    Dumpling with Sauce 炒手

Not all XLBs are the same. This one is among the better. Of course we order 5 steamers. Hey, everyone must have their fills. Pan Fried Bao 生煎包 was juicy and delicious, as expected with projection from XLB. In addition, the ZhaJiang Noodles 炸醬麵 was surprisingly well made.

This review is based on my takeout ordering experience. I initially called to place a to-go order, but the first call didn't go through. I called back a second time, was able to reach someone, and placed my order without any issues. The staff confirmed my order and told me it would be ready in about 15 minutes. The restaurant is easy to find, located in a small shopping plaza with convenient parking. Since I arrived before the lunch rush, there were plenty of parking spaces available. Inside, there were a few customers dining in. The restaurant itself is quite small and narrow. I walked to the register at the back of the restaurant, paid for my order, and was on my way. The staff member was polite, although they seemed a bit inexperienced when it came to customer service. Overall, the pickup process was quick, easy, and smooth. As a dumpling fan, I have to say these were very good--flavorful, juicy, and satisfying. The prices are affordable and offer great value for the quality. If you're craving dumplings, this is definitely worth a visit. I'll certainly be back in the future.

Stopped in after trying to park at another location. This place turned out to be ok. The service and food was better than I expected. The taste and freshness make's it a good place. Not bad will return.

I've heard about this place through a TikTok video and as someone who absolutely goes feral for dumplings, how could I not make a visit.. I wouldn't even call it a plaza, but located in a small lot next to a skewer place, M Dumpling offers a good variety of food that was enough to keep this girl a happy camper. Parking can be tough depending on the time you come here and it's oddly shaped so navigating can be tight. We were seated promptly and scanned the QR code on the table to order. Service wasn't overly friendly but the server was efficient and the food came out piping hot. Overall, the green beans were a tad too salty, but paired with the fried rice it was great. The XLB had soup inside and was flavorful. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and craving dumplings.

I waited a couple times before giving this place 5 stars, but it really does deserve 5 stars. I love everything except the chow mein. It's just one of those places that brings the feeling of home and comfort, with all the deliciousness you could ask for. My kids ASK for this place, especially after sports. It's an easy going place with attentive customer service and homemade food served in 15 minutes or less.

This spot is tastes super authentic and fresh. Small inside and I think the ambiance is ruined by the AI generated decoration on the walls, but service is VERY attentive, accommodating, and quick. We got the original and crab soup dumplings, 10/10 thin wrapper was Shanghainese-parents approved and there was a lot of crab/pork inside. For the crab roe one especially there was so much flavor coming from the crab and a noticeable amount of meat. Beef noodle soup was really good too, good amount of beef and the noodle were clearly hand pulled, flavor of the soup was great. Pan fried pork dumplings were my favorite and I liked them as much as michelin star pfpd from shanghai, there was a good amount of meat and the crunch was so light and tasted a little like shrimp. I initially didn't like it because the inside/top was a little mushy and felt like it was raw, but it was fine and I ate two. The skin on this was also pretty dang thin! Overall super happy with this spot and highly recommend. One small nitpick is that the wonton soup on the menu should mention what is inside the wonton. There is a bathroom inside, and ordering is done through qr code menu and pay once done, but I'm sure you could ask for a physical one.

One of the most underrated dumpling spots in the South Bay. This is our go to spot when we want XLBs and pan fried buns done RIGHT. We usually order the combo meal for 2 of us which comes with 8 pork XLBs, 6 pan fried pork buns, 4 salted egg custard buns, and a cucumber salad appetizer. These are the juiciest, most flavorful pork XLBs we've found so far in the area. And we've never had the skin break on us ever. The skin is not as thin as din tai fung, but it holds a lot more soup. The pan fried buns also have a lot of soup in them, in addition to the meat being juicy. The bottom is crispy enough for the texture difference, but not crunchy/hard. The egg custard buns are actually runny and gooey inside, which apparently is really hard to execute (because most other places can't get it like this). This place is authentic, but still very clean and friendly. The staff is attentive and orders come out fast. Highly recommend to all our friends and family!

Located just past the Osaka Market plaza. Immediately got a table for 2 on a Saturday at noon and just got the special combo. Hot and soupy xlb, pan fried soup dumpling buns, cucumber salad, and custard buns for dessert really hit the spot. Definitely one of the better xlb I've had. They bring an electronic card reader to the table for the bill. Perfect amount of food and was honestly too full at the end and took a few buns as leftovers. Will def be back. Interesting decor choice to use giant AI art on the walls.

First time here and love it! Good food, good price, and good service. Location not that great as it is in a very small plaza with limited parking spaces, and restaurant kind of small with limited tables and seatings. May need to be in long wait during peak hours. Will be returning when crave for more dumplings!

M Dumpling is a must-try for dumpling lovers! Amazing soup dumplings addition to the Bay Area! Their soup dumplings are amazing (I'd say they are comparable to DTF!). The wrapper is so thin and delicate, yet perfectly holds all the flavorful, juicy soup inside. Every bite is packed with deliciousness and the filling is super tasty. Fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth coming back for!

I'm a big fan of M Dumpling! This has quickly become one of my family's go-to spots in Fremont to eat. Super tasty XLB and one of the best pan-fried pork buns I've had in memory. FOOD RECS // I've enjoyed everything that I've tried here so far: + Pork Soup Dumpling: the skin is thin but holds up/doesn't break when picked up. Juicy meat and soup inside. Better value than DTF for sure. + Pan Fried Pork Bun: *so* good! Crunchy pan-fried bottom, the bun part isn't overly thick, and the meat inside is flavorful. + Sesame Red Oil Pork Wonton: the pork wontons were tasty. Not too spicy; the sesame sauce balances out the red oil. + Wonton Soup: we got the chicken wontons for the soup; it was a great lighter option. + Cucumber Salad: refreshing slices of cucumber + Dried Tofu & Indian Aster Salad: great cold-dish appetizer. I haven't had this dish at many other places - the Indian Aster has to be imported into the US. + Garlic Stir Fry Green Bean: plenty of fragrant fried garlic on top, and plenty of green beans to share with the table. + Pan Fried Egg & Chive: pretty good + Salted Egg Custard Buns: delicious ending to the meal. I could easily eat two or three of these.

