As our renovation was unplanned (toilet overflow and water damage!), time was of the essence and we were in what could be a very vulnerable position. Mark and Shalom led us through the process clearly and kindly, and we determined what we would purchase, what LHR would purchase, and the expected costs of materials and labor for each part of the remodel. There were no surprises. The best part of working with LHR is their communication. We received morning and evening video digests of their work, and any questions they had for us could be immediately answered in our whatsapp group. Due to a leak we had to have water mitigation and practically our whole entire home renovated down to the studs and I cant even express how thankful we are to the Luxury Home Remodeling team all of their staff communicated things in layman terms and everything was done quickly and timely so that we could move back all our belongings and put this past us. I know for a fact my family would say that they deserve even more than 5 stars for their dedication and hard work to get us back into our home. Not one day did we walk into the home and see anyone slacking they were all working diligently and it made me feel so appreciative that they actually cared to finish the project on time. That being said they really did a great job in making sure no corners were cut on the work itself everything was done to code and it looks fantastic and a plus was that it was way better than what we had before. Mark has been my turn to guy for renovations. I buy and flip houses close to every 5 months. I have used him now twice. The first time I told him what essentially what I wanted to do which was essentially to modernize and make the house more turn key and wow he delivered everything with very minimal effort on my part. I literally sat back and never needed to utter one word that's how well the project was handled from a to z. He was ahead of schedule I liked that he over delivered on the date-I've worked with other contractors before that required much more miro managing on my end and not only that but behind schedule. None of that nonsense with Mark it was such a wham bam thank you mam scenario that I hired him for the next flip and AGAIN he turned it out. Luxury home remodeling company was AMAZING to work with! They recently finished to renovate my kitchen and now it's just a dream! First of all, when we just made the appointment they were very nice and answered all my questions and Concerns. They were able to squeeze me in short time because of some water damage that appears in my kitchen. This is probably the best contractor company I've ever used & have continued to use for now a second project. I was able to flip a house that they redid the kitchen in and move into the house of my dreams. The lot and the view is amazing the inside like all Bay Area homes were of course dated. Anyway I did have them redo the kitchen and update other things through out the home. Kitchen gutted and redone, flooring, paint, redo the deck, roofing redid. I did a lot and the best part they always stay in my budget and it's a one stop shop you work with a project manager( I worked with David) and from the moment you talk with him you just know you are in good hands they have tons of project photos they have done to reference to you and gather inspiration from and their team gets everything done so quickly. We have used LHR before for our current home and because of the excellent experience hired them again for 3 rental units that needed a lot of TLC & renovations. After having he appear for a price quote, we understood there was far more work that needed to be done. We ended up doing a full remodel and expanding our shower a bit. I got this home knowing it's a fixer upper and I just really wanted to get it updated just as soon as I could and in budget for a flip.
