Always a pleasure to dine in. Great customer service and reasonable prices. I recommend and we will be back.

Was so excited to try this place, when I saw their large menu I was a bit hesitant because large menus mean the quality of the food can be all over the place, but I had high hopes. Ordered their French onion soup, the cheese was m.i.a there was a fried onion ring in it and it was extremely salty.

Menu is impressively huge, so there will definitely be something for everyone. It's got a hip vibe with lots of TVs at the bar area and big, comfy booths. Service was pretty slow. They were also very stingy with plates. Plates usually come with appetizers, in my experience, but not here. We asked for a couple extras to divvy up the apps and received tiny plates. Then we asked for bigger plates. They did relent eventually. Was a bit weird though. Thoughts on food: -difference between snacks and apps was unclear and was basically the same thing -black angus beef skewers were a little pricey for 3, but the meat was juicy and I dug the rice noodle garnish it came with and enjoyed that as an extra snack -giant pretzel has a good crunchy exterior and soft interior. The cheese sauce was really watery but the mustard sauce was fine -broccolini was a good portion -maple roasted sweet potatoes were great, sweet little bites -campfire s'mores was a really unique dessert. A little tableside flame and the fixings to make your own sandwich. The flames were very low, which is probably a safety thing, so roasting took forever, but it's a unique dessert offering I was glad to try out. Overall there were some hits and misses, but the food was still pretty good and has a lot of offerings if you are bringing a group. They have a display case with some of their big cupcakes. I'd try this place again.

I'll be very honest. I have never been a fan of Maggie's. I've visited the Glastonbury location numerous times and have never found any redeeming qualities. But that all changed when I visited the Manchester location. The decor is much nicer, bar area is larger and cleaner, staff is friendly and helpful. We had a large group of 12-16 people so I was expecting the worst after all my bad experiences in Glastonbury but they proved me wrong! Everything came out fast and hot. Drinks were made great, everyone was pleased. I ordered a salad and the portion was HUGEEEEE. Totally worth the money. I always fight when someone asks me to go to Maggie's in Gbury but I won't complain if they ask to go to Manchester after the very positive experience I had here. My only *negative* is that the menu is Cheesecake Factory status - thicker than an encyclopedia. It can be a bit overwhelming trying to decide what to eat. I appreciate the variety of options but sometimes there is such a thing as "too much."

I went to Maggie McFlys on St Patrick's Day for dinner with2 friends. We were seated straight away in a booth near the bar. I have a Gluten allergy and I appreciate the amount of GF options at Maggie McFlys. We started with the Brussel sprouts. They were amazing. The aioli mayo just makes it all the better. I had a bacon cheeseburger, medium rare and it came medium rare. The GF bun is cheesy and my favorite GF bun. It's so good. I had sweet potato fries b/c they have a dedicated GF fryer. So good!! My friend had the garbage burger. She said it very good and easier to eat than she anticipated. We had a great time and the food was very good.

My friends and I were coming back from vaca and decided to stop here for lunch. I've never been here before but I enjoyed the food immensely. I liked both the indoor and outdoor decor and our waitress was friendly and enjoyable to talk to. I already went way off my normal diet during the vaca so I decided to get only vegan food. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were able to accommodate me completely. The vegan ravioli dish was very delicious. Veggie filled ravioli that were so big they reminded me of pierogis. Good bite on the pasta and the insides tasted great. Lots of fresh veggies on top including sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts. The herb sauce was so good that I asked for bread to sop it all up cuz I didn't want it to go to waste. I finished with their vegan cookie dough cupcake, which was delectable. The cake portion was low sugar to offset the high sugar of the frosting and chocolate chips. Make sure to get a little bit of the top and bottom in each bite. I was very impressed by this place. I definitely want to come here again, whether I feel like being healthy or not!!

So as soon as I clicked one star, the website said oh no! What could we do to improve? - What couldn't you do to improve? Let me stop. I say we've been to several other locations of Maggie McFly's and I've always had a very good experience until this time. My husband took me to Maggie McFly's for Mother's Day. I have had bariatric surgery which severely limits my stomach size and I have a card given to me by the doctor to present at restaurants When I wanna request a smaller meal or something that's the senior or children's menu. It's considered an ADA request. So I don't take advantage of this very often, but I noticed that the meal that I wanted to order was on their weekday lunch menu. So I explained my situation to our waiter who went back and asked the manager if he could grant it. I don't believe my request was effectively communicated back to the manager. But she said no. So because that's really what I felt like eating, I said well it's too bad that you won't honor an ADA request but, I guess I'm gonna order the full portion. And I did. It was a bad choice because it was absolutely tasteless. - I ordered the vegan ravioli. It barely had any sort of sauce or oil on it. It was dry, and it was bland. So the entire time we were eating, I was getting more and more annoyed about the fact that they wouldn't honor my request because it is on their menu. It shouldn't have been a big deal. So when the waiter brought the bill over we gave him the card. And then we asked to speak to the manager. She came over with such an air about her - it was borderline rude like we were bothering her. And I looked at her and I said you know I'm very disappointed that you wouldn't honor my request for a smaller portioned meal considering it's an ADA request and I showed her my card and she looked at me and she said well I didn't know and I looked at it and I said ignorance on the laws isn't acceptable in your position. And that I would be contacting management. And she said I'll contact management. She didn't offer to do anything to mitigate the situation, she didn't offer anything at all. I mean, we were done eating and I didn't expect her to but usually as a customer service focused person you do offer something. She just walked away. She should not be in a management role. So the next day I wrote a lengthy letter to headquarters. Who told me that the card given to me by the doctor was incorrect and that it's not an ADA requirement that they provide a smaller meal to me. Per the card I have, it states that they could be fined for it so I'm not sure where the disconnect is - But like I said, my request wasn't off the wall where I was asking for something that wasn't already on their menu. And because of the bad taste that that manager left in my mouth, and my tasteless food. - and then the response from management. We will not be back to Maggie McFly's. There are much better places to eat that offer. Much better customer service.

