My husband and i have been shopping around for a Yukon xl at4. Just before 11:30 today, my husband called this dealer and spoke to Anthonny regarding one that we found online. My husband provided the stock number and asked if it was available. Anthonny advised that it was indeed available and asked when we could come down to look at it. My husband advised it would be about an hour to get out there (we live in north Orange County). Anthonny then proceeded to tell him that he'd pull it aside, have it washed and gassed up so that we can test drive and possibly take it home.. (email attached below for proof of appt time that was made) We got loaded up (2 kids and a newborn) and made the drive out to Ontario. Upon arrival, Anthonny came out, said hello, and said he would go grab the vehicle. A few minutes went by, and he came back and informed us that the car was not on the lot and that it was a demo car that was being used by the owner's wife. He then proceeded to tell us that he had pulled the car aside for us; but that he was not able to hold the key (implying that from the time we called to the time we got there, she had come and borrowed the car) He then tried to sell us on a AT4 Ultimate; which is another 20k and did not help the situation. He could clearly tell that we were frustrated, and went to "make a phone call". While he was gone, another gentleman Alazar came in and talked to us. In doing so, he clarified that the vehicle was never on the lot and the owners daughter was driving it. As a family owned dealer who strives for customer satisfaction, this was a very frustrating and avoidable experience had Anthonny actually taken the time to make sure the vehicle was there. We wasted almost three hours of our day and ended up with no vehicle.. will not be recommending this dealer to friends or family.

Went here after going to 2 other dealerships in my area , called the day before made my appt with Max and drove in this am to Anthony my service advisor and he got my car in the system and it went back about 8 am. Anthony said about 2 1/2 hours I waited for my car I did not drop off. Exactly at 9:40 car was completed. Not bad at all, 1 hr and 40 min. I was so pleased. Car is good and I was happy enjoyed the free coffee and relaxed a bit. Thank you Anthony for making my First experience excellent with your dealership. I'll see you in 6000 miles!

Jose Enciso was amazing! I worked with him all day today and told him I didn't want to be stuck waiting around to sign paperwork. He kept his word--called me when everything was ready, and I walked in and was out within 30 minutes with my new truck. Thank you guys!

Showed up to look at some Cadillacs. Met with Jose Enciso who was a great salesperson for us. He was able to answer all our questions, showed us multiple vehicles and we never felt rushed discussing the car info or financing. Beware of the new Tahoes. Apparently if you have a brake squeak there is "nothing they can do about it" even though GM has a technical service bulletin for it.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Thomas Bautista helped me get my truck I wanted and made the process possible. Thank you!

5 stars overall for pricing and customer service! I bought my first electric car yesterday and Jonathan Villa was the one who sold it to me. Jon was very helpful, not pushy, and gave me the best deal on the Lyriq. I was only planning to test drive the car, did not even bring my checkbook, but boy, the deal I got was- I could not leave the dealership without the key. Larry Lee from Finance was very helpful and detailed explaining extended warranties to us on the car. He was very thorough, though I did ask him to give me 24-48 hours to think it through as it was a lot of information. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership! I came to this dealership late in the evening after looking at other places for vehicles with third rows. I was told about this dealership from a cousin that already bought a vehicle here. Mark Christopher auto center had a great selection to begin with, the salesman, Willy Mejia was super helpful and knowledgeable when showing us our options. He stayed late to help close the deal, great guy. Financing was easy too thanks to Em Nunez and Ray Khoury. There whole process was smooth from beginning to end. This was me and my wife first time buying a car EVER! I was in the market looking for a GMC elevation and every dealerships kept giving me high prices out the door no negotiations... I found this dealership that's 30 mins away from my house (I'm in riverside) and decided to call here about a GMC I really liked. Got connected to salesman Jason and instantly told me a lot of details about the car and we negotiated at a fair price!!! And actually the best price I got and found !!!! Went there the same day check the car out and loved it. Jason was very helpful and didn't rush me at all, he was very understanding and funny lol. I decided to buy the car and Jason explained everything I mean EVERYTHING! About the process, I never knew a car sale can go this smooth without any gimmicks or bumps. I have tried reaching out to this place for the better part of a month and a half trying to get my 2017 Chevrolet Trax looked at and a recall fixed. I made 3 attempts at communication and left my cell number and email each time. When I contacted them the third and final time and explained my situation, all I was told was, "our deepest apologies", which didn't feel sincere at all, and when I asked if there's a timeframe for when I could expect a callback or email, they said they don't have one and promptly ended the communication. It has been nothing short of frustrating dealing with this place and I do not recommended it in the least bit if you need help with recalls. They just don't care. read more

