She gave us our space in trying them out but constantly checked in with us to see if we had questions. We spent 2 hrs in there going bed to bed. We never felt rushed or pushed. It has been a year since we bought our Tempurpedic Mattress and frame and other items at this store. My experience here at this store still bothers me to this day and so much that I am writing this review. Avoid Suni. This woman stalked us in the store and it was harassment. I was so bothered that she kept following us in the store while my husband and I discussed our needs and wouldn't let us talk privately that I spoke specifically to John. He was so kind and helpful and not pushy at all. Suni saw me talking to John then went to talk to my husband! Just inappropriate and unprofessional on so many levels. I was furious that John had to split our commission sales with that snake. I need to get a new bed for my daughter but I will not be going to this store. Let me start by saying, I don't write bad reviews. EVER. Unfortunately, that ends today. I purchased an Aireloom mattress and a Mancini Sleepworld adjustable base at their location on 7850 Dublin Blvd, CA, and Vanessa helped me. When their delivery guys came, they reinforced what Vanessa had said--that the mattress and base would work if I put it on a platform frame that I already had. The base started giving problems within days. Vanessa said she'd call the repair company. She never called me back. I called the company. After a month of getting the runaround, they send a repairman. When he arrived, he told me he didn't have time to look at or fix the bed and would have to come back. The ridiculousness with this company is too much to list here. Let's just say, it's going on 3 months, and the base still hasn't been fixed, and no one has come out again. And they said the base wouldn't work on a platform frame. And the repairman can't touch it if it's on any frame--the same one Mancini said was okay. Then this week, when I asked for an update on repairs, they said they didn't have the part and that it was on backorder. Wait. What? How do you know which part is needed if you don't know what's wrong in the first place? Then when I wanted to return the mattress--which was already sagging and making my back pain worse--Vanessa said it had to be my pillow. She asked me to send pictures so she could troubleshoot. Stupid me. I did. I'm still waiting for her to call back. I called again and insisted on returning the Aireloom mattress, which by now was sagging so badly that when my partner and I got in bed, we rolled to the middle and were stuck there ... on a brand-new mattress ... with average-sized people. Maybe it's the pillows. Finally, when they came to pick up the bed, I was charged a $99.95 return fee and a 3% service fee--something I had asked Vanessa about on day one, and she laughed it off, saying they didn't charge for returns. Righttttt ... So now, I'm paying for a base that doesn't work, and I wouldn't be getting a full refund on the mattress. Pray you don't have issues on the backend of a sale with Mancini Sleepworld. Pillows can only take so much blame. read more

Our experience with Mancini had its share of ups and downs. Understandably, things can and sometimes do go wrong - You just roll with it. Included with our purchase were waterproof mattress protectors; they turned out not to be. Thankfully, we were able to clean our very expensive mattress ourselves and asked for a refund on the defective cover NOT the mattress. I was told it was a warranty issue and 'we don't give refunds.' It's unfortunate when speaking with the store manager (Suni) to have your concerns met with disinterest, and a chant of 'call customer service.' Fortunately we caught the NON-waterproof protector in time before any permanent damage was done. It could easily have been a very expensive purchase ruined, and an entirely different matter. read more

GOOD NEWS!!!! This is by far the best place to get your new bed!!! The entire staff is completely professional, friendly and not at all overly aggressive or pushy like most other mattress stores!! I worked with Sunni, who is absolutely terrific!! She does an amazing job as manager!! So personable, attractive, knowledgeable and utterly refreshing!!! I think this is the best bed store because of three reasons... A) The staff knows their stuff! You will have no problem getting your questions answered. B) The company is so obviously well established, the brands are excellent, the warranty is the best, the prices are the most reasonable and fair, (probably because they sell lots of beds). I know!! When you go in- ask for Chris Berry! If there were a mattress super hero, this would be the guy. I shopped around at quite a few places before Mancini's Dublin, and Chris provided the best service hands down. He really listened to me and didn't try pressuring me into anything out of my budget. I walked away with a fantastic deal on a high end mattress that I never thought I'd be able to afford. But that's not the best part. I came in the day before my move, and Chris went above and beyond to ensure I had a bed to sleep on right away. Since normal delivery would have taken a few extra days, he drove the mattress himself and carried it up two flights of stairs in the rain. We love Mancini's Sleepworld! We went there yesterday and we encountered the nicest salesperson named Craig Colli. We felt very comfortable talking to him. He did not pressure us at all to buy a bed or upsell. Instead, he told us to try the beds in the showroom. He also talked to us about his love of a Filipino dish called Dinuguan. Wow, Where does one start. First time ever reviewing any business or anything for that matter. I should probably wait until this matter gets settled but why not start. Ok here we go!!! Bought a really nice mattress that we loved but unfortunately it started sagging. Called Mancini and they sent out an inspection person that was really nice and professional, he took the needed measurements and in one day sent me a manufacturer defect letter to take to Mancinis to replace mattress. ( All awesome so far). When I called Mancini they said Aerloom doesn't make this mattress anymore so they will issue the sale price that I received ($2199.00 ) towards a new mattress which means I need to pay anywhere between $500 and $1200 to get a mattress eqivelent to the one I purchased. Spokes with James sales guy for Mancini and being a salesman myself told him we aren't going to agree on this so Ill need to take a different avenue to make this right. He then didn't want to end the conversation and told me ( the customer ) that I "wasn't thinking properly." My blood pressure then jumped a 100 pts or so with a couple F bombs directed towards the conversation. ( James if for some reason you read this my apologies for that) in the future try not to tell the customer they are wrong. Anyways Im proceeding with calling the manufacturer to see their take on this cause All I wasn't is the equivalent mattress replacement for the defective one that I purchased with zero extra cost or commissions be made. If for some reason Mancinis steps up and does the right thing I WILL definitely let everyone know that as well. My son needed a new mattress. He had done his research on the various brands: Sealy, Serta, Tempur-pedic. We went to Mancini's first and met Suni Nutakki. She was very nice, not pushy, and asked my son a lot of questions on his sleep preferences. She showed us a special computerized system that was tied into a mattress that my son laid down on. It took his body measurements and where his pressure points were.The system recommended a firm mattress. My son has chronic back issues and after trying several different makes and model, he settled on a firm Tempur-pedic. We were quoted a price, and delivery schedule. We enjoyed the entire experience with Suni. Not once did we feel she was not being honest with us, or didn't know her product lines. We did leave to scout out 3 other stores, but none of them could match the professionalism and sincerity of Suni. We returned that same day and placed our order. We got delivery next day, and also two pillows as our bonus. We appreciated the support we received when we encountered a problem in our delivery. Suni was very helpful and I did not have to spend time justifying why I was calling. She ensured the sale and the after sale was as customer focused as possible. Too many times, sales people go all out to win you for the initial sale but forget about the importance of service after the sale.