Love this place! Walked in and was seated immediately. What a menu - options for everyone! Our food was hot, fresh and delicious. The server was kind, attentive and friendly. Overall the place was clean. I'd return and recommend. Parking was easy. Bathrooms were also clean.

"Oh, dirty Maggie Mae They have taken her away And she'll never walk down Lime Street anymore" (The Beatles) The best part of our dining experience at Maggie McFly's was the food. We ordered two sandwiches -a Nashville Hot Chicken with pickles, lettuce, tomato, and a sweet Dijon Aioli served with fries. It was outstanding -a huge slab of fried chicken, nicely spiced on a soft potato bun for $14.95. The fries were so hot they seemed as if they were taken right from the fryer and brought to our table by an Olympic sprinter. A terrific dish. My wife ordered a Turkey Club ($15.95) with a TON of roasted turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, and maple smoked bacon. It came with the same excellent fries. Now on to the other aspects of our visit which were not as good. We were seated at a booth with a wobbly table and sunlight beaming into our faces. After we moved to a different booth, there was some confusion among the staff as to whose "station" we were in. We asked for a water and a Diet Coke, and just the Diet Coke arrived. The water was forgotten. General service was slow and failed our litmus test of a "check back" to see how things were going. There were no offers to refill our beverages, and the final straw was the very piggish charge of $3.45 for my Diet Coke.

Server showed up quickly and took our drink orders. Menu is extensive and should provide plenty of options for everyone. (Pictures of menu included here) We ordered the 5 ounce burger with cheese and fries and the Texas hold em burger with bacon minus tomato and lettuce and fries and the French onion soup. There was a short wait till the soup came out. Nicely covered with melted cheese on top. The soup was good but didn't have the depth of beef flavor and spice texture that I was looking for. There plenty of onions, croutons, and cheese and overall it was okay. The burgers were well cooked and flavorful. They offered two sizes of their standard burgers, 5 or 8 ounces. The smaller size was just right for the person I was with. The cheese seemed to melt into the burger so it wasn't really visible. The hold em burger was large and had onion straws and three slices of very crispy bacon on top. There was a dollop of the bbq/house dressing and plenty of onions straws. The straws were nicely fried but not crispy by the time they reached the table but added a good dimension to the burger. It was good to leave the tomato and lettuce off as the height of the burger made it tough to bite into. The fries were disappointing. They had the right color for being fried and crispy but they were limp and soft. They are clearly are fresh cut from large potatoes but really need to be fried longer to get that crispy crunch you'd expect. Told the server that and was told to ask for the fries extra crispy. Overall not a bad first trip. We'll go back and try some other things on the menu and see what extra crispy fries are like.

We've been visiting this location around 10 times in the last few months. The service was pretty good and the food is always good. Tonight the script was flipped. Our frequent bartender Hailey was totally opposite in personality to us as she had been in the past. She ignored us completely and was chatting it up with everyone on either side of us. I had to wave my arms twice to get her attention. Her manager boss was working along side of her and she was nothing short of a cigar store Indian! Totally dismissive. Between them both and for whatever reason their lack of attention to two repeated customers, I'm all set on this restaurant. Too many other options to deal with this level of rudeness.

The burger seemed kindve mushy which isn't really my style. Normally I'd take home leftovers but wasn't feeling this one. The house chips were decent but the dip was similar to any of the store bought stuff in my opinion. The sangria also kindve just tasted like red wine and pineapple juice. Server was mostly attentive, though as someone who served prior I would bring out ketchup automatically with burgers and fries, I'd eaten a quarter of my meal by the time it came out after a few minutes. Staff were very accommodating in moving our table so the setting sun was not in our eyes on our reserved one. Booth was nice and comfy and it wasn't too loud. Overall, I found this restaurant to be okay. I had tried another location a few years ago in MA, and have not really been impressed by this chain. There was nothing wrong though at the same time I don't think this food is necessarily worth writing home about .