I left a review last week and Jeff Rizzi from Mark Christopher replied to my review as you all can read leaving me his personal number to call regarding my experience and current issue. So I did call leaving him my number and a message regarding his reply to my review . And he didn't even bother to speak to me but just referred me to the service writer telling him to call me cause I had some concerns about my truck. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. great customer service Mr Rizzi. Well folks if this don't confirm to you this place is horrible cause it definitely does for me then I don't know. I've read most of the reviews on here and the pattern is when you're buying a vehicle the customer service is on point . Why cause they want your business/money once you drive away and any problem with your vehicle CAUSE YOU WILL HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT TRUST ME. The technicians at Mark Christopher Chevrolet are the worst in the business. I had to pay $3500 for a new radiator on a 2021 GMC Sierra. And they didn't put my vehicle back together correctly. I'm almost 100% sure The technicians is the reason I had to pay Such a high amount for Their lack of attention to detail. i've always taken my vehicle there, so I'm not sure why they didn't catch that problem along time ago.They will never get my business again. I wouldn't recommend going there to get your next car. If you do be careful what they offer you first and then end up being a different. I understand the fact things do change in every scenario. But these guys aren't straight forward. This place is a no Go !! Be careful Their team needs to be better trained and have same words. They don't like ppl who know a better buying their industry. They went all out, figured out my needs and gave some great options! The following time I went back to get my parents a car, Cesar and Anthony were off, so Angel helped me, and he went above and beyond, got them the perfect suv for their needs! My experience is yet to be over but I made an appointment for service online and made an appointment for Friday. I arrived with my vehicle and was told they would not check my car until Monday. I did not want to leave my vehicle all weekend so they told if I left it they would check it Saturday and that I would get a call on Saturday letting me know what was wrong. But I was wrong. No one called. When I realized no one was going to call, I called and they were closed. So now my car was going to be there until Monday. Monday morning I get a text from the service advisor who told me everything that was wrong with my car. Of course it's expensive since it's a dealership but I agreed to pay and have them fix my car. At 12 pm I texted the same service advisor asking for a time as to when my car would be ready and he said he would let me know. At 4 pm he still hadn't told me so I sent him a message asking for an update. He did not reply. At 5 pm I called the service department and no one answered so I left a Voicemail. At 7 pm I called the service department and again had to leave a voicemail. Still waiting...I guess these people do not think about inconveniencing their costumers since I have to use someone else's car to go to work and need to make sure someone is available to take me to pick it up when it is ready. read more

I do not live anywhere near this dealership, just fyi. A year and a half after the purchase my car has a failure that needed to be towed to a dealer and handled over a weekend. I was trying to get help from my local dealer, who is a Hyundai/Genesis dealer and the other nearby Genesis only dealer in Palm Springs. Neither would do much of anything to help because this failure happened over the weekend. Mind you this failure made the car totally undrivable and left me stranded on the road in over 100 degree temps with my 2 dogs in the car. Sadly Genesis concierge service is also not available all weekend so I was on my own to get this figured out. I had to end up calling AAA to get the car towed to my home because Genesis roadside was closed. I called the 2 close by dealerships to received the car but since it was a Sunday I was told that the car could not be received until Monday which makes no sense. I was getting on a plane the next day and needed a loaner car which neither of my dealerships would help with. I called Ontario at about 5 mins before they closed and a salesperson picked up. He went so beyond the call of duty to help me. He got the sales manager involved and they called the Palm Springs manager to make sure I was taken care of right away. They also offered to have my car picked up in La Quinta (1.5 HOURS AWAY) so they could handled it themselves if that was what worked best, and they would deliver me a loaner. I am so grateful for their help and stepping up when my local dealers failed me. As mentioned, buy a car from this dealership, your home location has zero impact on what dealership you should choose. Service is what matters.

