they ROCKED all three areas on our first pedi visit. The wife already has an appointment to come back next week. I would definitely recommend you check this place out as well, and ask for one our our techs. You won't regret it!
I had a great pedicure and gel x manicure at Luxe today!! It was my first time in, and everyone was absolutely so sweet, service was fast, and the entire place was clean. Lyn perfectly executed my nail vision!! Shape, color, aesthetic - she took her time and put care into her work. I could not be happier!!
Cute lil nail salon tucked away in a strip mall but Wow!! Best service, fun stylists, great vibe, cool decor and FULL bar! Tons of beverages available - like White claw & Truly, my fav. Plus smelled good, not claustrophobic or smelling like acrylic like other salons. Wall off tvs with fun videos playing. I got awesome gel pedicure for pretty good price. I was missing a toenail & they filled in my big toenail on right toe with acrylic. Can't even tell. Tech was so great at color suggestions & making my toes look the best ever. I walked into this salon after getting my eyebrows done at the place next door and let me tell you! It's clean, the staff are nice, very professional and were quick to service me even though they had a 4 ppl appointment scheduled 15 mins after I got there. Lynn did my nails and Nicole on my pedicure and both were very sweet, thorough and well experienced in their profession. Lynn and I chatted and laughed like girlfriends from years ago and she took her time while doing my nails. Lynn did the popular Van Cleef nails on my natural nails with hard gel overlay. Nicole did the volcano pedicure with massage. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. I can't say enough good things about everyone in the salon. Definitely will be back. Thank you!!
No thank you. I don't care what you watched on camera David, you cannot see the full pedicure on a camera angle nor can you feel what I felt- or see what I saw- so do not try to invalidate what I've stated. I SAID WHAT I SAID... she was pitty pattying with my damn feet and let's be real here since you're a licensed professional as well; since when do you pay $55 for a pedicure only to get a 15 second foot massage? Did you see that part? At the end of the day you're charging too much for a basic pedicure of this quality. Bottom line- It was a poorly done pedicure. Again, the cuticles were are not properly clipped, the nails were not filed properly, and she did a sloppy paint job. AGAIN, I'm a licensed cosmetologist hunny... not only in NV, but CA & NY as well. I'm 40 and have had my nails done multiple times by stellar techs & she is not one of them. I will not be wasting my money or gas to come back there and likely be disappointed again. The fact that I had to find a shop in Harlem NY the next day and literally- the young lady basically did a whole NEW pedicure with gel, and the fact all that cuticle came off spoke volumes. Truth be told I'm due for a pedicure now and my feet still look great from the tech in HARLEM for $30. Final verdict: I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Now if you want to keep talking about MY experience that doesn't coincide with your other reviews... because it was updated to reflect the truth the very next day due to the poor job done. Pictorial proof... so it didn't match other reviews that your staff asks patrons to post for before paying; which by Yelp standards is technically illegal to do. I suggest you hush up take the L.
So, apparently when you get a service here, and you're dissatisfied. Don't bother reaching out on social media. They're just going to block you. Even if they do post your nails on their Instagram! I got my nails done less than 12 hours ago, and all of my gel polish is peeling off. More and more by the minute. I did call too And it's not just one nail. It is six of them. You are not opened again until Tuesday. I have work. I can't come in and spend another two hours for you to fix the nails that should've been done properly in the first place. And while you didn't see my message that I sent you personally on Instagram. You sure enough saw the message. I left under the photo of my pictures. You blocked me right after. And just a heads up, the business is not the only one effected by inflation right now. Your customers are also effected by that as well. That's why going to a place and spending $100 on your nails only for them to completely fall apart less than 12 hours later, is absolute BS! You should run a better business. We're all affected by inflation. I don't see why you keep insisting that I "call you" knowing damn well that you were closed on Sundays after I left, continuing into Tuesday. So, why would I call salon that's closed? Also, I have a job and I have to go to work. I can't go to work with my nails looking like trash! So, I am forced to go elsewhere. And stop minimizing it. It's not one nail! It's six of them that the polish is literally slipping off of my fingernails!
I've been needing a pedicure for a while now and a couple of days ago I came in. They were busy, but a gentlemen started up the water so that I could start soaking up before they got to me. Everyone was friendly. But especially the lady working on the chair next to me, I think her name is Crystal. She noticed that I got a little impatient and started looking around after 20 min, so she asked if I needed anything to drink. Since this was my first time here, I didn't know how busy they were and I probably wouldn't have come back if she hadn't checked on me. THEY HAVE A COMPLIMENTARY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE FREE WITH A $30 SERVICE! Nice. Once my technician Lorraine got started, everything was perfect. She did an amazing job on my feet and I'm definitely coming back for another pedicure. I'm getting my nails done right now with my technician, Lynn. She's super friendly and definitely knows her stuff. Everyone comes to her to ask for different things. She's also really efficient. They've been open for 5 years and they're always busy, so they do ask for patience even when you have appointments. So make sure you schedule your appointment with that in mind. But also know you're getting technicians that know what they're doing.
‼‼‼ I thought I should try put Luxe Nail Bar but after my first visit I'm NEVER GOING BACK‼‼‼ While my nail tech was very nice, he over promised his skill. After showing him the picture of the nails I wanted (first pic) he said it would be no problem, but after we started he seemed like he didn't know what he was doing at all when it came to the design, he messed up multiple times and THIS is what I ended up with (second pic)‼‼ I paid $95 on LITERAL GARBAGE!!! Like wtf??? It's nothing like I asked for, this place sucks ‼I'd also like ever to look at the replay the "Owner" left on this review ‼ After calling them to talk about how unsatisfactory their service was the owner called me crazy and literally yelled at me on the phone! Honestly the worst service I've ever had

