I ordered the tenderloin over the huancaina risotto and it was a huge portion (not a lunch menu item). The sauce was a bit salty so I did not take it "to go", just the delicious risotto and the tenderloin chunks. Three friends ordered the "trio" sampler with ceviche, fried calamari and some risotto; a couple friends ordered the sautéed chicken with white rice and French fries that looked spectacular, and a couple other friends ordered the fettuccini in huancaina sauce with the breaded chicken filet that was a humongous dish and very yummy! And I asked to have my onions cooked well and they obliged. My onions were perfect, cooked but with a slight crunch. I was a bit disappointed in the tacu tacu. I thought it was a tad dry. The gravy did help, but I didn't have enough and didn't think it possible to ask for more. Next time I will ask for extra gravy and stick with plain rice. They charge an extra 4% to use a credit card. (Something that has been cropping up a lot in restaurants.) We managed to dig out $65 cash between us to pay the bill. I guess we have to start carrying more cash, or pay the extra charges.