The post purchase…read moreexperience has been frustrating at best and I simply cannot trust this dealership to be a maintenance partner. I want to be direct about why this has become frustrating. When I reached 1,000 miles, the app instructed me to schedule service. While I get this seems too soon to many drivers, 1k miles has always been my personal standard for 1st oil change on new vehicles and was pleased that Genesis seemed aligned with that. I scheduled service and drove 50 minutes to the dealership, only to be told nothing would be done and that I should "come back at 5,000 miles." Days later, I received calls and texts indicating my vehicle was overdue for service, which made the situation more frustrating and confusing since I had already been turned away. When I reached about 5,400 miles, I scheduled service once again (since I was told to come back at 5k). A day or two before the appointment, I received a call asking for my mileage. When I said I was around 5,500, l was told again that nothing could be done because "we like to wait for 6 months or 7,000 miles for the first service." I was told by the person who called that they would push my appointment to the following month. Frustrated once again, I agreed since I didn't waste my time and fuel driving there only to be denied. A few days after my appointment was scheduled, I started to receive texts and emails about my "missed" appointment (as if I was an irresponsible owner). At that point, I realized that I could not rely on this dealership as a maintenance partner, so I performed my own documented oil change and tire rotation. My experience with service is a sharp contrast to the very positive sales experience I had. Everything since then has been a disappointment and an absolute frustration. Prior to my purchase, I had read many Genesis reviews about how frustrating the service experience can be. After I made my purchase I felt confident this dealership wasn't going to give me the negative experience other owners who purchased from other dealers had. Boy was I wrong.

Also, this is the only dealer that has offered a clean and tech-savvy signing experience in my 25 years of car-buying (all electronic). And all the guys who helped us out were super cool. This repair was easier and cleaner than an oil change. I get it that it's a shop. I get that not every starter is going to be this easy, but you can walk over to a parking stall with the new starter and bang out two or three of these per hour if you're a professional. If you need quality Toyota parts quick, this is your next best thing to a dealership.

