Just WOW! This was my second visit to Madres Brunch, and it absolutely did not disappoint! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, vibrant, and welcoming. The food? Incredible. The drinks? Perfectly crafted. Everything truly deserves a chef's kiss!!! And I can't say enough about the service--both times I've been here, every server has been attentive, patient, and genuinely kind. Today, we had Arely, and she was AMAZING! Her service was prompt and seamless, but what really stood out was how she interacted with my 4-year-old daughter. She was so sweet, engaging, and made her feel completely comfortable and included, which means everything as a parent. It's not easy to find a place that consistently delivers great food, great vibes, and exceptional service--but Madres Brunch does it effortlessly. Already looking forward to my next visit!

I finally got this place out of my system. I was really craving madres for a while. My sister got a light white mocha latte and I got the Madres fall mimosas; green apple, pomegranate, & Tiffany. All tasted good my favorite flavor was pomegranate. My sister liked that one as well. It was very beautifully done and colorful. We came here to eat the yummy pancakes. She got the journey again and I wanted to try the Wilma. I honestly liked the journey way more. I shared the Birria Benedict. My sister really liked the beef. It was great, but I needed a little more flavor to the salad. It was bland, but I'm sure it's because the birria had so much flavor. I also enjoyed the salsa that came with it. They are both good, but the habanero was the best. It wasn't too overwhelming spicy. The service is great and I love the presentation with the pancakes and everything was nicely done and plated well.

Madres brunch has a bunch of amazing qualities but fell short for me and my fiancée on a couple of culinary notes. The inside is absolutely beautiful... however me and my fiancée had our dogs and we called ahead to make sure they allowed them which they did but their patio has absolutely no covering... we ended up swapping with a couple who was outside and kinda had shade... the tables outside also looked very very worn... some or the edges were coming apart. So that ended up taking off a star. The service was actually really nice up until the end..our hostess was checking in on us and was great with our pups but I think her shift may have ended and no one came out to us after that. I had to go in to ask for our check. So that took off another star. The food was good but there were just some things that were off. The pickled onions just tasted like vinegar... we could tell there was not lemon or lime juice, sugar, salt etc and you need that when pickling. We also did not understand the sesame seeds on the food... it's a weird mix of Asian influences but did not fit. The mole was ok but it did not have the depth of flavor and my carne asada we definitely not cooked fresh... it seemed like it was pre cooked and left to rest. I usually like med rare on my steak but it was cooked all the way through and under seasoned. My cafe de olla was not too bad and overall I was hungry so I did finish my food. Also my grandmother would come down and clash me with a chankla if I did not finish my food lol. Overall there were some cultural influences that did not match with the food and it seems like there were sum cut corners that did not need to be taken. Me may go back and give it a shot due to maybe an off day of cooking so I would. It sway you from giving it a shot in hopes for your experience to be better.

Brought my mother for a Mother's Day breakfast, This place is pretty great!! Service by Abraham was top tier! I had the madres chilaquiles with a fried egg over easy on top and an horchata late iced. Definitely be coming back again! Everything looked great with beautiful art all over!

This place has amazing customer service and such a great environment. Where it lacks is in the food. The food was decent but I probably wouldn't return, in my opinion it's a bit overpriced for the quality and taste of the food.

First time here. Food was very tasty! Partner and I each had the Chilaquiles, she the green with birria and I the red with chicken. We also shared the churro french toast. To drink I had a cold brew and she had a marzipan latte. Our server Abraham was great! Super friendly and super knowledgeable about the menu. Didn't feel like he was rushing us and was just an all around joy to he served by. Will definitely be back to try other things on the menu! Also, this place is as pretty as their food! The ambience of butterflies makes this place pop! Take pictures!

My comadre and I decided to go to Madres Brunch for Galentine's Day and we were not disappointed. Service was friendly and on point. The food was awesome! The dining room was clean. We'll definitely come back for girls brunch! My advice is to get there early and not too soon after they open because once the crowd gets in, they're very busy. Great location, too! Not too far from the freeway and in a quaint and clean plaza.

Had the Popeye omelet. . Very delicious , comes with green salad and pan fried cheese . Add the habanero sauce !!! Very satisfied. The service from Leslie was excellent and attentive .

