When I responded that it was rude, he doubled down, raised his voice, and repeated "calm down" in a condescending tone. It felt completely unnecessary, demeaning, and honestly unprofessional. There's a way to set house rules without being disrespectful. This interaction left a really bad taste in all of our mouths, and I won't be returning.

Despite the poor service, we had an auto 22% gratuity added to our bill without our knowledge. There's also a 4% service fee. The food here is pretty terrible. Ordered the midtown combo platter - not very appetizing looking or tasting: the wings were dry, the curly fries were curly crumbs - maybe 3 pieces were actually long enough to be 'curled;' 3 mozz sticks. Just all-around gross. We also got an order of the jalapeno poppers - they smelt like dirty, wet socks and tasted just as bad. Glad we didn't waste our money on anything further from the menu.