I can't remember the last time I was here. The restaurant is located at 320 Buckland Hills Dr. in…read moreManchester. The place is pretty big and has a very high ceiling. Notice the ceiling kegs at the entrance. The music is a variety of music from the 70's to the 80's. For my first drink, I'm high the Lucky Ducky. This is made with Altos Plata Tequila, Malibu Coconut Rum, Absolute Mandarin Vodka, Bols Peach Schnapps, Bols Blue Curaçao, Monin Sweet and Sour, pineapple juice and Starry. I love the prevention! It is served in a bathtub with a floating ducky! This is good. I can't really taste the alcohol but I like the overall taste. The presentation makes the drink. For our appetizer, we are having the Chicken Pot Stickers which are pan-seared filled dumplings, garlic, ginger, yellow chives, soy ginger sauce and slaw topped with rice sticks, sesame seeds and green onions. These are nice! Extra soy sauce and a rice stick topping. For my next drink, I'm having the Grand Patron Margarita made with Patron Silver, fresh orange and lime slices and topped with a mini bottle of Grand Marnier. Grand Marnier is a premium French orange liqueur made from a blend of Cognac brandy, distilled essence of bitter orange, and sugar, created in 1880 by Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle. It has a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of orange, vanilla, and hazelnut, and is typically 40% ABV (80 proof). It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, in cocktails like the Sidecar, or used in desserts like Crêpes Suzette. They use a thinner salt for the rim. Still hard to taste the alcohol (because of the size of the glass), but as I drink it, the Grand Marnier kicks in! These more like it! For my next item, I'm having the Soup (clam chowder) and Salad Combo (House). The soup is hot and comes with crackers. It's good! The salad is good sized with croutons, it is very good! For my entree, I'm having the Enlightened Cherry Chipotle Glazed Salmon which is oven roasted Atlantic salmon in a savory Cherry Chipotle glaze with roasted asparagus and spinach. This is dipped hot! It tastes great! Very unique! Nice presentation! I love it! For my last drink, I'm having the Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned made with Woodford Reserve bourbon, simple syrup and Angostura bitters. Look at this! They use a large ice cube to slow the dilution process! It's nicely garnished and well-balanced. This tastes great! Good job! For dessert, I'm having one of their World Famous Pizookies - Strawberry Shortcake. This is a buttery sugar cookie, fresh strawberries, rich vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream. This is heaven on a plate! Wow! What a great meal here!

We had to give the monster ice cream one we had to give it a try. It was just ok with the blue ice cream. It was gooey with a chocolate chunk cookie, stacked with Rich Vanilla Bean ice cream(blue), Oreo® crumbles and a side of hard-shell chocolate sauce poured on top. Glad we did get to try it before it's gone but our favorite still is the salted caramel pizookie. The service was alittle slow arriving with our order for a Tuesday evening.

We both ordered the veggie omelet which came with country potatoes and toast- we both had rye. All of it was hot and delicious! I had really wanted to try the poutine but I am a vegetarian and sadly, they don't offer it with a mushroom gravy, which I found at two poutine places in Quebec City. I guess there are not enough vegetarians asking for it around here. I gotta say it was super loud in here as the place was packed with a large group. I enjoy a lively atmosphere but it was just too much. I found myself wanting to rush to get out of there as the noise was overwhelming while eating breakfast. I prefer to ease into my day. I can't fault the restaurant for that. It's obvious people love this place and I do too!

Upon entering, we found the wait staff chatting with each other at the seats or serving the handful of customers in the dining room. Decor was heavily coffee influenced-- from the wallpaper to the wall art, it's obvious a cup of joe plays a role here. We ordered a smattering of breakfast dishes and of course, two of the poutine dishes. Overall the food was just ok, not memorable. The pancakes had a nice texture but were largely flavorless; maple syrup helped somewhat but that ended up being the only flavor. Eggs were serviceable, potatoes were fine. The poutine was okay. I've had much better in Canada. Theirs felt like a beef based gravy out on top of French fries, with pockets of cheese curds, which were the better part of the meal. The Quebecois poutine was better, with added ham & veggies to add some complexity. The downside of our visit came as we approached their closing hour of 2pm. The crew started cleaning up and vacuuming around us as we were still eating before close. I had a single cup of coffee, and when I asked for a refill, the waitress apologized and said they poured it out because it was getting close to closing time. Ironic, considering the amount of pro-coffee memorabilia around the restaurant. We hadn't even hit closing but pouring out the coffee while a table was still eating didn't cross anyone's mind. (Nor cleaning around us, passively encouraging us to leave.) The coffee wasn't removed from the bill in recognition that maybe they made a mistake. Overall.. eh. I was hoping for more, but it is what it is. I'm sure it's fine for the regulars, but this wasn't worth the long trip for what I was hoping was a callback to Quebec faire, in Connecticut.
