Very upset with the maintenance department. we switched doing our maintenance from MK Smith to here, after making an appointment early friday morning, hoping to have an answer by the end of the day we were told they will not even touch or look at our car until Monday and will not provide us a loaner in the meantime. I have never experienced this at a dealership mechanic. They are always very accommodating and provide a loaner or at the very least, some sort of transportation. My husband and four-year-old were stuck at the dealership with no help and I had to change my plans and drive 45 minutes to go pick them up. And now we are stuck with one vehicle for an entire weekend. We are definitely going back to MK Smith in n Chino since they always offer a loaner even if it's just for the day. read more

Omar took great care of us, didn't try to get too personal or artificially friendly, and was 100% up front and honest about everything from the start. He was the real deal. And knowing that really helped. Contrary to the above example, I walked out with far more vehicle than I hoped for, for a price that was right in my comfort zone. Made an appointment to get my canister purge valve replaced under warranty as this is a common issue with traverses. I called and spoke to a service representative twice in the days leading up to my appointment to ensure they had the necessary parts to fix it. I arrived prepared to work from their site all day as my car was getting fixed just to be told that it would have to be left there and that there were 13 other cars in front of mine. I don't understand why it couldn't have been told to me in any of my calls that I would have to leave the car for days. What is the point of scheduling an appointment 5 days out just to be told there are too many cars ahead so we can't even look at it until maybe tomorrow. They were very unhelpful and the man I spoke to in person was unclear and rude. Won't be coming back. read more

7/8/25 Update: I see Greg or Lloyd, the general manager and his response to my review in which he has absolutely 0 facts about the experience of both MYSELF and my Husband. Greg or Lloyd, it seems as though you did not take the time to follow up with your employees about the situation or my experience so let me repeat some crucial facts. 1. I filled out the credit application as the transaction was going to be under my name. I was the one who had their credit pulled. And MY issue with your business and staff is that I was first told it would be run, then told that they did not run my credit. So I did my own investigation to find out that they did in fact run my credit. I have no issue with that as that is what I gave permission for. However, my issue is that either your staff has no idea what they are doing, or they are trying to lie for whatever reason to make it seem like they did not run my credit. Maybe as a way to not give me a solid number on paper for my interest rate and payments? I have no idea. It's just very unprofessional and very unsettling that they continued to flip flop with a simple procedure. 2. We were not looking for a combination of incentives or deals. The problem that I have is that you have people texting us telling us of these VIP incentives and vouchers etc., but when we get there your staff has ABSOLUTELY no idea of what we are talking about. Sounds a lot like false advertising to me. 3. I had NEVER indicated that I did not want to be part of the purchasing process. As mentioned earlier, it was MY name on the credit report, as this car was for ME. My husband was there to assist with negotiations and obviously make sure it was a good deal, as he should. Once again, you either got false information from your staff or you did not take the time to look into my experience at your business. Please do not put words in my mouth, as that couldn't be farther from the truth. My husband was taken to another office separate from where me and my three children were, as we cannot cram into a space that small. We are just a large family looking to upgrade to a car that can accommodate our size. We had high hopes that we could go and make a deal based off of what your marketing team was promising us. Had we known there were no incentives like the ones they were offering, we definitely would not have dragged our 3 kids over an hour away, to your business, on a Saturday afternoon. 3. I see that in your response to my review you didn't comment on the vulgar customer service that your staff provided. Seeing as how your manager thought it was okay to insinuate sexual behavior, with his hands, while talking to a customer, I am happy that I stayed outside of the office with my children. I hope your business doesn't encourage that type of behavior as it is most unprofessional and enough to not only keep us away, but to encourage others not to go to your facility. Anyways Greg or Lloyd, whoever you are or whichever name you go by. I hope that this reply clears up a lot of the misinformation you were given or just the lack of information you had.
