Sadie is AMAZING!!!!!!! Every time I go in she is ready to help me and I feel like she truly wants to help me other than think of it as a job. I've shopped at sephora for years and rarely ever went into MAC because all the other stores I have entered were awful and the customer service sucked. This location is the only I will go to even tho I live in Anaheim because every time I go in I am treated with the best attitudes and all the women that work there are great. The store manager is also AMAZING!!!! The first time I ever stepped foot there she helped me and was the one that made me want to come back. The customer service here is phenomenal. I called at 10am on a Sunday hoping to book two last minute makeup appointments for the earliest time they could take my friend and me, and Leah (the store manager) was super accomadating and booked us at noon. When we got there, I hadn't realized it was only her and one of her employees (Rudy) working and they did such an incredible job multi-tasking between our makeup, switching off helping customers, and ringing people up. All while holding conversations with us and being personable and professional. Not once did they ever seem flustered or panicky when there was a small rush of customers coming in. And on top of that, our makeup came out so perfect and we were beyond satisfied. This was seriously the best MAC makeup appointment I've experienced. Thank you Rudy, thank you Leah. Their makeup artists are talented. I got my makeup done here for my birthday, and it looked amazing! However, please beware!!! While some Mac stores offer their makeup services for free in exchange for items you bought in store, this specific location doesn't. They didn't explain that well enough to me. I thought that if I bought makeup products from the store my makeover would be free. But this isn't the case with this store. They have flat fees for their makeup services, and it can't be redeemed in product purchases. read more

What a FANTASTIC store! When I first walked into the store, I browsed for a few minutes before being approached by one of the employees. (and I don't understand what that other person was talking about "profiling", I was wearing very little makeup and didn't look to nice either, but the employees were still helpful and nice.) After introducing herself to me, Leanna and I chatted about what I was looking for, and she soon helped me pick out the Studio Finish Concealer. Bringing me over to the mirrors, she pulled out a brush and showed me the best way to apply the concealer, quickly covering some of my problems spots. She then let me apply it myself and gave me some tips. While we were chatting, we got onto the topic of skincare, and she immediately started giving me tips and naming some helpful products. When I mentioned that I was kind of on a tight budget, she was incredibly helpful with pointing out cheaper brands and dupes for some fantastic products. Leanna even went as far as to write me up a list of cheaper alternatives. While we were chatting, I mentioned that I would love to work at mac once i was old enough, and Leanna gave me a whole boatload of tips -- basically a step my step surefire method to get me a job at a mac store. What a sweetheart! After this, I mentioned that I was going to explore the mall some more, but I'd be back to get the concealer. After getting a makeover at Sephora, I hopped back over to pick up the concealer. When I came back, I asked for Leanna, but she was on her lunch break, so I was helped by another lovely employee (whose name I forgot D:). She rang up the concealer and offered to validate my parking ticket. While she rang me up, we started talking, and I mentioned never having seen the mac skincare products before. I asked her what she thought of them, and she gave me the lowdown and told me her skincare routine. Lucky for me, she turned out to be a certified dermatologist! We talked about skincare for a while and she got me a sample of a moisturizer (which is fantastic by the way). By that time, Leanna got back from her break and came over to say hi. After gushing over my makeover, she helped me pick out a lipstick that would complete the look. After chatting with the employees and having generally a fantastic time, I met the manager, Leah, who was also super sweet. We all ended up talking for a while, all of them being super friendly. tl;dr, this is a amazing store, they validate parking tickets, and all the employees are impressively helpful and sweet. They were all total angels. Quite honestly, I felt like I left the store having gained a few friends, and I can't wait to visit the store again! read more

This location is right around the corner from my house. It's clean and the workers were very friendly helping everyone that walked in (regardless of how they looked, like noted in another review). I had my makeup done for my friends wedding. I had made an appointment. I arrived early and Shel or Shelly helped me and did my make up. She did an AMAZING job, I got so many compliments all night on my makeup. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked with a few of her own suggestions. I trusted her completely. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, wasn't rushed, with a great personality. I would defiantly go back to her for my next big occasion. read more

Had a great experience a few days ago.!! I brought my mom in to buy all new makeup and Rudy was so helpful and even did our makeup using the products we where wanting to purchase and gave us great recommendations for colors and products that would work best for us. He did such an amazing job and made us feel beautiful. I'd highly recommend him. The other employees there where super nice and always are every time I come in.! I absolutely love mac. I was super excited to come to this specific one due to me living in a whole other state. I had seen this location one night while with family and wasn't able to go due to it being closed. I came back into town and was given the opportunity to go. But sadly I will never go there again. The staff was rude. Yes, they were doing two girls makeup. But that has never stopped any other MAC employee at different locations to greet the costumers. It took them forever to even ask if we need any assistance. I especially didn't appreciate the attitude given by one of the employees. It was sad to get such an experience like this especially when I was so excited to finally get a chance to visit this specific store. I appreciate the costumer service I have at home. read more
