each other. By the time I opened the box, they were no longer separate desserts so much as participants in an unauthorized merger. Overall, the food itself showed a lot of promise. The flavors were there. The packaging and takeout process, however, created a domino effect of preventable problems. Separating delicate items, using sturdier containers, and not trying to fit an entire meal into one overworked bag would go a long way toward making the trip home as enjoyable as the food itself. I left hungry for pirozhki, cleaning shakshuka out of my car, mourning a Philip K. Dick novel, and wondering how a takeout order achieved such impressive levels of chaos. Hopefully this feedback helps, because the food deserves packaging that isn't actively working against it.

I liked their Nutella cake. It took another Armenian friend for me to come back here again. As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed by cakes that you can barely see the people behind the counter. Rows of display cases filled with...

pastries, macarons, cake slices, ponchik, perashki, borek, savory pastries, croissants, chebureki, tarts, cupcakes, pavlova, lemon bar, flan, cream puff, cheesecake, tiramisu, creme brulee, cannoli, brownie, cookies, macaroons, something that looks like Indian imarti, baklava, and khachapuri. It's a looooooooottt!!! Manan Signature: Dacquoise cake + honey cake combined. It has chopped walnuts. Not overly sweet. Dangerously delicious. You're not going to want to stop eating this. 5/5 Pistachio Dacquoise Cake: Not sure if that's the actual name on this dessert because it wasnt labeled and when I asked the girl behind the counter, she said "it's like pistachio paste"...it was not. Since it's a dacquoise, it's light with a light crunch/ chewiness. Not too sweet. Generous with the pistachio. 5/5 Khachapuri: It took 40 minutes to make and be served. Hot, fresh and worth the wait. The egg yolk got slightly cooked but it's ok. It worked to my advantage as I'm not a big fan of runny egg yolks which is weird for somebody who likes khachapuri. The crust is crispy perfect for sopping up the egg. Super cheesy and delicious. It's very filling so I had to take half of it home which is not a bad thing. 8 minutes in the air fryer and still tasted fresh! 5/5 Stutted Basturma Roll: Basically, khachapuri topped with thin slices of basturma (aged cured beef). The tomato sauce has a hint of curry. 4/5 Churro Latte: This had a weird after taste. Did not finish. 1/5 They have a section for diners. They have breakfast, pasta, pizza, omelet, crepes, salads, sandwiches, pancake, French toast, and soups on the menu. It's casual. A huge group of older ladies took up half of the dining area. Screeching noises as they moved the tables and chairs, talking loudly which made for an overwhelming experience - not Manan's fault.

I really wanted to leave a glowing review because there were flashes of greatness here. Instead, I seem to have participated in an accidental food-based escape room where the final challenge was figuring out what survived the trip home. First, I ordered beef pirozhki. Apparently they were unavailable and refunded, which is totally understandable. What was less understandable was discovering this only after arriving home. A quick heads-up would have been appreciated, as I likely would have ordered something else. Learning that part of my order had vanished only after unpacking everything felt less like customer service and more like a plot twist. Next, I ordered six lahmajoun meat pies. They were placed in a regular paper bag, which felt like an unusual choice. I've typically received them in pizza boxes or similar containers that keep them warm and prevent them from becoming a game of floppy food Tetris. Three were delicious, but all were cold by the time I got home, likely because they had no real protection or heat retention. Then came the shakshuka. Flavor-wise? Wonderful. Packaging-wise? It appears the container and the bakery box had creative differences. The shakshuka leaked through the container, through the paper bakery box, onto other containers, into the bag, onto my car, and, most tragically, onto my copy of A Scanner Darkly. By the time I got home, I wasn't sure what was food, what was packaging, and what was book. Philip K. Dick would have appreciated the reality distortion; I did not. I've seen this bakery before and always wanted to try it. Now that I have tried it I was a bit disappointed. I'm giving the whole experience a 1 star because honestly it was not what I expected. The atmosphere, energy and overall customer service wasn't welcoming at all. The girls that work there aren't as helpful as you would expect, they'll smile or say hello however they could give more recommendations for items or explain the menu. It wasn't that busy when I was there. And speaking of the menu, it's overly priced. I was a bit distasteful about the fact that a sandwich and undercooked fries was also $17 dollars and that doesn't even include a drink (that's sold separately). Now the pastries were priced a bit steep as well. Over $6 dollars for just a slice of cake...like I can go to Smith's grocery store and get a slice of cake for cheaper. However! The cake was a lemon swirl cake and it was exactly what I wanted in the cake. It was light, moist, and even though it was cold it was still good. Given, I was a bit taken back with the amount of pastries they had on display, you would think the quality would be stale, dry, or even old tasting however that was not the case in my experience. Would I come back again? Honestly maybe once in a blue moon for a pastry however not for anything else. I really wish I could get back my almost $30 dollars cause with the quality of the food and atmosphere it should've been no more than $16/$17 dollars Go if you would like and see how it is.