2nd of september we go in and we test drive a 2017 silverado lt. Luis the salesmen was absolutely helpful and in my opinion honestly, he did what he could for us to get approved he said that the car was ours and congratulations welcome to chevy and we traded in a 08 toyota camry, in which the car was was used as a trade in/ downpayment with 1000 cash down payment paid out of our pocket. We then sat down signed the contract and all the usual paperwork in order for us to drive away with our new car! On September 5th i recieved a phone call from chevy financial office stating that we would have to one of two things either return the vehicle due to the fact that the banks did not approve us or id have to get someone else with an income that would meet the monthly income they would require for the vehicle to be ours. During the time in which supposibly the car was mine i decided to put window tint as well as a speakers and amps, as we went back to try and figure what exactly is going on the sales manager walks up and as i explain exactly what had happened because he states im not the one that helped you guys i need you guys to explain what had happened, he continuously kept saying that what had happened on the weekend usually doesnt happen and that their staff isnt trained to say the car is ours when its not. The word assume kept getting directed to me as if i didnt know what was said nore as if i didnt know what i was doing. I felt as if he was trying to make me rethink what i had heard that day come out of his salemen mouth. Usually i dont argue or cause a scene but this time honestly i felt as if they laughed in my face as well as in my family's face because they kept going to the back left us there and came back and just to repeat in other words the samething over and over again! It sounds to me like they were trying to get more money from me after the contract had been signed and they swore the vehicle was ours! After 3 hours of trying to figure out what could be done and whats going to happen.. me being exausted saying idc we want the car back and i want to get reimbursed for everything that was put into the silverado. The sales manager had explained to me that as far as the extra things being put into the truck, he wouldn't guarantee a refund!.. My argument towards that was simple, if i had been in the first place given the correct information on my status with the vehicle meaning they specifically had said the vehicle isnt ours yet until we get a call from the finance office stating were in good circumstances with them... then i would have said forget it to avoid the issue that came up! He finally after so many times of wondering back and forth, came up to say that were able to keep the vehicle for one more night with out any problems because during the time there he kept putting comments that if we dont return the truck it would be repossessed for not being complient with them! I work for dietz towing and this mistake wouldve cost me my job and worse problems!!... the sales manager told me, come back tommorow and ill talk to the gm to see what could be done to help us, to stop by around noon on the 6th of September!. Here we are once again, and the same as the day before they kept trying to work a way to get that extra down payment due to the fact that it wasnt enough for the banks. I kept my same argument of all of this could have been avoided if it wasnt approved the first time or if i had to give 10 days for the banks to approve my loan. I didnt want the same salemen to sit and talk to me about the same thing as other days, in the end i just kept asking for the gm. They kept giving us the turn around of okay we will go ahead and get the gm for u over and over again. That kept happening until i decided to get up and double check to see what going on and if were not gonna be getting into a conclusion about this then id have to escalate to getting a lawyer to finish the headache and also come to a conclusion! After mentioning the lawyer they out of nowhere a conclusion comes out of the blue and he mentions to me to relax and they got approved for a better loan and that it was going to be VERY beneficial to me!. Once sitting there without the gm they finally gave us a deal in which from the beginning could have been done... but wasnt. To conclude my experience honestly this has been the worst, the mental stress not only that but the problems that were occuring during the time of the problems at mark christopher!! I had been a loyal customer of Mark Christopher (MC), purchasing over $100,000 in vehicles over the past few years. I leased a Chevy Volt from them in Oct. of 2016. Because of the 2019 laws for HOV, my car was no longer eligible for the HOV lanes. So I turned the car back into MC in Nov. 2018 and purchased a 2016 Volt that "supposedly" was never issued the HOV stickers. This was CONFIRMED by the Used Car Manager. In Jan. 2019 I was sent a letter by the DMV saying the 2016 Volt HAD been issued HOV stickers and was ineligible for the new stickers. I went back to MC to get resolution. The salesman was trying to be very accommodating of a resolution. Come to find out, no one at MC, except the salesman after looking it up on the Internet, knew how to look on the DMV site if a car had been issued a HOV sticker before. Not even their DMV specialist. The Used Car Manager admitted that the car I purchased didn't have stickers on it so he "assumed" it was eligible. Long story short, they found me a used 2017 Volt that the salesman verified had not been issued HOV stickers. When I came to MC to make exchange/purchase, I had been approved by my Credit Union for a loan. I told the Sales Manager this. We made the deal, signed the papers, and I went home. The next day I got a phone call from MC saying my Credit Union would not finance the warranty and I needed to come back and resign for a revised loan with the CU without the warranty. At this point, I'm so done with this nonsense, I did what I needed to do to just get out of there. Again, the salesman was patient, kind, and doing what he could to make this as painless as possible. A couple of days later, I got a notice that my credit had been run, but, okay, I got a loan. When I looked it up, I was shocked. ALTHOUGH I ALREADY HAD A LOAN APPROVED when I walked in the door, MC ran my credit 8 TIMES the first day, and 7 TIMES the 2nd day after the Credit Union wanted them to refi without the warranty (I had the loan, it just needed to be revised). That's a total of 15 TIMES they foolishly ran my credit in 2 days. Why? Because they were not getting their kick-back on my CU loan. Here, in my situation, they were clearly thinking of getting their monies worth out of me rather than fixing my situation. Of course I'm furious, I tried calling the General Manager to discuss my dilemma and left him messages. He had one of his service people call and ask me if he could help. I said no, I needed to talk to the GM period! Would you believe that he never called me back? He's a coward. He won't even listen to what I have to say. In the meantime, because of MC and their ineptness and pure incompetence, my credit has gone down 80 points, thus my good credit standing has suffered. Not able to sue, MC knows how to play the game better than I, I'm a victim. Considering my situation and the dollar amount I spent at their dealership, you would think I would have had at least an apology. Not a word from anyone, except the salesman, who was trying his best to be accommodating. I hope this situation at least makes you think twice before you purchase vehicles from Mark Christopher. Worse service by a Chevrolet Dealer I have ever seen!! I have purchased 5 new Chevrolet vehicles within the past 3 years and never felt so pushed around and humiliated In all my encounters at a Chevy dealer before! My 2015 Chevrolet Camaro was towed in due to a no start issue, i was taken there by Chevy roadside because it was the closest dealer it was a Thursday morning, Friday I received a call from Javier in service asking me to come in and talk to him about my car because he noticed I had HID lights, he said come in by 5pm because he didn't think my problem was gonna be covered under warranty and that I would have to pay 275.00 for a diagnosis and to hurry up and come in because Hes leaving and he's not there on Saturday, now it's 420pm I work and there's no way I can make it there in 40 minutes in Friday holiday traffic. Went in Saturday morning another service advisor says Javier is off on the weekends and were closed on Monday for Memorial Day come in on Tuesday. I received a very rude call from Javier which I saved, stating that i had not shown up on Friday and didn't show up yesterday which was Memorial Day and there were closed, and that I need to come return the rental car and either pay or take my car because no one has touched it or looked at it because they don't think it's gonna be covered under warranty! So I thought to my self how are you telling me you don't think it's gonna be covered under warranty if you havent even looked at it or found out the reason for the now start an give me a definitive reason why it's not covered under my full bumper to bumper warranty! So I called him back upset telling him what I thought and that I'm picking up my car and calling GM and filing a complaint about his attitude and lack of respect for the individual a customer! I called GM and spoke to a senior advisor and filed my complaint and had my car removed from that place and took it to a reputable dealership which I recommend for all my dealings, car sales and service are at the highest level, Singh Chevrolet in riverside! The service dept jumped on my car and had the problem fixed the same day. All it was, was a loose connection in the wiring harness on the passenger side kick panel they fixed it and secured it and had it back to me the same day, and yes under warranty! I don't know what the issue was with Javier and the service dept but they are a very unprofessional service dept and the way i see it was they wanted the 275.00 diagnosis few! Was trying to get 275.00 worth losing business and losing potential customers! I seen a new Colorado on the sales floor there at mark Christopher and thanks to the service I received at Singh Chevrolet I will be purchasing it from them I will post pics as soon as I get the keys so that mark Christopher can know I mean business! Thanks for the headache and loss of time at work to deal with the run around and the 5 days without my vehicle that you guys sat on and did absolutely nothing! To start this off if I could give this a 0 star I would. I got here at 10:56am and there was no cars in front of me for a simple oil change. Ray took my keys and gave them to a mechanic while I signed the paperwork. Ray said "it should be an hour or so." I walked to the waiting room and within 5 minutes Ray comes in and tells me that there is an oil leak and if I wanted to get it fixed (I've know that my car has been leaking oil and informed them all the other times I've come here and they have failed to fix it). I tell Ray I want the leak fixed. So he leaves and time flys. I can see my car from the waiting room and it's been in the same spot for the past hour and a half. I am getting frustrated because they haven't even touched my car since I've got there. I walk to the office and look for Ray and I dont see him. Juan tells me that Ray went to lunch. And that my car will be worked on after another car that had higher priority than mine. Even though that car came way after mine. They fix the other car within 20 minutes and leave my car untouched for another hour. I see Jeff walk around and I go talk to him. He says he will go check on my car because he said "it should have been done hours ago" and was not sure what the delay was. I have already wasted 3 hours here. I notice Ray stroll in after a 2 hour lunch. He noticed me sitting in the waiting room and says he will go check on my car. He then passes me again and says my car should be done shortly. Once more, he passes me and says he will check on my car again. I dont know if he ever checked on my car. And another hour goes by. I go and approach Ray after another hour of waiting. When Ray notices me walking towards him he shoots up from his seat and says in a quick manner "I'm going to go check on your car right now." Take in account that it's been 6 hours. Customers come and go and employees are now saying goodbye for the day and I'm still waiting. The dealership closes in one hour and I wouldnt be surprised that they are rushing it just to get me out of there. I'm finally in my car at 4:59pm. I turn my car on and notice that they turned off my car with the AC on and my tires completely twisted to the left. I dont need to be a mechanic to know that that damages the axle. There is no word in the dictionary to describe this experience. I have given them so many times to prove me wrong and they just disappoint me every single time. You just lost a loyal customer that will never recommend anyone to go to Mark Christopher's. read more

