    Spicy Chicken Teriyaki
    Marissa R.

My partner's spicy chicken was good, but I unfortunately got a bit sick from the tofu yakisoba. The portions were very generous, but it was a little pricy (just over $35 for the both of us). No AC inside, but there are tables. Service was very friendly.

Normally I go to another teriyaki joint up on 15th but wanted to try Manna out since it's in the neighborhood. Walked in on a sunny weekday evening and ordered chicken katsu to go. It's your typical teriyaki joint - small and clean, with photos on the menu. Came to $17 and some change before tip. Waited less than 10 mins and was on my way. To my surprise, Manna gives out a large portion of katsu but the rice portion is quite small. They didn't even fill the rice to the top of the box. Katsu is crispy and flavorful! Next time I'll just ask for extra rice.

This has been 4th or 5th time since its been like this. I am not sure if the management/ owner has changed recently, but I mean... what is up with the portion of the rice and salad in the box here?? I've been very patiently observing for a few months and this is not acceptable. Please be consistent. Thanks. Your regular customer,

Stopped in after finding out Tubs had moved to Bothell. It's a very standard Teriyaki joint. I got the Chicken & Gyoza, the service is prompt and friendly. The food is definitely solid. It's exactly what you're looking for if you want a little 'yaki. Clean interior, seating is a little limited. But try them!

It's been a few years since I have been here but the most recent visit was a success ! Great spicy chicken and regular - Teriyaki snob here as well so I will just put that out there - Everyones prices are going up and this joint is no exception but legit teriyaki, quick service and large portions. Enjoy -

Cook put left overs back on the grill to serve again! Unethical, likely food health violation. Won't go back.

Getting here will be a relief since you don't have to worry about finding parking in their spacious parking lot, which is shared with many other surrounding businesses. Inside is pretty casual with several tables to sit and hang around, along with one long table where you'll be close to some foliage as my friends and I were. Menu has a variety of items including milk tea, coffee, smoothies and fresh milk. Speciality and possibly seasonal drinks were also advertised around the counter and near the front. Staff at the front take your order and ask about ice and sweetness levels if the drink you order calls for that. There is also a ramen bar to the right-hand side of the front counter you can use after purchasing instant ramen at said front counter. I got myself the Mustache milk tea with 50% sweetness and ice, with regular boba. This is very standard for milk tea but it's also the perfect baseline for their other drinks. The tea is floral and the milk added does not detract from the drink. 50% sweetness is perfect for this drink, as any sweeter would have been too much for me. My friends enjoyed their other drinks, though they all got stuff from various parts of the menu. Pretty decent and nice place to chill, hangout and have some good boba! If I'm around the area, I'll come back for their other milk tea flavors!

Small business, locally-owned and operated (second location in Lynnwood!). Now for the tea: very good. We got the pineapple green tea with lychee jelly, and the peach osmanthus oolong, 50 percent sugar in both. Quite sweet at 50 percent - I don't think I would do 100 percent here. We'll be back for a longer hang, and a ramen snack...

Food & drink: (3/5) I've been a loyal lover of the milk cream strawberry since my very first visit, but for some reason it just isn't as good as I remember it being. I would say it's just fine now that I've noticed that they've gotten more watered down. I do enjoy that they still use fresh fruit, but would probably only come back if I was invited by a friend. My partner still really likes his usual which is the mango pomelo sago. I think it's one of their best sellers and is a pretty safe order if you don't know what to get. We didn't get any this time, but I do like their mochi. If you've acquired the taste, the durian mochi is solid. I got the Triple Supreme Matcha Latte and ordered on the heytea app instead of waiting in the line to order. After placing my order, the app said there were 50 drinks ahead of mine in the queue, and about a 20 min wait. Staff were accommodating of my reusable cup and were, after some initial hesitation, able to serve my drink in my glass tumbler instead of the plastic cup. Thanks for supporting sustainability even while it was super busy today! The Triple Supreme Matcha Latte was really good, consisting of a strong matcha latte with matcha mochi and matcha jelly. The mochi is very soft and the jelly adds a nice texture to the drink.