After a couple attempts we finally made it before closing. They have kind of oddball hours but I think it's due to the fact that this particular location has never really done very well with foot traffic every other restaurant that's been there over the years has always been good but just never survives mainly due to lack of business I assume. Anyway glad we made it. The food was great the drinks were amazing the portions huge. I got the green chilies plate and subbed or added Beria for the protein. I kid you not it was essentially three meals for me and I eat a lot. I got the Agua Fresca flight every drink was incredible I'm kind of a snob when it comes Acquafresca too I particularly liked the lime flavor. When you walk inside it's a pretty big spot plenty of eating and a nice vibe decorated with hot pink neon sites that have catchy little sayings I'm assuming they were geared towards customers flooding social media with photos and tags and smart things to get the word out that the business is there. We don't live in the area anymore and we were just visiting in-laws so I'm not sure if this is the typical type of day for them but we were the only party in there except for the party that was finishing up when we got there. No complaints on my part because we have the whole place to our self basically and we had two toddlers with us so they didn't have to worry if they were being annoying or bothering people lol. My wife got the burial omelette which she absolutely loved I added a side of consume too much Kale and man that alone basically could've been a meal I had some tortilla to it and you're good to go it was huge I couldn't even tell you how much meat was in there they could've just been because we were literally there while they were closing and perhaps they were just gonna toss it anyway so I'll have to report back if that's normal or not but either way I was very happy with it. We also got the strawberry pancake dish for the kids and everybody had some of it there was three adults a three year-old a four-year-old and a 10 year-old and they were still half left when we were ready to go. So the portions are great definitely over ordered considering how big those portions are and it worked out because normally leftovers end up going to waste but we ate them all will definitely be going back when I come to the area. Sidenote my wife had just got back from Miami about a week prior with my daughter who is celebrating her birthday and inside this place literally was just like something you would see in Miami very hip especially for the area I can't think of any other restaurant that has this type of style the service was great very hopeful very nice servers I know most staff is very annoyed when somebody still sitting there waiting for food after closing time but they didn't seem to mind I even added a couple things last minute and they jumped right on it so kudos to them.

I saw this new spot had opened where Happy Crab Hot Pot used to be, and after checking out their Instagram with all the delicious looking food pics, I decided to give it a try. The inside is definitely Instagram-friendly with artsy painted walls, neon pink signs, and green leafy backdrops. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. I ordered the birria omelette with a side of beans, and my partner tried their new steak, jalapeño, and cheese croissant sandwich which came with some fried potatoes. For drinks, I went with the strawberry horchata and an iced latte. The presentation was on point, but the flavors didn't quite live up to the look. My birria omelette was pretty bland that I had to add extra salt and pepper just to make it enjoyable. The beans were just okay. The croissant sandwich was good overall but the steak could have been a little more tender and flavorful and barely had any fried potatoes. Drinks were solid, both the strawberry horchata and the latte were tasty. One thing to note: almost everything on the menu is $19 and up. For the portion sizes and the flavors, I don't think it's worth the price. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I left feeling underwhelmed. I don't think I'll be coming back.

We really enjoyed my wife's birthday brunch at Madre's. It was our first time here. We were greeted upon entering and seated immediately. It's a quaint environment with some background music playing, butterfly murals, and even Marilyn Monroe. We ordered the Madre's Chilaquiles, Mom's Pork Ribs, and Omelette with a side of waffles and fruits. They were all delicious and perfectly prepared. We even tried the mimosa flight and Momoritas. Altogether, we had a wonderful birthday brunch and highly recommend to go here to celebrate or to just enjoy relaxed atmosphere with your meal. The service is excellent, their food is great, and reasonable prices too!

Madres Brunch is such a gem! My friend and I came here for brunch and we were both so impressed. We each got lattes. I got mine hot, hers iced and they were both delicious and made perfectly. I ordered the birria omelette, and wow... so flavorful! The meat was tender and cooked just right, packed with flavor in every bite. On top of the amazing food and drinks, the vibe here is adorable, bright, welcoming, and perfect for a girls' day out. Definitely one of those spots that makes you want to linger, sip your coffee, and catch up with friends. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back!

