Gel mani is $36 & gel pedi is $50, there's no removal fee when your getting the same gel service done.

A regular gel manicure is $50, and nail art typically starts around $5 per nail, depending on the design. Chrome and cat-eye effects are an additional $25. A little tip for anyone with a similar situation: I had the ingrown nails on both of my big toes removed by a podiatrist, so my natural nails are much narrower now. My nail technicians simply use Gel-X or acrylic to widen and reshape my big toenails, and the results look so natural that you'd never know it isn't my real nail shape. I also want to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming when you arrive, and they'll check in throughout your appointment to see if you'd like any refreshments. They offer complimentary mocktails, coffee, water, soda, juice, and even some alcoholic beverages. Whenever I need a last-minute appointment, I just give them a quick call, and they're usually able to fit me in. The owners are also incredibly kind and generous. They frequently host giveaways and special events to show appreciation for their customers, which makes the experience feel even more special. I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. One thing that has always stood out to me is how genuinely caring the staff is. If I have an appointment that runs late into the evening, they make sure I get to my car safely before locking up for the night. I can read without feeling rude, and the pedicure (with regular polish) lasts 3-4 weeks with nary a chip. My brother's wedding is this weekend, so on Friday I decided to get gel cat eye nails in addition to my regular pedicure. The pedicure was amazing as always, but the manicure was just awful. She didn't take me back until 30 minutes after my appointment time, so maybe she was running behind, but there was a visible gap between my cuticle and where the polish began. I thought I could just deal with it, but when every person I met over the next couple of days pointed out the gap, I knew I had to get it taken care of. Luckily, Social Nail Bar has a 7-day repair policy posted in the waiting area, right? Nope. Every technician I showed the nails to said that's how it's supposed to look and refused to fix it. I finally just booked a gel color change to get my nails looking presentable. Don ended up fixing my nails today and explained that sometimes the cat eye polish shrinks up, and recommended some polishes that wouldn't shrink. He took extra care to ensure that my nails looked good, and was overall lovely. The front desk lady tried to help me get a discount on my services, but management refused. She was also lovely. I ended up paying $120 for a basic gel manicure and a beautiful regular pedicure. Plus, the $30 in tips because I'm not going to stiff the manicurists just because managment sucks. If they had just admitted it looked bad and offered to fix it, I would've been fine. Everyone has an off day. That's what the policy should be for. Not to mention, I asked for a repair multiple times, was denied, finally agreed to the color change, and then was told upon checkout that since I got a different service, they couldn't comp the service. Anyway, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place any longer. Which is too bad, because again, Michelle gives the best pedicures ever.

With my most recent visit I made an appointment online a couple days before. Despite this, I waited for about 20 minutes after I arrived at the shop and the last time I had made an appointment I also had to wait. While someone said hello when I came in, no one asked me if I had an appointment. There were also no books with regular polish options at the front (only gel designs) so it wasn't until I was eventually seated at the pedicure chair that I was given a book to look at when the nail tech asked what color I wanted. My pedicure felt rushed and ended up sloppy on one toe going into the cuticle and chipped in the corner of another before I even left the salon. Because I was switched to a different person for my manicure, the person who did my pedicure was already gone when I noticed as I took out the toe spacer before I left. As for my manicure, I was getting GelX and needed to soak off my previous set. When I was sitting down for the pedicure I asked the woman if I needed to start soaking them off. She went and talked to someone else but ultimately did not begin soaking them while I was getting the pedicure done. Unfortunately this meant once the manicure started the technician spent a lot of time utilizing her drill to try to speed up the removal of the previous set. This resulted in it getting hot and hurting my nail bed and I suspect she also drilled them where they are now thin due to how sensitive my natural nails were. She also nicked my cuticles with her drill so when she asked me to continue soaking my fingers it burned and I had to tell her I couldn't. She didn't apologize, just told me to only soak the other nails that weren't burning. As she was drilling off my set she did get a lot of nail powder on herself and then was using the brush on herself to brush off nail powder before brushing it off my hands. I was really hoping to like this shop, but unfortunately just really did not have the best experience.

I added it to what would have been her actual price, in order to tip properly. So I meant to send her $15, but I accidently sent $90. Right after sending it I realized what I had done was incorrect. I explained to her and she understood, and told me she would reimburse the $75 via Zelle, but would have to do it later and rushed me out and told me her husband was waiting for her. In retrospect, I should have just had her send it back on the spot. And not allow her to rush me out. Very disappointing, very sleezy.