Mark Christopher Chevy practices Bait and Switch Advertising. We came in to check out two Chevy Sparks KL8CB6SA9HC786772 and KL8CB6SA0HC797031 which were advertised $10,995. After the salesman Gerald Waters entered both into the computer, and was gone for 30 minutes to find it, he came back with a black car, and told us the Red Spark, KL8CB6SA0HC797031, had a huge dent in it, and that he couldn't sell it. He also told us he couldn't find the Kalamata Spark, KL8CB6SA9HC786772, and that he would give us the deal on the black car. We really didn't want the black car, but reluctantly agreed to purchase it. After taking it for a test drive, and wasting a couple of hours, we were led to financing to complete the purchase. While we were waiting, I went for a walk, found the Red Spark, KL8CB6SA0HC797031, and it wasn't dented. Gerald Waters LIED to us that the Red Chevy Spark that we wanted to purchase had a HUGE DENT in it because he didn't want to sell it to us. When we told Gerald Waters about it, he went and got the manager, who then told us the Red Spark had a mechanical problem, that they wouldn't be selling it to us, and that it would be returned to the manufacturer. He also told us the Kalamata was already sold. I went back the next day and test drove the Red Spark, and the Kalamata Spark was still on their lot. The Red Spark drove great, and there were zero DENTS. When the Saleswoman asked me to come inside so she could get me a deal on the car, I told her I already had a deal on the car, and pulled out their advertisement for $10,995. She went in to see the manager, came back out and informed us we would not be getting that deal because both vehicles were listed by mistake in the advertisement. I told her I would be reporting them to the BBB for Bait and Switch advertising, she went back in to see her manager, came out and gave us the deal. They are being dishonest with their customers, advertising cars for sale that they have no intention of selling at the advertised price. They lie to the customers about the condition of the cars that are listed in their advertisement, so they won't have to sell them. They are in the practice of Bait and Switch Advertising which is illegal. read more