Apparently, I've been to Manan Bakery (not be confused with Manon) multiple times about 8-10 years ago! I just abruptly stopped going until it became lost from my memory bank. I've had this place bookmarked for awhile. I was overwhelmed with the plethora of choices, but underwhelmed ultimately when it came to the quality. There are so many choices of sweets. And they also serve actual food. I ordered a falafel wrap and narrowed down the sweets to a baklava, honey cake, and crispy Napoleon. I like that there are so many choices. But of the many choices, the few that I tried were just not very tasty. With so many sweets, I can't imagine they make everything fresh daily. That said, the cakes tasted just like that - a bit stale. The honey cake was dense yet lacking in flavor. The Napoleon, while pleasantly crispy, was also heavy and lackluster. Neither cakes actually tasted good. They were not worth the calories. Because I was not impressed with either cakes, I wound up giving away the baklava. I only tried the falafel wrap in terms of food, and that was okay. The falafel was nice and fluffy and flavorful. The rest of the filling in the wrap was okay. I'd rather have the Greek version at Meraki. Overall, I was not impressed with this bakery. I'd choose many other bakeries in Vegas before coming here. It's a shame Van's Bakery closed. Their honey cake was much better.

I've always wanted to try Manan Bakery, so I was excited when I saw the tiramisu buy one get one deal on Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the tiramisu was incredibly disappointing and honestly not tiramisu by any means. What arrived looked completely different from the photos advertised and felt totally misleading. Instead of a traditional tiramisu, I received what was basically plain cake layered with rock hard, completely unsoaked ladyfingers and topped with a bright highlighter yellow lemon-style frosting dusted with cocoa powder. There was no espresso flavor, no mascarpone flavor, no softness or richness that tiramisu is known for. It genuinely tasted and looked nothing like tiramisu. That being said, the rest of the desserts were much better. The strawberry shortcake was okay, nothing particularly memorable or extravagant, but still decent. The chocolate cake was excellent. It had a perfect richness, tons of flavor, and was covered in chocolate flakes that made it feel indulgent without being overwhelming. The rainbow cake was also delicious and probably my favorite out of everything we tried. Overall, very mixed experience. I'd come back for some of the cakes, but I would absolutely avoid the "tiramisu."

I stopped in on Christmas Day to buy chocolate croissants for my family, and I was really disappointed. I've been purchasing your pistachio-filled croissant for the past couple of months, and this is the first time it had barely any pistachio cream. Normally it's generously filled (it's usually oozing), but this one was almost empty. I'm hoping this was just a mistake, because the price hasn't gone down, so I wasn't expecting the filling to suddenly be skimpy. Please let me know if the recipe/portion has changed.

It was my first time having this bakery and I love cake and wanted to try something besides Freed's but I will never go to this place again. It's a very beautiful place inside but the cake I ordered (red velvet slice) for $8 was hard and stale. I did take a bit as soon as I got in my car and when I felt how hard it was I went back inside and the young lady at the counter wasn't too happy with me saying that it was hard and said all the red velvet slices are like that because they have a thick batter she did offer me another slice but continued to say they are all the same, which made no sense bc it still shouldn't taste STALE, red velvet or not. I was very disappointed. They need to not have the cake sitting out all day. Because I believe that's the problem. Some should be on display for people to see but the ones we order should be refrigerated.

