Ordered the Greek salad-if you're looking for a healthy, fulfilling and flavorful option, this is it. So good. Daughter had grilled cheese with fries-she loved it. Also has the strawberry crapes with their vanilla cream cheese-soo good! The waiter that tended to us was working hard, was so attentive and that just sealed our experience. Ever since the lockdown in 2020 we've been ordering Friday morning breakfast. At first we had it delivered and then did curbside. Michelle always promptly delivered to our car as soon as we arrived. We still do carryout, I call ahead. The food is always ready, hot and perfect. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming, they even call me by name! Mary and Penny are always happy and ask how we're doing. From the delicious food (love the presentation) to the friendly hard-working staff, you can't ever go wrong. The food is amazing, I've gotten a couple different things (pancakes, blueberry pancakes, French toast, bacon) everything is always soo good! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. The blueberry pancakes had tons of real blueberries, not the fake dried out kind found in some baked goods. The bacon was a nice in-between of crispy and soft. We have been to this place more than a few times, we love breakfast on weekends. Their food is great and portions are very generous. Today I was very disappointed to walk in and request an empty booth on a corner, we have a 4 year old and a 4 month old and like to stay out of the way of other people and a booth it's just always easier for us, the host decided that this booth could fit 9 people (got to squeeze them pretty tight) and said we should wait por a smaller booth or pick any other table, the place was not busy when we came in, we had the same booth before with my mother in law and a couple of other kids, it's barely enough room for 7 people much less with a car seat between us, regardless of anything, I hope a party of 9 showed up since you list a customer who loved your pancakes and skillets. Absolutely delicious pancakes. Some of the best I've had. They have great service (our waitress was named Donna and she was one of the nicest waitresses I've had.) Our waitress was Theresa, she was perfect! Thoughtful and kind along with efficient. We loved the cream of chicken soup. Then ordered the Go banana waffles. They tasted amazing! Very family friendly! My family has been coming here for years! It's still one of our favorite breakfast spots. I usually get the Eggs Benedict or Apple Cinnamon Stuffed French Toast. They are delicious! Their pancakes are INCREDIBLE. The food is always nice and warm and the wait for your food is not that long at all. Maybe 10-15 minutes at most. The staff is super friendly. Some long-term waitresses recognize my family. I'm waiting for the day they expand because as they've grown in popularity, the wait times has goten longer. FIRST GO TO BREAKFAST PLACE... I worked in restaurants for 20 plus years and I am a good cook, I am picky and an awful customer. At least I am honest.. I am honestly a servers worst nightmare, and I tip accordingly. Started out asking for a table was told counter available. Said I would wait at the counter till table is available, hostess directed me to a chair near by to wait untill a table is ready. No sitting at counter to enjoy a coffee till table ready?? Humm. Server service SPOT ON. Every ONE working together helping each other. Cooks are communicative and respectful and servers the same. Manager (Joanne) justed jumped right in to help out, Especially at the pass expediting. I didnt see any waisted food. Nothing came back. Thats unheard of in a busy place and I was there almost 2 hours on a sunday. I want to work here!! Okay enough about me review time. Coffee good (not watered down or bitter) and hot, first time I asked for milk for coffee and got it.. cup never reached the middle, was topped off every time a server walked by. Asked to taste country gravy.. recieved a huge sample. Garvy was as good as mine. Had flavor was creamy with sausage wat hot but not so hot you burned your mouth. Ordered the Country Benedict with scrambled eggs, hash browns. Was a generous proportion 2 of us could have shared and been full. Eggs were scrambled perfectly, not runny or over cooked,brown. Sausage brown, but not burnt very tastey. Hash browns were more like fried potatoe slices. I love fried potatos. I would add seasoning and oil, but honestly they were perfect also. I was good only eat 1/2. But did order a pancake. Came with 2. I was good only eat 1.... and a 1/2. I havent been to a good mom and pop restaurant for years. This quickly became my families favorite go to spot for breakfast when we moved into the area. Then COVID hit and we were worried that our favorite small neighborhood place would get hit. We ordered from them when everything was closed and the quality was still amazing. Now that we are starting to reopen they have s tent set up in the parking lot. It is the perfect place for a summer morning meal. Everything is served in to go containers to ensure safety. The good is still amazing. So let me start with saying our party of 5 started out at the View and was rudely approached about my Dunkin' coffee- so we left . If you know a Dunkin' drinking person it's upsetting .. we then went to Maple & Jam which had never been before and let's just say I still brought my Dunkin' and was asked politely to pour into a cup at the table. The wait, even when busy, is never ridiculously long. They have a good waiting system and they contact you via phone when your table is ready, so you do not have to be worrying about missing you name being called, they text and call you just to make sure. My daughter loves their waffles fully loaded with fresh strawberries, bananas, whip cream and powder sugar. I enjoy their philly steak skillet with their amazing pancakes. This is an ok place to eat . I went today with my cousin and i found our waiter had an attitude . Ok whatever . He had trouble bringing our correct order . Then I found a hair in my food. I told him about it and he took it back and brought me a new one , didn't apologize or seem like he cared one bit . When he brought me a new one he just placed it in front of me and just left , didn't ask if I needed anything else . Didn't seem sympathetic. At that point I was angry .