About eight weeks ago I purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500 pickup from Mark Christopher Chevrolet. The truck was used with 12000 miles on the odometer and had 80,000 miles and 4 years remaining on its bumper-to-bumber warranty. After about four weeks of driving, I noticed that the rear radio speakers were not working. Shortly after that, the left front speaker also stopped working. I took the car back to the Mark Christopher's service department and asked them to investigate the nature of the failure. The service representative immediately noticed that there were additional after market speakers installed and was not sure if he could repair the unit under warranty. They took the vehicle and checked out the radio and speakers and notified my that everything beyond the radio (wires and all speakers) were not original hardware and that the repairs could not be performed under warranty and further it would be very expensive (most likely well over $1000) to put the system back to factory original condition. The service manager suggested that I talk with the salesman that sold me the truck. I contacted my sales agent and he escalated the problem to the sales manager, Emad Fakhoury. I first met Mr. Fakhoury when I was negotiating the purchase of the truck. Mr. Fakhoury talked with the service manager and then asked me to leave the truck and he would make things right. The truck was sent to a local business that specializes in stereo installation, and they replaced the wiring and upgraded the speakers. This repair was not covered under warranty and the sales department at Mark Christopher picked up the bill. The radio now works and sounds great. I'm sure there are many auto dealers out there that would have told me I was out of luck and was on my own for non chevy parts repair, not so at Mark Christopher. They did right by me and stood behind the vehicle they sold to me. This was not the first car I have purchase from Mark Christopher and it will not be the last. I purchased a 2013 Cadillac SRX on 01/06/13. Our shopping experience was wonderful and the staff that we dealt with were awesome. All of our concerns and questions were answered and it made our purchase very pleasant and a success. While we live closer to Dutton Cadillac in Riverside, I had researched online for other dealers and cars in the area and came across great reviews for Mark Christopher Auto Center. I was undecided between a Buick Enclave and the Cadillac SRX. Mark Christopher had both models and we spent time driving and really condsidering both (hours and hours) We never felt rushed by our salesperson and he took amazing care of us checking inventory all over for the exact car that we wanted. He even went as far as printing out the different cars and options and we did side by side comparisons. Turned out our perfect car was there at Mark Christopher and we drove it home later that evening after spending many hours debating and making our decision. They really just wanted us to be happy with our purchase and went out of their way to make sure that was the case. I would definately return again and purchase another car from this dealership. Thank you Greg Heath for taking such good care of us and for your wonderful staff that made it a pleasurable experience right down thru the financing dept (And lets face it that part is usually not much fun.) We got a great deal on our vehicle and even purchased an extended warranty which was very reasonably priced. We are now the proud owners of a Cadillac SRX, which we love, love, love driving. Stopped by the dealership to inquire on an advertised Malibu. It was early and I accidentally bumped into a person in the parking lot. I told him I was just looking and he said no problem and he would send someone out to assist me. Low and behold it was him that returned and met me out in the lot. He came in a car so we could drive around to find the car I was looking for in the ad. They have over 750 cars so we searched. We found it, I drove it and like it and the price was amazing, but not my color. (sad face) So I contemplated over it for 30-45 minutes and he let me be. After a while he informed me that another couple that he pointed out to me were interested in the same car and if is still wanted it we had to act right then. I said if it sells it sells and he put no pressure on me. In fact, he was relieved thinking I would be upset if it sold out from under me. Another 15 minutes and that car was sold. He continued to check inventory to see if he could get my color and a price that was close to the advertised special. He found the car, we drove it, and so happy I got the color/car I really wanted and a price I could not pass. He did not quit and never put any pressure on me. Just a casual visit, very hospitable, and he invited me back to have coffee next time i'm in the area. My sales associate was Alex Sarabia and I would suggest him for everyone. He himself made my experience so non stressful. He even sent me and my wife a Happy Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving day and remembered my wife's name that he never even met but heard me say it during conversation. I purchased my Silverado 1500 LT here because a good friend of mine had bought his Silverado here as well. Now mind that I live kind of far away from this place, but he assured me that this place would have the best deals and customer service. So on the weekend we were going to buy the truck we saw an ad which had killer deals on a couple Silverados and also in white which is the color I was looking for. On a Sunday my friend who lives in Temecula and I met here to find the truck and buy it. Well this clowns had the trucks on special hidden in another location on Vineyard and Airport. My friend, my dad, the sales person and I spent 3 hours looking for this fucking truck. Everyone inside said the trucks were sold and they can't match that specific price to any other truck. In other words bait and switch, we asked for the key fobs which they still had so the trucks had to be here. So we find the truck bring it up to the dealership 2 blocks away. Get approved around 2pm....they sales manager an Indian asshole tells me it will take like 1 hour to get everything ready. I signed paperwork for the truck at 10pm. I was the last person to leave the dealer and the sales guy didn't even go over the truck with me and it was half PDI ha ha they handed me the license plate holders to put them on myself. So you may ask then why did you stay because it was a great price, but unless is a great deal you're getting I wouldn't even go here. So after this whole thing we wrote a letter to the dealer's GM and never got a response back. These people are a bunch of money sucking bastards that unless they're not ripping you off in their eyes you're not a human being. read more

