I waited about 30 minutes because I didn't want to be impatient or keep bothering the staff. After checking back, I found out those bags had actually been the orders I was waiting for the entire time. Not only was my order apparently sitting there the whole time, but there was no apology or sense of urgency. The only response I got was, "I didn't know." Very disappointing customer service and a complete lack of attention to pickup customers. I wasted 30 minutes waiting for an order that was already prepared.
