Since I hosted the event in my home this year, I got to work directly with Adam. The menu he suggested was perfect! He and Seth arrived and took control of getting everything prepared and out buffet-style for people to eat. I was delighted and pleased that Adam understood my dietary restrictions and made portions that fit my needs and kept them off to the side for me. Everyone raved about the food and the friendliness of both Adam and Seth. After the event, they cleaned up the kitchen, stocked our refrigerator with leftovers and follow-ed up to be sure we were pleased with everything. This is the way to host a party!