Absolutely delicious! Best I've had so far in Fremont!

Always delicious. Their XLB is some of the tastiest in the area. Thin skin, savory and juicy. Their pan fried buns are also wonderful. Very few restaurants offer both and they do both extremely well. Friendly staff. Service is always quick. I always bring friends and family here when in town. Tip: if you're going for dinner, you can park in the Wells Fargo parking lot after 6pm.

We got there around 11:40am on a Sunday and the restaurant was almost filled up. We were able to get a table right away. To order, you have the option of QR or by menu. One of dishes I specifically came here for was the stir fried string beans with intestine.. but I didn't see it on the menu anymore. They only had regular stir fried garlic beans. Sadddd but I decided to try a few different items we never had before. So we ordered.. ORIGINAL PORK SOUP DUMPLINGS (8) $12.99 -meat is juicy and tasty. Good amount of soup and the skin was thin yet a bit chewy. 4/5* PAN FRIED PORK BUN (6) $13.99 -soft pillow top with light and crispy bottoms. The bun wasn't thick and greasy like other places. It was super juicy and the meat was flavorful too. 5/5* SCALLION PANCAKE $7.99 -came out super hot and super crispy. Not too oily. 4/5* BEEF FRIED RICE $15.99 -came with peas and carrots too. Very tasty and well seasoned. There was a stickiness to the rice and the beef was tenderrr. I enjoyed the wok hei. 4.5/5* EGGPLANT ICEBERG $16.99 -deep fried eggplant. The batter was super crispy. It was coated in a sweet and savory glaze. The eggplant was super soft inside. It reminded me of fried bananas tbh. New dish for us so it was interesting. 4/5* They also sell a variety of handmade frozen dumplings too. They have dumplings to boil or steam, wontons, baos and pan fried ones. By the time we left around 12:20pm..there were hella people waiting outside for a table. Loved that the food came out quickly and super hot. Friendly and attentive customer service too. Would definitely come back again!

The six of us shared: shrimp dumplings 蝦餃, beef balls 牛肉丸, bean curd skin rolls 鮮竹卷, rice noodle rolls with shrimp 鮮蝦腸粉, rice noodle rolls with minced beef 牛肉腸粉, Chinese sausage buns 臘腸卷, steamed chive and shrimp dumplings 蒸韮菜餃, pan fried chive dumplings 煎韮菜餅, baked BBQ pork buns 焗义燒飽, goji berry and osmanthus jelly 杞子桂花糕, and deep fried pumpkin balls 南瓜煎堆。Everything tasted good and authentic. This is a pretty solid dim sum spot and prices are reasonable.

One Piece Lamian specializes in Chinese noodle dishes, all with an efficient QR code ordering…read moresystem and super quick service. We started with the One Piece Mixed Salad (tofu skin, vermicelli noodles, woodear mushrooms, carrots, celery, seaweed, and peanuts, all mixed in a savory, acidic, and spicy dressed ) and the Shredded Potato Salad, both of which made for nice appetizers. We also had the Cold Skin Noodles (Liangpi), a bowl of wide, chewy noodles mixed with a savory sauce and topped with tofu puffs, shredded cucumber , bean sprouts, and a creamy sesame sauce. Hailing from Xi'an, the Braised Pork Pita Burger was fatty pieces of pork braised in a savory sauce, served in a dry round of "pita," but even better was the Spicy Cumin Lamb Pita Burger, which contained a tantalizingly spicy, flavorful filling of tender spiced lamb. The Signature Beef Bone Noodle Soup came with noodles in a simple broth, topped with three bone-in beef ribs. The meat on the ribs was rather tough and sinewy, and the soup on the bland side, but the presentation of the dish was definitely impressive. Finally, the House Special Braised Dry Noodle was a bowl of noodles topped with a savory sauce with lots of different dried ingredients including tofu, s mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and red bell peppers. For each noodle dish, you could select from a variety of noodles, but my favorite by far was the 2cm "General Wide" noodles, which had an amazing chewy texture. Overall, this was a great restaurant for authentic Northern Chinese noodle dishes and other eats. Everything came out from the kitchen in just minutes after we ordered. The tasty dishes came at a good value, and the service was super friendly too!

Was going to another noodle place but it seems it was no longer there so we decided come here to…read moresince it is in the same plaza. This is not our first time here. There seems to have some menu change since the last time we came. We ordered 2 dry noodles and a cold spicy pig ears appetizer. The pig ears were piled up with no fillers - something hard to find these days. You can select the type of noodles so I picked the widest while my husband picked the middle one. I love the el dente texture of the noodles giving it a bit of chew. My braised pork belly dry noodles was not dry... very watery which was not to my liking. I want my dry noodles with as little gravy as possible. The flavor was light despite all the gravy, but the veggies and one egg made it up. The house special dry noodles had just the right amount of gravy for taste but not enough ingredients. I was wondering why the restaurant is called One Piece... I guess the entire bowl of noodles is one piece noodle as it was hard to eat as all the noodles are tangled. No complaints here just need to be careful with the splashes on your shirt. Overall the food was good, service was decent as we were offered actual menu instead of only using QR code to order. The place was not small with plenty of table. A bit noise as with all Chinese restaurants.