Just moved from Texas and I'm trying to find a new nail tech. This place had great photos on their IG but my experience was NOT anything like that. I called and set up an appointment and Jay did my full set and Nicole did my pedicure. Everyone was friendly but the quality of work is below average especially for what they charge. I paid $162 (not including tip) $47 for uneven toenails and splotchy polish and $115 for THESE nails. They are also splotchy and were rushed. There is bubbles under my gel x and the gold detail lining is so uneven and bleeds into the other colors and the matte parts. I have had a few pedicures here that were great but the manicure experience was pretty horrible. First issue was I scheduled the appointment a week in advance but when I arrived they said I couldn't get acrylics because they "take too long" and that their current techs can only do gel x. I showed the tech my reference photo and she said she could do it. During the manicure my cuticles started bleeding because she nicked them with the drill. She also kept repainting and re-doing the nails. She got frustrated with me when I asked why my nails didn't look like the photo, she said "I can't do disco flowers." Okay, but can you please tell me that because I asked if you could do the design beforehand and was promised yes. I ended up asking for another nail tech after two hours... and the design is still wrong (peep the color difference from the flowers). My appointment was at 9:30 am and I left at 12:30, I was supposed to pay $185 for these nails and a pedicure... yikes. The price was not worth it and when I complained they could only give me a $20 discount instead of offering to fix my nails. I'm also annoyed it "takes too long" for acrylic but they took even longer to do gel x... the nails lifted same day too, which is bad because I was promised they could last a month. Another issue is they aren't transparent about their pricing. They hide the prices from you, you will see their book and they will keep taking it away. The receipts aren't itemized. I had to tell the shop owner myself what I was owed for the botched manicure, and even then I don't think I was refunded the correct amount. From what I have seen they don't have experienced nail techs, they overcharge/are shady with pricing and they treat appointments like walk-ins. Because of my experience I won't be returning, I would be very careful about coming here. I also notice the owner tends to put bad reviews on blast so let's see if I get some flack from him. read more

David was also very attentive and ensured that we were well taken care of during our entire visit! We are so happy we came here and will definitely be coming back!! The first time I went to Luxe nails, I really loved my nails, but paid about $160 with tip for the gelX. My second time there I choose to get a pedi and new set of acrylics. The lady doing my pedicure kept insisting over and over again to get gel, I personally do not like Gel and never get it, not even 4 days later my polish was almost gone. To top that off my toe nail broke. (Picture below) The lady doing my new acrylic set asked me if it would be ok if she finished her call with her insurance company. I did tell her it would it be OK, not knowing that it will last my entire appointment. She had to stop doing my nails a couple of times, but I know how those calls can go so I try to be high kind and allow her to finish her call. When I go home and notice my nails, I realize that they were all bumpy, and the shapes of all of them were a bit different. It's been about 2 1/2 weeks that I got my brain use sets, you be the judge picture below. read more