For reference I always get a gel manicure, simple, one color, short nails and square round shape. Tiffany- fairly quick, nails last 2.5-3 weeks without lots of lifting which I appreciate take. From a distance they look fine, but up close there is a lack of attention to detail. I've had areas that are not smooth and are scuffed, and times where the shape is not quite how I want them and the lengths are uneven. Ultimately I would go to her again, but I wouldn't specifically pick this location based on her work. Katie- honestly one of the worst nail experiences I have had in over a decade. She is slow, and soaks the gel off before using the drill which I felt like just weakened my nails. Every nail was a different length, the shape was awful, I asked her to correct them multiple times. The gel was completely uneven both when feeling my nails and even when looking from a distance. Genuinely a terrible experience. I would not recommend her under any circumstances. The salon remains clean and the color choices are aplenty, only downfall is most colors have an upcharge.

The first review I made was only to get a discount on my nails. If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I really liked this place the first time I went so I decided to bring my girl friends with me for their first time getting their nails done but never again will I come. The manager did my nails and when I first came in, I said about 3 or 4 times that I wanted an acrylic fill on my nails. So I sit down, and the lady starts wrapping my nails in acetone. I asked her why she's taking my acrylics off if I said and wrote down that I was here for an acrylic fill and she said she thought I said I wanted a gel manicure. How does that even sound close? I let it go and told her it was fine and she decided to take off all of my acrylics. Then as she started with the new acrylics, she said she was gonna have to charge me full price for a gel acrylic full set which was $55. I asked her why she was going to charge me for a full set if I was vocal about wanting a fill on my acrylics and she was the one who made the mistake to take them off. The other nail techs looked at me and acted like I was being rude but I really wasn't because it wasn't my mistake. The other nail tech tried to convince me to get something I didn't want which was the Gelx nails which came out to $65 of which I was only planning on spending $35-40 when I first came. I said no because I wasn't planning on taking off my acrylics and it didn't seem fair to me. The manager told me she'll give me an $8 discount for her mistake and on the inside I was honestly livid. I felt like I was being scammed and she did it on purpose to get me to pay for their Gelx nails. Not only that, but when I was paying, the receptionist was extremely rude to me and was pressuring me to pay with venmo when I didn't want to. I won't return again and they even charged my friend for gel acrylic full set when she didn't ask for it. The nails weren't even good, they fell off the next week I had them and my friends nails looked like they needed a fill when the nail tech was finished. read more

I used to go to the second location before it was sold Ever since it became just one shop I feel like it has fallen apart. I don't know where you are finding your new stuff but maybe look elsewhere. Most of the new staff you hired is rude. I never had an issue with anyone of the techs I never felt like I had to request a specific person to do my nails. Tiffany is amazing Loraine gives the best pedicures. I now know to make sure I request at least Tiffany Lorraine Tori or jay. This last appointment I had may be the last I book with you guys. I walked in and waited for the receptionist to help me but she was too busy sitting and gossiping with a client. When she finally came over to help me after I checked myself in and was choosing my color she was rude to me. She had an attitude and I felt like I was an inconvenience that she even had to speak to me. She seated me at the bar and told me someone will be over shortly. It was an hour Maybe 45 minutes until somebody came over. She told me it would be a few minutes that the nail tech was just doing a top cost and would be right over. It was another 45 minutes before she came over to do my nails. It took her over two hours to do a very basic set on me and they weren't very good at all. I love Luxe Nail Bar I love the owners and I love the original staff but unfortunately after my experience with the rude receptionist and how overbooked it has become I don't know if I will be coming back. I do recommend Luxe Nail Bar if you make an appointment with specific people. They have nail techs who do amazing work and who's skills only get better every set but be ready for a very long wait overbooked staff and a rude receptionist. I am going to wait a couple months to come back and hope it all gets worked out. It's not a bad shop just some big things to work on. Before reading, take a look at every bad review in this owners Yelp page and you will see an owner who doesn't apologize when a customer is unhappy, instead he accuses them of posting fake reviews, and threatens to sue them. What a jerk. I have to say my last experience with Luxe Nail Bar was one of the worst experiences of customer service I have ever encountered. While asking questions about my appointment, the owner became agitated and began talking over me (which meant he was not listening to what I was saying) and kept getting angry. When I tried to speak to him calmly he continued not to listen to me and finally told me to go somewhere else and to never come to his salon. I tried to reason with him but he was so rude and disrespectful and would not take the time to listen and let me finish my sentences. Instead, he would start talking before I could even finish and proceeded to yell at me. For this, I tell everyone to never go to this salon. There are plenty of other establishments that will treat you good and listen to your needs and not treat you like your a piece of garbage that can be thrown to the curb. Oh and notice when the owner claims for this to be a competitor and a fake review instead of apologizing and getting down to the root of the problem. read more