HAMOVEH!!! With rows and rows of sweet treats and savory dishes you are likely going to find something you will love & maybe even try something you've never had before! We ordered a variety of desserts such as their macarons, madeleines, and chocolate covered pistachio-kataifi filled cups, we also ordered a couple of burek, some lahmajoun, meat rolls & a chicken roll. Yep!! Maybe don't come in here hungry or you'll go crazy lol! I also had to have the Armenian coffee, which was amazing! Armenian coffee is one of my favorite types of coffee! The service was great! They were friendly and attentive! The cafe/dining area was clean and spacious and beautifully decorated! Their Flower boutique is also attached to the bakery! My husband bought me such a beautiful arrangement of red roses! Desserts and flowers?! What more can a girl want?! I definitely recommend Manan Bakery!!

Great service and selection as always. One of my favorite spots for a sweet treat! The baklava and black forest cakes are amazing.

Decided to try this place based on the reviews. That was a big mistake. The pastries look nice however, have very little flavor. The pastry cream did not have any flavor at all. And that was not whipped cream in the eclair. It was something else because it wouldn't melt. It was very disappointing to spend $36 for tasteless pastries. One & done for me.

My daughter and I were trying to check out a bunch of bakeries in the area. I was asked twice upon entering if I was ready to order before I even moved down the counter. I told her it was my first time there, so I was going to take a couple minutes to look, then I was ignored. When I finally made it to the register, I stood there for several minutes before any of the three staff members acknowledged me. The refrigerator counter was full of endless bakery items including baklava, jelly rolls, tarts, macarons, eclairs, cookies, and the do custom wedding cakes. I was able to pick out a few items before they closed, but I don't expect I'll return. I took a few photos of the interior. read more

Our friends told us about this bakery, raved about it. We've lived in Las Vegas 15 years and never been there. We all decided we'd go the following Sunday. I went on Yelp to read reviews and wondered about the bad reviews. We went in around noon on a Sunday. Was in awe with the abundance of options and everything looked so delicious. I was like a kid in a candy store!! My husband and i ordered the pepperoni pizza boat, chipotle chicken sandwich, a croissant, a mango drink and a Carmel cheesecake. Everything was so delicious!! I've ordered many cakes and desserts from here for several years through Uber eats and today was the first time I actually went in to the location to pick up a special order cake. It is an amazing space that is absolutely worth checking out with incredible lists of sweet and savory treats and beverages. The service is so kind and attentive. I keep trying this place to support a fellow Armenian but i am done- the gata crumbles and is frozen every single time and has no flavor. I complained this time since it's my 4th time coming and the girl tried saying it's cold cause the fridge. I'm a restaurant and bakery owner myself and i know that that is NOT true. Love this place! Their selection can be overwhelming. Some pastries are a hit or miss but everyone has different tastebuds. My favorites are the Nutella Croissant, coconut macaron, Ferraro cake slice, baklava, a fruit cookie, and their savory breads. Their avocado toast and taco salad were delicious all the ingredients were fresh. Although I didn't get to try their refreshers my sister raved about their dragonfruit refresher. Bought two slices of cake. The strawberry cake was fresh but the second slice, the manon which I thought would be even better since it features their name was very disappointing. It was obvious that it was old and sitting out for some time. The bread was stale and was not edible. I had to throw it out. I enjoy this bakery but was disappointed. Please do better. read more

Excellent bakery! Was recommended this place from a colleague and it definitely didn't disappoint. The inside is SPOTLESS. I can always appreciate a restaurant that it looks like I could eat off the floor. The space is large spacious, lots of windows and natural light. Modern & well lit. The coffee selection is great and super tasty. My wife and I got iced lattes less milk extra ice and they were fantastic, not too sweet. Service was also great. Very laid back, we took our time with the menu and the selection and didn't feel rushed. There are so many good things on the menu I would have to come back. The croissant sandwich was perfectly flakey & buttery. Perfect blend of salty & savory. Presentation was great but it tasted even better. My wife got their egg boat and the best way I could describe it is an open face breakfast calzone! 10/10 on both. I really loved the open windows and natural lighting and it was a great place to enjoy some coffee and breakfast with our newborn. Will definitely be back to try some pastries as well! read more

