Inguss walked me through the process and in no time I bought my Sealy Posturepedic Firm Mattress and Ergomotion adjustable base w/ wireless remote. So I moved into Pleasant Hill two weeks ago, have been sleeping on a futon since then, and I have a terrible lower back. I have known for a long time that I should get a soft Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt with an adjustable base one day...but should I make the big decision now, or save some money and go with a short term commitment? Should I get a Queen, which is more than enough bed for me (I live alone at the moment), or should buy a King size that I can continue to use comfortably as I start a family? He was polite and quick the whole way through, even managing to process my paperwork while assisting an elderly couple in identifying the best mattress for their side-sleeping achy backs without delaying either of us much. Buyer be ware. Ordered a couch form them, yes a couch, and we were told it would be at the showroom in 2 weeks when we ordered it. We called at 3 weeks and they told us it would be January before the couch was in. We called in January and they just told us it won't be available until June. The couch was paid for at time of purchase. The salesperson we just talked to was rude, disrespectful, arrogant, and could care less about customer service. All he cared about was how he did not get his dishwasher from Home Depot, like that mattered to us. Avoid this store at all cost!!! If I could give zero stars I would. read more

We purchased a bedroom suite back in may. It has been one issue after another. The 1st. Delivery was to bring the whole set and be set up. First problem, the headboard and side boards were scratched,dented and just unacceptable so they were going to set it up anyways to have until they could deliver a new one. Then, no hardware so it is back to sleeping on the floor. 2nd. Delivery with the headboard and such, they bring all of the pieces into the bedroom to set up and what do ya know, they sent the wrong pieces so now again to back to sleeping on the floor. Now they are telling us we cannot get delivery until Aug. 7th. What the heck. We have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor since May. We will never again purchase any furniture from Ashley. read more

I bought my new bed yesterday from Mancini's Sleepworld in Concord, CA, and I'm very impressed. I'm 64, so I've bought a few beds in my lifetime, and Inguss was THE BEST bed salesman I've ever encountered. I've never seen a guy work so hard - he even swapped mattresses with the adjustable frame I was considering so I could experience exactly what it would feel like if I bought both. He also took the time to show me several options, and he was very patient in answering my many questions. I don't write a lot of Yelp reviews, but Inguss deserves every bit of praise and commendation. I hope Mancini's recognizes his value and rewards him accordingly. My new bed is wonderful. John my sales person was excellent. I was disturbed when I questioned the drivers about the pay and benefits they receive and found that they are salaried employees. They work for as long as it takes to empty the truck. Often far over 8 hours. No overtime. Mancini is doing well. I believe they should be far with there drivers.