I met up with my friends for brunch on a Saturday at 9am. It wasn't too busy yet. Service was friendly from the beginning. I immediately noticed how echoey it was because of the boxiness of the interior. There was another table with screaming babies and their voices were all we could hear. It was really hard to hold a conversation. We took a while to figure out what to order because of the extensive menu. I was glad that the waitress was patient with us. I settled on the combo with eggs, bacon, and toast. I also got a single pancake on the side. They killed the presentation! With the fruit spread out on the plate, it was so colorful. And I love the thick flaky toast. I did wish the pancake tasted more dense, less gummy. If that makes sense. But that's just personal preference. I love how there are so many madres locations to choose from. Love the hospitality at this one! read more

The service and ambiance was nice. Vanessa was really attentive and made sure my wife and I were taken care of. We had the Chilliques (yall know what I'm trying to spell) Verde and the toppings were hot and delicious. However the chips and beans were a little cold. The mimosa flight looked good, but you can taste the cheap champagne. For that price, I recommend Veuve Clicquot Brut for a classic option, Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut for a reliably elegant choice, or more budget-friendly alternatives like California's Korbel Brut or Spanish Cava. read more

The atmosphere is great here and a little noisy but no too much we could talk. Great for groups. The interior is graffiti art with YouTube DJ music. The food is pretty tasty! We expected a long wait for 10:30 A.M on a Sunday, but we were lucky enough to be seated right away. Staff were ALL so welcoming and friendly. There is alot of seating and the staff is pretty good and quick with taking orders and getting drinks and meals out. The place is so clean and nicely decorated. I love their dishes! For the food: Loved the presentation. Would totally come back for eggs Benedict & French toast. The mole chilaquiles & (I think it was called Rancheros) were on the dry side and not that flavorful. They have a latte flight that I want to try next time I'm there. Would recommend to try the place out!! read more

Cute little brunch place in corona. The music is loud and the place is definitely decorated for the social media posts. The service was good our waitress was nice and offered suggestions. The service is their one redeeming quality and the only reason they aren't getting a one star review. The menu is big, lots of options but yet all very repetitive. The prices are on the higher side. I ordered a regular house coffee, I wasn't in the mood for a sweet latte. My coffee was disgusting. Sour. My friend ordered a cappuccino. She asked for a pump of vanilla and the waitress told her no. My friend loved her cappuccino none the less. The food was mediocre at best. I got the chilaquiles with birria and they were completely cold and soggy. The beans were good and so were the eggs. When I brought the concern to the waitress she said that chilaquiles get cold fast so I had to wat quickly. Mind you i started eating as soon as I got them. The table beside me has smoke coming off their plate. My friend got a typical breakfast with eggs and bacon and a pancake and she said it was okay nothing special and did not finish her meal. We were given complimentary mimosas because of the cold food, my friend loved it. I'm allergic to orange juice and I don't drink alcohol so I declined it. read more

My wife and I love this spot. We always get the Mazapan latte, which is always delicious. We get something different every time we come. Their chilaquiles rojos are amazing! The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the place is so loud that the four of us couldn't carry on a decent conversation without yelling at one another. I know today's restaurants are set up to be loud (my daughter tells me that's the way today's younger crowd likes it), but it is also nice to be able to talk to one another without the earsplitting dissonance of a steel mill. One of us loved the food. Three of us didn't. read more

We went to Madres Brunch in Corona around 11 a.m. for a late breakfast. The place was fairly empty, maybe five small groups in total. This was our first visit, and my impression is that the restaurant is trying to be trendy with lots of airbrushed butterfly and flower decor, with TVs all around playing loud rave-style music. It felt a bit out of place for brunch; the volume and vibe made it hard to relax. The menu is extensive, but as others have said, it felt repetitive and nothing really stood out as unique or memorable. I ordered the salmon toast. It came on a very thick piece of bread, close to two inches, topped with a thin smear of avocado, a few slices of salmon, some red onion, and a pile of greens in the middle. The concept wasn't bad, but the bread was far too heavy. A simple sourdough toast would have worked better. My husband ordered the waffle with eggs and bacon. The waffle was just okay, not particularly flavorful, though the eggs were nicely fried. Service was friendly but missed the mark in important areas. My food came out first, and I had to sit and wait for my husband's plate, which is not ideal when you want to enjoy a meal together. When his plate finally arrived, he didn't get silverware. The waitress checked on us, we mentioned it, and she said "okay." She then walked away to another table, chatted with them for over five minutes, and we thought maybe she'd remember and bring the silverware afterward, but it was clear she had completely forgotten. My husband eventually had to get up and grab his own utensils. By then, both our plates were cold and not enjoyable. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The atmosphere was loud and mismatched for brunch, the food was underwhelming, and the service lacked attentiveness. With some adjustments like more thoughtful menu execution, better timing from the kitchen, and more attentive service, this place could be much better. But as it stands, I don't think we'll be rushing back. read more