Haven't had their bakery items like cakes or sweet pastries but I have had their savory pastries like the spinach puff, chicken puff and a ham & cheese croissant and they were all delicious! Perfect for lunch or even an afternoon snack. Also, Jess's Iced Coffee (I got sweetness level one) is THE epitome of what a coffee should taste/look like. The interior of Manan Bakery was clean, bright and inviting. Each time I've been here, the girls behind the counter were friendly and they made my coffee just right. Plenty of seating available so it's perfect for a girls' lunch date, meet up spot and it's even quiet enough to bring your laptop in and get some work done. This may have become my weekend iced coffee spot. Thank you! read more

Would not recommend this place at all. I'm a giant sweet tooth place and when I first walked in I was amazed how big and how many options they had. To further expand my experience I had purchased a variety of sweets including one of each eclair, Dubai chocolate pistachio bar, cheese pastry, angel cake slice, chocolate cake slice, and a lemon bar. Let's just say we bit into everything once and left the box of everything alone after that for a week till I finally threw all of it away. Either it was too bitter, too dry, too hard, or just very bland. The funny thing is that my girl and I frequent Paris baguette when we pass by and will continue to do so instead of stopping here again. read more

Visited Manan Bakery for the first time yesterday. It's bigger than I expected and had a wide assortment of treats. I settled on the snickers cake and honey cake. For a $6 slice, I was so disappointed! The flavor was good, not too sweet, but I couldn't get past the texture. It was inedible so after I took a couple bites, I threw the rest away. The honey cake was much better. Thin layers of sponge cake with a cream cheese filling. The bakery itself is cute, there is seating off to the side and they also sell very pretty floral arrangements. Service was quick and friendly. UPDATE: the business owner kindly replied and I didn't realize the Snickers cake was a meringue cake so it's supposed to be crumbly and not a traditional cake. I do wish the employee had warned me because as an avid cake lover, I've never heard of a meringue cake, but I wanted to be fair in my review. read more

this bakery was recommended to me by multiple people. but since it's a bit of a drive, took me few months to officially make my way there. Goods first -large open space bakery/cafe -clean and very well organized -choices for baked goods and sweets are incredible -tried 3 different sweets and baked goods and all were fresh and delicious Could be better -service was a bit slow. Worst costumer service from the manager. We ordered a two level cake for our daughter's birthday. It looked gorgeous. The cake fell apart as we took it to the birthday party. We had no choice but to celebrate and cut the same cake which was wet and had awful texture inside. We reported the issue to the store and surprisingly were told that we were at fault! Delivering it without care! How about the loose and wet texture inside the cake?! These people take no responsibility and are kinda rude! She offered discounts on my next purchase, but I would not even walk into that store again. Shouldn't a cake hold itself for a normal street driving while being delivered? Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - carrot cake and napoleon icing was what we went in to pick up. Both were okay and tasted as expected. The napoleon slice wasn't very flaky so it was slightly disappointing. The recommendation for something less sweet was the kiev cake. It has two layers of meringue with some cream like filling and some nuts. It was actually one of the sweeter slices of cake. Yummy but missed the assignment. The recommendation for a must try was the honey cake and it really is a must try if you haven't had it before. The honey flavor is strong but it doesn't overwhelm the cake. It's heavy but you continue to want to reach for the next bite. Absolutely delicious! Ambience: 5/5 - brightly light and very spacious. Huge counter with all kinds of pastries and desserts. Service: 4/5 - seems like there is a slight communication issue as English didn't seem to be their primary language. Went there Thursday and ordered 1 cream puff and 1 Napoleon. Cost $14.00. I didn't mind thinking you have to pay for quality. However they were the worst I have ever purchased. The cream puff must have been very old, hard as a rock. The Napoleon the same way. I just threw them away. I guess they keep their pastries forever. Went here on our visit to Las Vegas based on reviews and tik toks. We were extremely disappointed. Pros: - Large open space - Clean - Large selection of items Cons: - Nothing we purchased was fresh. Most items were dry and stale. When we told the workers they said it was supposed to be like that. Apparently they keep things frozen/refrigerated. We were told that if we wanted to consume the items right away they would heat them in the microwave to "freshen" them up. What?!? I've never heard that from any bakery! If I was going to consume it right away, they said it would moisten up after 10-15 at room temp .. again what?!? Not only is that absurd, we are in Las Vegas .. where there is little to no moisture in the atmosphere. I guess because the pastries are so dry, the Vegas dry air has more moisture than the baked goods. After a few bites of each item, we had to throw it all away. Asked to speak to a manager. Just like other reviews I was told they left and there was no one in charge. Customer service is non-existent and owners/managers should really look at all aspects of the business from quality control to training the employees. read more