My friend Celeste recommend this nail salon in place of my other as I was always so unhappy with the quality!! But let me tell you this place is absolutely amazing rating 20/10 !!!! EVERYONE that works here is so nice and accommodating and does amazing work !!! Lynn does my acrylic nails and I have not once been unhappy or dissatisfied she pays attention to details and is so creative and her quality of work is always perfect!!!! Their pedicures are fire !!!! I've almost tried all the packages and they are absolutely amazing ! I work on my feet in the clinics and my feet need the tlc and I always feel so rejuvenated !!! Well Please do not go to Luxe Nails on Eastern and Coronado. They usually do a good job and I've spent a lot of money with them as well as referred people to them. But the 1 time I had a problem they basically said too bad so sad. It's unfortunate that they are so busy that they really don't appreciate or care about your business. This is the problem with Vietnamese salons, they lack personal professionalism and you are just another dollar to them. I have to admit my sadness because I actually thought we had a professional relationship of appreciation and it's sad to find out that it's really all about the money. So my daughter referred me to Crystal at Luxe Nail Bar and I am so glad she did. This is my first time trying gelx and it awesome so much better for your nails than acrylics. Crystal did an amazing job on my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I got something better than the pic and Nicole did my pedicure and also very happy with the way they turned out. They made the experience fun as well just chatting with Crystal, Drea who also did an awesome job on my sister pedicure and Nicole is such as sweetheart. Got my full set done by Lynn! Finally someone that can do my nails right. Her shape was on point. Nicole did my waxing and is very good also. David did my pedicure, hes very detail on what he does. There whole staff here are very friendly and very helpful to one another. The vibe here is very great. They also serve WINE! complimentary who can say no to that. This nail bar is AMAZING You can sip a glass of wine (or bottled water) while you are pampered with a mani and/or pedi. We girls turn it into a social every two weeks to reconnect and catch up right after work and go home to our family already vented and relaxed feeling posh. They are able to do designs that my girlfriend brings in. They are careful and take their time with my sensitive nail bed. I just moved here & was looking for a nail salon close by. Having a personal me & girls coming to my home luncheon in the afternoon & an elaborate business dinner in the evening. My first visit to Luxe Nail Bar went simply fabulous. Jay was professional, charismatic and did a fantastic job on my nails. Explain the difference between Powder dip vs. Acrylic. I came here looking for a new nail salon a couple months ago and I found a forever nail salon! I LOVE it here! Everyone is always so sweet, I've had everyone do my nails and everyone does a fantastic job, they have great drinks, service and more! Tiffany is the one who I always want to do my nails because she does them perfect every single time. I've brought many of my friends here as well and everyone loves it. Definitely will not be going anywhere else any time soon. 10/10 recommend! read more

Coming to this place was the best things I've ever done for myself. Upon arriving to the destination I was very worried about my masculinity being dismantled but that wasn't the case. I sat down in what felt like clouds straight from heaven with even the lady assisting me offering me a drink, absolutely tremendous. From there the lady proceeded to scrap off every inch of those wretched calluses infesting my god forsaken feed. Overall great experience would recommend! read more

Luxe Nail Bar is the best! I have always been happy with every service I have received from them. I have been a customer since October and will not go anywhere else. All the nail technicians are extremely talented and the CBD pedicure is the absolute best. They are the best in the nail game and offer so much here that other nail salons don't. I have been searching for a new nail place, spotted Luxe Nail bar and gave it a try. Tiffany did a full set of Gel X nails. This is hands down the most natural-looking gel nails I have ever had!! This is a new system and application is totally different than any gel nails I've had before. Much less filing and much, much faster. I sent my Mom in today and she loves her nails too!! Everyone at the shop is very friendly and nice as well! Highly recommend. read more

I've been to tons of nail salons, and have had some up and down experiences. This place rocks!!!!Phoebe and Laura are fabulous! I love how this salon can get you in right away, and they always do impeccable work! They have tons of options, and it's my go to spot!!! I won't see anyone else to do my nails as long as I live here!!! I'm moving soon, and legit stressed I won't find a place, or people comparable to them!!! I rate this nail salon by far the best salon out there. The pedicures are amazing and you even get a complimentary adult beverage. To drink while getting pampered. They are extremely nice and they will definitely take care of you. I came with my girls from my brithday and they actually brought me out a small bottle of champagne and lit candle. First time I walked in knew I loved it. The employees were all so nice and welcoming. Not to mention super quick and my nails look better than they ever have and feel better than ever.
