Dr. Matthew DeJong failed to diagnose bone infection @ 3 painful bone graft sites done by Dr. Donald Clem who referred me. Dejong only addressed my torai ( leading me to spend $8,000 for removal by Dr. Yang) & said he didnt know about those sites & pain, that I might have to go to medical for that problem. read more

Roberta Dornan DDS was recommended by my PCP. I walked into this office on Wednesday, 7/24/2024 to inquire about my insurance coverage for a possible TMJ issue. I needed an exam and some expertise to see if I needed professional treatment. I was asked to leave my contact information and they made a copy of my medical insurance card. To date, I have not been contacted by this office. I proceeded to see my general dentist for a routine cleaning and exam. Luckily, the TMJ issue passed with time and some home treatment. We have been searching for the perfect dentist. My wife tooth and jaw were hurting after a fall Dr. Roberta dorman did the diagnosis and x-rays. recommended another Docter. They're always running on time, and we never have to wait more than five minutes to be seen. Served water was hot day Very friendly staff specially Pinky at front desk helped us with paperwork and follow up. Had pay out of pocket that another story not their fault. read more

I've been coming to Dr Dornan for over 15 years it's always a pleasure to walk in and be greeted with friendly smiles and prompt service - (trust me you won't have time to just sit in the waiting room reading through an assortment of new magazines they're ready for you at arrival time!) All 3 of my kids drive down from LA for their annual cleaning, X-rays and checkups not one complaint they've been patients of Dr Dornan since childhood. Dr. Dornan's office has the best customer service and dental work that I've ever experienced. Twice now I've called with an emergency and both times they've just worked me in and taken great care of me. Dr. Dornan had to refer me to an endodontist, Dr. Gage, and even he was great! I'm a big ole dental chicken and she always makes me feel so comfortable and never hurts me. Each dental chair has it's own TV and they play cd's of panda bears playing or of different areas in California. I find that watching the bears really relaxes me. Another part that I really like is that all of the people who work there are really friendly and efficient. I think they've all been there for awhile. They bill my insuance without any problems too. So if you need a dentist I would highly recommend this office! read more

My wife and I have been patients since 2001/2002. Prior to this, we changed dentists very often because they proved untrustworthy and seemed to merely try to squeeze out every penny from our wallets. Here with Dr Dornan, we finally met a friendly and professional dentist who looked out for our teeth and health above all. She has a friendly staff and a clean office. The waiting room is quaint and pleasant. The patient stations dont overly smell clinical. I havent had a cavity for almost 10 years and I believe it has a lot to do with Dr Dornan and her staff of hygienists. This dentist works miracles with night guards! Dr. Dornan is extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and completely professional, and the same can be said for her equally amazing staff. Appointments always begin on time, everyone there is happy and personable, and you can even watch crazy DVDs about animals while you get your teeth cleaned. I love Dr. Dornan and Zorapapel. They are great dentists. They don't pressure you or make suggestions for 'not-needed' dental procedures. I have had horrible experience with other dentists that I felt the procedures that were done were not necessary. It is not the case in this office. They also are gentle, friendly, and I feel that I am in good hands. Their hygienists are also marvelous. I always tell Michelle that I become so relaxed and sleepy when I had my teeth cleaned by her. I practically could go to sleep when I am on the chair with my mouth open (however that has not happened yet). :-) Staff are friendly and nice. I highly recommend! read more

I've been searching for the perfect dentist for years. Dr. Roberta doorman is amazing. I love having a full female staff everyone is very friendly. They're always running on time and I never have to wait more than five minutes to be seen. I never feel like they're rushed during my visits. Also they're not trying to sell me a different things every time I come in like supplements or gadgets. I love this place and I HATE going to the dentist. Lisa who cleans my teeth is so kind and friendly and does a great job. Also Dr. Dornan is great. It never hurts if and when I have to have work done. I definitely would suggest going her if you have any issues or anxiety of going to the dentist. Dr. Dornan has been my primary dentist for many years. I recently had an emergency for a chipped tooth. I was leaving the next day on vacation and Dr. Dornan's office allowed me to be seen on such short notice, even without an appointment. I trust her and the wonderful team she works with, and wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental needs. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. She is 5 star in my opinion. read more

I have only been coming to Dr. Dornan's for about a year but they are amazing! They always work with my schedule even when it can get a little hectic. I had been going to a different dentist for the last 12 years. While I "liked" her, I always felt as if it was more about the profit than the patient. But I loved my dental hygienist, Lisa. For some reason she left that practice. Each time I went in for a cleaning there was a new hygienist and none of them came close to Lisa. So I tracked her down and found she had gone to work for Dr. Dornan. Lisa assured me I would love Dr. Dornan and she was right! I can echo comments made by the other reviewers here. I complained bitterly to my old dentist that my night guard didn't fit properly and I never wore it. When I brought it in to Dr. Dornan, she worked magic on the thing and now it fits like a charm! I just went in because I'm having sensitivity to cold and I'm losing my insurance so I wanted to make sure any work was done that I needed before the insurance expired. Dr. Dornan found a crack in the tooth that was sensitive and we discussed a crown. She would have fit me in that morning but had her staff check my insurance to be certain I would be covered because there had been work done on that tooth in the past. Much to my surprise, the work had been done in 2010 and so the insurance wouldn't cover it. We decided to wait until I really needed the crown since I wasn't in pain right now. She could have just done the work and sent me a bill saying oops, looks like the insurance won't cover any of the cost. I agree with everyone here...Dr. Dornan really looks out for her patients in every way. Now I love my hygienist AND my dentist! Do yourself a favor and give them a chance if you are at all dissatisfied with your current dentist. read more

I have been going to Dr. Dornan's office for over 20 years. I have recently also been seen by Dr. Nguyen her partner. This is hands down the most competent and professional dental office I have ever seen. They don't try to add on services you don't need and they actually take care of your mouth, flagging items to keep an eye on and advising you on how to avoid dental issues. The hygienists are all excellent and they take you in on time and finish on time. The quality of their work is outstanding. You won't find an office with more integrity. Yes, they keep their appointment calendars full and they don't take HMO dental insurance (you need PPO) but that is a sign of a thriving business that keeps their clients happy. This is also who you want to come to for a second opinion. I don't see it in the bios, but Dr. Dornan teaches at Dental Colleges and she stays on top of best practices and on keeping her patients safe. read more

I feel so lucky that I live only 2 minutes from this office, but if I didn't I'd drive almost any distance to see Lisa, my hygienist, and Dr. Dornan, who's been my dentist for about 20 years. I'm most appreciative of the Doc's honesty about what needs to be taken care of right away and what can be watched -- in my case a small crack in a tooth that she and Lisa kept an eye on for a good 3 years until it widened a bit and we went for the crown. She's the only dentist my son has ever known and he now drives from college to see her. They take great care of us and I can highly recommend them. read more

I've been going here for years. My insurance doesn't cover them, but I'm NOT going to anyone else. I have experienced nothing but excellence from these folks from day one. My wife also uses them, and I have recommended them to any friends who are looking for a new dentist. When I have had dental emergencies, they have been able to accommodate me VERY quickly. I have absolutely NO complaints! I give my highest recommendation to Dr. Dornan, Dr. Zorapapel, and the entire staff.