had such a wonderful experience at Madres Brunch, and a big part of that was thanks to Vanessa! From the moment we sat down, she was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. She made us feel right at home and went out of her way to check in, give us great recommendations, and make sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were amazing, but Vanessa's friendly energy really made the whole visit extra special. It's clear she genuinely cares about her guests and loves what she does. I was really disappointed in this place because it had such great reviews, so I drove out of my way to eat here. Our server was friendly enough, but he is definitely more personable to the Spanish speaking patrons. The ambiance does have a very cool vibe with butterflies and pink neon signs on the walls which I think was the best thing about the place. I ordered an Oat Milk Latte and Belgian Berry Waffles. My husband ordered the Steak and Eggs and Tomato Juice. Our drinks did not come out together I received my latte and his so called tomato juice came about 10 minutes later. I say so called because it was on the watery side, tasted like celery and watered down tomato's, not tomato juice which is thick in consistency and tastes like tomatoes. Our meals did not get served together either. My waffles looked nice in appearance, but were hard like an over cooked piece of toast. You can hear how hard it is in the video I posted. The syrup would not even soak into the waffles. The bananas were on the brown side. I would never serve that on a plate and send it out for someone to eat. My husband steak and eggs looked okay appearance wise also. The steak had notes of liver flavor in it, The liver flavor could be from cooking it well done, the type of meat, how it was raised or a number of other reasons. His potatoes were on the over cooked side also. Oh and to top it off appropriately 20 minutes after leaving the restaurant I started belching sour oat milk from that cafe latte for hours, leaving a bad taste in my mouth. read more

After paying, I asked for salsa and onions/cilantro cups so I could grab it from the salsa bar before leaving, but the lady turned around and grabbed me prepackaged salsa of each kind, bagged onion and cilantro, and limes. My wife ends up getting the same tot scramble every time because of how good it is and I think it's amongst the best things of their menu. A few negatives this time: - asked for an empty plate and was given one that was pretty dirty (almost noticeably dirty) and had leftover food on the side of it from last use. - the price has become a little much. I'd like to see the prices go down about 25% and it would be perfect. - added cheese to my eggs and in my opinion, it could have been a bit more cheese on it. - not much a negative but more a personal preference. The waffle I got had almost too much butter on it. Again, not a negative, and I could have just put half of it to the side, but almost every bite ended up with too much butter. That's my fault. Other than these few things, very enjoyable and I would come back. I loved the bacon and my wife's farm skillet. Last time we came they gave us an envelope to use next time for a surprise discount. I would like to see more of that going forward to fix the price issue.

It's located next door to a church, and you can tell there's an affiliation because the space is huge, open, and welcoming. Everyone inside was genuinely kind and friendly. It has that warm, community vibe that makes you feel comfortable immediately. I can imagine it being especially lively on a Sunday morning when services let out. The menu is fun and extensive. I originally considered the "Katy Perry" drink (which sounded adorable), but it's a layered drink and I wasn't in the mood for something sweet or decorative. I went with my usual: a sugar-free vanilla latte topped with salted caramel cold foam. I was only the third person in line, and my drink came out almost immediately, which I appreciated. They also had several breakfast options that looked really good. The jalapeño bagel stood out to me, and the veggie bagel sandwich looked tempting too. I just wasn't hungry enough to commit this time, but I'd definitely try one on a return visit. As for the coffee itself, it arrived piping hot, which I love. On first sip, though, it was lighter in flavor than I expected. If you prefer a blonde roast or a milder coffee profile, this might be your spot. I personally tend to gravitate toward a more medium or bold roast, so it didn't quite hit that depth I usually look for. Overall: Atmosphere - great Service - friendly and efficient Coffee strength - lighter than my preference Four stars from me. I'd come back, especially for the vibe and to give the food menu a try next time.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I felt disappointed enough to share my experience this time. I've been to Madre's Brunch in Corona several times before, and the food has always been very good. In the past, the service was also great, which is why this visit was so surprising. I went on Thursday with my partner and a friend, and unfortunately the service from our waitress was not good. The restaurant was not very busy, and I noticed another employee was making drinks, helping customers, seating people, and running food, while our waitress seemed to have an attitude and was not very attentive. One of the biggest issues was communication. I had a hard time being understood in English, which caused confusion with our order, and I ended up getting the wrong food. I have nothing against anyone who is still learning English, but in a customer service position, especially in a restaurant where communication is important, there should be enough English to understand customers clearly or support available to avoid mistakes. The food itself was still good, which is why this review is disappointing for me to write. My experiences here before with friends and coworkers were completely different and much better.