Those people lie big time. I had to talk with director after they kill my whole day without notifying even a one time. I called them four times and never received call back. Director tried his level best to keep me calm but not sure how many people have same problem. Its not even ends here. I need to change touch screen unit in my leased chevy bolt as it failed in their test. He told me that it will take 3-4 days to come. Same thing again..two weeks and never received any call. When i called, same person Juan told me that part is out of stock and in back order so might take even couple moths or even no idea when it would be available. Guess what!!! He called me next day that part is ready to install. He might didnt check when i called him. They are not loosing anything to drive you crazy because they sold their vehicle so now you dragged by yourself. I am seriously furious that why this kind of negative attitude you have for no reason. Anybody can call me at 714-875-0807 and i can tell you the whole story. I killed my three days for one hour service and still i am nowhere. Very very disappointed Updating today..again same thing as expected. I am here to install radio unit. I was advised that it wont take more than 1 and half hour and lady told me after talking with tech that it will take more than 4-5 hours and cant do today. I didnt plan that way so i will lost my half day pay as i cant go back to work on time. I insists to talk with manager but they were busy, off course (readers can easily understand why). Once i have my vehicle picked up from here, i wish i dont come here ever again. I cant tolerate Wrong and inaccurate random answers. read more

Having pre-approved credit of $15,000 from US Bank, we shopped for a used GM Cargo van at Atlantis Auto Sales in La Puente which has a formidable online inventory. The one van in which we were interested was sold, and none other interested us. We Googled to see what other possibilities might be available in the area and came up with Mark Christopher. When we drove into the used vehicle dept. there was one Chev Cargo Van, and it appeared to be new. It's a 2013 G2500 Express and had just come off lease. Jose' Jimenez and was very friendly and helpful. This would be perfect if the bank would go along. The US Bank branch mgr. I was working with encouraged me to "go ahead...they'd work out the details later. We worked out the deal with the US Bank quoted interest rate of 3.43%APR. The bottom line with tax, license, etc. came to just over $25,000. I E-mailed a copy of the contract to US Bank. Meanwhile, Sharon, the dealer's finance person, called to say that Allied Bank would buy the deal for 1% more. A few days later US Bank called and wanted a dealer invoice to justify the price. I invited them to check out Kelley Blue Book which gave a dealer price over $1,800 more than the price I was paying. I then called Sharon, to tell her that US Bank was stalling. She said she had good news...the dealer management decided to buy down the rate to the 3.43% I had been quoted by US Bank. I was ecstatic and thanked her profusely. Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service and management. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. Normally, I've had positive interactions, but this visit was marred by subpar service and poor management. My vehicle was brought in for a recurring issue with the passenger side window, which wasn't resolved during the initial visit. After dropping off my car on Friday morning, I waited to hear back from my representative, but there was complete radio silence. Despite sending messages and calling the service number multiple times, I was left on hold for over an hour each time, only to be told that the service department was closed and I'd have to wait until Monday. The lack of communication, loaner options, and basic courtesy from management was appalling. The manager, Jeff, seemed more interested in brushing off the issue than taking ownership and providing a solution. His response to the service representative was essentially to tell me to "deal with it" on Monday, without even having the decency to call me personally. Which he could have because the person who answered took down all my information and called me back to tell me what Jeff said. This lack of accountability and poor attitude has led me to question whether I'll continue doing business with this dealership. If you value good customer service, I'd strongly advise exploring alternative options. Unfortunately, my experience was severely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to others. read more