First time there and my last. The girl put the acrylics on and for 3 hours she tried to shape them into the coffin shape style. After 3 hours I literally stopped her because every single nail was sized and shaped differently. She had to have another person "fix" what she created and he couldn't. They had to remove them and then as I was getting my shoes on after my pedicure, I only had one sock. They misplaced my other sock. These socks were from the east coast and quality made. As I left the manager said, 35 for the pedicure. I literally laughed because my socks were about 20.00 alone. He then said he would take care of the pedicure fee. 3 hours of my life wasted, left with no nails and no socks! read more

Today I had a full set done by Jay and a pedicure by Nicole. I'm so glad I found Luxe Nail Bar! I just moved back to Henderson from California, where the nail and hair salons have been shut down (again) for two months. Jay and Nicole did a spectacular job on my nails and toes. Wow! I had a GREAT experience today. I think I found my favorite nail technicians. Shoutout to Jay and Beverly! Thank you SO much for doing my nails today. You have made me really happy. I just moved from Hawaii and it's hard to find the perfect person to do your nails, hair, brows, etc. but I think I finally found my Vegas nail fam today. Super friendly and skilled technicians. Salon is very clean and they are all wearing masks and have added in shields at that desks. Thank you again see you guys soon! Overpriced and greedy! The owners take advantage by overcharging for sparkle, nail design and make up final total? Then try to justify by saying a basic nail with a snowflake cost $7, lol. An acrylic fill is $58? Rip off. The nail techs are very kind and sweet, and they save this place from the greedy owners. We did our due diligence when looking for a New Nail Spa and WOW did we get the Perfect Spot!! Wine, Truly, Beer, Waters and Sodas. The setup of the space is so spacious, not crowded even though they're busy!! The pedicure was good-I like tougher hands. And the Gex X is freaking amazing. Luxe Nail Bar moved here from West LA and has become my favorite nail salon. I repeatedly receive compliments on my nails from friends and complete strangers, and asked where I go. At that point, I say Luxe Nail Bar and start rambling about how much I love this beautiful salon. I am very particular about cleanliness and sanitation, and do a lot of research before going to a new salon. This salon is always spotless, organized, and they have very comfortable spa chairs as well as an overwhelming amount of nail polish colors. The disposable tools are one time use, and metal tools are in sealed pouches and sterilized in an autoclave. At this time, due to the virus, they wear face shields in addition to face masks, and have bar table shields. LYNN, TIFFANY, DAVID, and LORRAINE are amazing nail technicians. They are very friendly, enjoyable to visit with, offer suggestions, and their work is exceptional every single time. I get my nails done every 5 weeks. During this time, the nail polish on my toenails does not chip, nor does the gel nail polish on my fingernails. They have a Loyalty Rewards Program, giveaways, support local schools, and provide complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages with service. Luxe Nail Bar even opened a second location and they have been here less than 2 years! I have been a loyal customer since they first opened, and unfortunately, this is a very overdue review. I tried to list everything they offer, but in reality, there is so much more. My best advice is to come here and see for yourself. I highly recommend checking out luxenailbar1 on Instagram to view pictures of their nail art and gorgeous salon. read more

Today was my first experience at Luxe Nail Bar. We came for my boyfriend's sister's birthday. I called about a week in advance and made a request for a "pedicure party" with six ladies. Unfortunately, on the day of, we ended up with only four ladies but the staff was still kind and able to accommodate us. Birthday girl got the most expensive pedicure, "24K Luxe Champagne Pedicure" falling at $110. This pedicure includes a bottle of champagne in the foot tub, a bottle of Prosecco to take home, rose petals, a gold leg mask, a few other little fancy treatments & a whole lot of attention! Each pedicure comes with 1 complimentary alcoholic drink & the staff informed us of how to get $10 off our service which was very kind. Overall it was a great experience, the birthday was very happy- as were the rest of us. read more

Gel mani is $36 & gel pedi is $50, there's no removal fee when your getting the same gel service done.

It was 60 dollars just for the set not including if you get gel polish, that’s extra. They also can’t be filled so you need a new set every time. Hope this helps!