Great place. They have so many pastries, cakes and bread. They have a variety of donuts and cakes. They sell Flatbreads and sandwiches. They also offer different types of coffee. They sell breads in the morning. The service is great. The ambiance is good. They have an adjacent flower boutique. Went there couple years ago when it was just small bakery. Coming back here today I was surprised how much they grow. Literally the whole building is them. They have Luke 5 doors to get in. From outside it seems like they are not even working but when you open the door everything changes. Everything is so nice and well decorated Inside and huge. Selection is also huge from breads, cakes, pastries, pizzas.... there is literally something for everyone. Eventho they said there are vegan options it is actually just Baklava that is vegan. I was expecting more options. Got disappointed there. But they said they can make custom vegan cake but you would have to order in advance. I got there on Sunday around noon. And it was 3 persons ahead of me. And I still waited for more than 20 min. There were 3 young persons behind the register who were extremely Nice but seems like they didn't know what they are doing. They keep apologizing me for wait. Then one person start my order. Then he went to help another person. My order was left on the counter while they were helping someone else. I was ready to pay and go. But no. They were helping someone else. Then the young girl took me to another register so I don't wait. I was paying cash but there wasn't enough cash on the other register. How frustrating. But I keep calm all the time. Didn't wanted this to ruin my day. Little better organization is needed!!! Except from Baklava I got Napoleon cake, Nutella cake and two more that looks super cool to me. Average price per cake is between 5-7 $. We When I got home and had a chance to try them they are tasty but not the freshest. You can feel that crust at the edge of the cake. I go to Manan bakery almost every week and I get the best service. I like to share my experience today with the owner Nara. The most amazing and caring person ever. The beautiful lady who always helps me I ask her for some fresh baklava. Of course without any hesitation she got me baklava fresh out of oven. It was still hot. Poor costumer service ! The first two visit of this place was good but after 2 -3 more try coming in the costumer service still not good . We have all these girls behind the counter that look miserable or hate their job ! and don't even greet their guest or smile or say Hi or help , today they didn't even let me know that the hot tea cup is ready , its been seating in the counter for so long until I went to grab it and the water wasn't that hot anymore and the second issue is my bf been waiting for the coffee I have to go ask if the coffee is ready because it took to long like 15- 20 minutes , we got there first but other guest got their food and beverage- first the girls are just standing, it's a easy job . First initial experience with Manan Bakery was ordering through Postmate years ago. But today my family and i had the pleasure of going to the bakery in person. Manan Bakery is HUGE and beautiful! They offer floral arrangements, large variety of bakery goods (pastries, cookies, cakes, desserts, piroshky, danishes, hot foods), drinks, and indoor/outdoor dining. The customer service was top tier! We were immediately greeted. Each worker was assisting other customers so we took our time to browse around. We were all so amazed by their variety, the looks, and in all sorts of categories! The worker assisted us today was extremely friendly, answered any questions we had, and made recommendations as well. We bought a birthday cake for my brother amongst other desserts as well. It can be easily overwhelming because there's so much to choose from! The prices is per item you choose and is very reasonable considering the size and the type of item you choose. The pasties here are good, but I wouldn't stay here too long because they don't let their customers use there restrooms. I thought all restaurants had to have public bathrooms, but I guess not. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your bakery. Despite my anticipation of a pleasant experience, I encountered multiple issues that have left me dissatisfied. Firstly, previously to arriving to the bakery after the weeks of waiting to pick up, they had lost my order and couldn't find it when I had already paid $$$. Then, the customer service I received was BELOW par. The interaction with your staff lacked professionalism and courtesy, which contributed to a negative atmosphere during my visit. Furthermore, I must bring to your attention a concerning of homophobia, and lack of respect, from you're employees. I observed signs amongst your staff, which is alarming and requires immediate attention to ensure better customer service. As arriving to the bakery, my fiancé and I were ignored while standing in the designated "Pick-up Order" line for approximately 10 minutes and didn't receive any help until I interrupted the employees having a conversation in the back; upsetting them. I then received the cake that wasn't correctly spelt and had to ask them to rectify the error, which caused further dissatisfaction among the employees. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service when patronizing establishments, and unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of these expectations. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and implement necessary measures to improve the overall experience for your customers and ensure better of your employees. I bought a 6" $150 birthday cake for my sister and requested a carrot cake with no raisins multiple times. The representative told me it was no problem to have a cake made with no raisins but to be sure of no raisins (my sister hates them), I simply change the order and confirmed multiple times for the pre-made, no special order or requests Orange Sponge cake with frosting so I would be sure there are no raisins. When I got to the bakery the next day for pickup, they had me sign off on a piece of paper saying that the cake was ok when I got it, but it's not like I could see the inside until I got it home and my sister cut it open and found raisins, which upset her. If I'm paying $150 for a cake and get multiple confirmations that the cake is a certain kind, it's reasonable to expect that kind of cake to be present. I called today and was told that the person who took my order didnt make a note of what I wanted and I signed the paper saying the cake was fine, that clearly I'm wrong because why would I know what I ordered? Lol. I'll include photos of what I picked out, it's an option on their site. Also, when I picked up the cake yesterday, the workers there had bad attitudes and I had to request that they actually close the box and tape it for me. I've never had this kind of experience at a bakery before and I love to go to bakeries. I am sad that I disappointed my sister on her birthday, and then was told that I was wrong because there were no notes of what I requested. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I was initially a huge fan of this place a few months ago, drawn in by the fantastic food nearby at Shish Kabob (10 out of 10!). However, my recent experiences have left me disappointed. I used to love their macarons and pastries, but when I visited right before my birthday to taste-test their cakes, I was informed they didn't offer that. The service has also taken a hit - my caramel macchiato was just caramel and milk. On Nov 1st, 23, I decided to give them another shot and ordered a chocolate mousse slice, but it tasted old. This prompted me to explore other bakeries. Unfortunately, my husband spent over $200 on two floral arrangements from this place for me. While they looked fine on the day he bought them (Nov 4th), the next day they were already wilting. Two days later, they looked terrible. Had a birthday party for my nephew, and called several different places. A lot of the other places I spoke with were rude and didn't seem like they were genuine about helping me find the perfect cake for my nephew. Then I found Manan Bakery and they were perfect!! Not only was I more than pleased with the customer service, but the cake looked and tasted AMAZING!! Everyone at the party loved the cake!! My nephew even asked if we could "make another one". I love the variety of choices--so many different types of delicious sweets to choose from!! From macaroons, to cheesecake, baklava, and chocolate cups, Manan Bakery has got it all!! Came here with my boyfriend and they offer free pastry or cookie when you do a review on yelp. I just came here for my boyfriend, he's a big fan of European pastries. He really enjoyed his macaroons. There's one cake I really like but didn't have the chance to get it again because they didn't have it. Kiss cake. I can't believe that this people can work in this sweet place .I wonder how the owner keep them there!!! I order a vegas night cake ,it was so dry ,so horrible,it was a month old,not excuse me a year old!!! You can break your teeth.I think to call to the health department !!!!! read more

this place has a good rate on yelp so I wanted to try their cakes. Really nice cakes, huge variety of different flavors. I tried chocolate mousse cake, macaroons and pecan cake. Fresh, soft with delicate taste! And service also very nice and friendly. Later we ordered cake for our colleague and it was so delicious and beautifully decorated. So far 5 star for Manan! read more

I would take a picture of what got but we already destroyed it bc it was soooo good! my grandma & I bought 2 strawberry shortcake slices, a tiramisu, a lemon cake slice and some cookies. The strawberry shortcake was AMAZING! i'm not big on sweets but i'd eat that any day, the cookies are extremely soft they literally fall apart. most definitely coming back soon! read more