I took some time to calm down before writing this review and I still can only give one star. I have been going to Mark Christopher Auto Center for three and a half years and I have never had an issue until this August. My rental car wasn't marked under my warranty when I had work done and I was told that it would not be a problem to simply have the rental car charges reimbursed. December is next week and I'm still waiting for a check. I have called the sales manager Jeff about 6 times and I am starting to think that he is made up and not a real person since he seems to never be available or at the location and never returns a phone call. To make matters worse I need to take my license plate off the back of my car and I had the technician during that same visit in August tighten my license plate and my license plate cover back up camera. It was loose and so the camera kept cutting out. The technician made a decision to not only use a hex screw but to sheer it off so that there is no way to remove the screw and therefore the license plate and cover from the back of the car. So now I will have to go to a mechanic to get the hex screws broken off and more than likely have my camera cover also broken in order to change my license plate. Which means I will have to purchase a new backup camera plate cover. So basically I am out several hundred dollars because of the incompetence and just laziness of this dealership. I would avoid them like the plague if I were you. read more

Excellent Experience at [Mark Christopher Auto Center]! I recently purchased a used car from [Dealership Name] and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was met with genuine honesty and transparency. My sales representative, Joel, was incredibly helpful and straightforward. He listened to my needs, answered all my questions patiently, and never once resorted to any shady tactics or tried to add on unnecessary extras. It was refreshing to deal with someone so upfront and focused on helping me find the right car. Mark Christopher is the best! Never purchase your vehicle from Allen GMC!!! I came across this review while searching for a local dealer. Thank you, for the warning! :) I leased my first car from Allen GMC, and had the worst experience. Jon Wesley Nelson one of the salesman at the dealer, introduced me to the sales manager (Matt Schaefer), who convinced me not to go to another dealer because they will mess with numbers to make me think I was getting a good deal. So, I decided to stay, and see what he had to offer. BIG Mistake! Matt Schaefer showed me some numbers on his laptop, and assured me a great deal. The GMC Terrain came with $2650 factory rebates, and he offered me $3000 in rebates (an additional $350) to lease the one in stock. I agreed to the deal... When I went to the finance manager (John Armijo) to sing the paperwork, the numbers changed. They actually gave me $2725 in rebates (only $75 dollars more then I was promised). I called them, left messages, and a two months later, they still haven't called me back. I decided to contact Costco, and complained about the incident. Costco reached out to the manager (Mark Loynes) who refused to take care of the issue. All and all, I Will Never, Deal With These Liars Again! Norman Edwards, there are not enough words to describe how wonderful he is. When my wife and I purchased our 2015 Tahoe and the Chevy Sonic everything that was asked for Norman was excellent in providing it. George Fox, Every time we come to have are cars serviced George always provides the best service possible for us. The mechanics always do a great job on the cars. George and the staff and the mechanics to me are the best thank you for all for your great service and work. Mr. Jason Devons from the detail shop is a superb gentleman. Jason just did some touch up work on my Tahoe and the job was excellent I cannot see where the chips and dings were. My vehicle looks brand new. For Service Department: Waited three hours for an oil change, the inspection checklist showed everything was fine with the car except the engine air filter and the cabin air filter were in the red zone, what a weird coincidence because I had just changed them both literally the day before so that was a lie and so now I know the inspection was bogus For Sales Department: I was lied to many times to get thousands of dollars more out of me when I bought my first car here , for example the car being Kelly blue book price when in fact wasn't , me having bad credit when in fact it was perfect credit, they lied about the interest rate , and also they sneaked in a GM service plan without pointing it out and distracting me during the signatures so I don't notice it, and also telling me I needed a warranty ok well the warranty I was sold was 2000$ for about 30k miles, very good for them they pocket the difference, and after all the signatures they finally said I need insurance or I can't take the car home and they called in a broker that sold me insurance at 300$ a month telling me that was normal/cheap price for the type of car , nice! the broker and the dealership work together and pocket the difference, later I found out getting any other car insurance would've been a million times cheaper, what an evil place read more
